The front desk was awesome, very professional and friendly. But when I tried to return it at the end of my contract it was Sunday. They were closed. We were driving back from Memphis to fla. I called the 800 number and the employee in the line didn’t know what to do. He asked other employees. He came back and said do they have a night drop. They did not. So I put the key under the front t seat and locked the car. I called the next morning they said they did not have another key. And we’re going to charge me for a locksmith. I was furious. Why did they rent me the car to be returned when they were closed
I had a great experience at the interprise, on this morning, My daughter & I went out this morning looking to rent a vehicle, so after going to a couple of rental sights, we ended up at the Enterprise in west Memphis,there we met a very nice & respectful young lady by the name of Ms,Leah Staten, after she did our paper work and all, & boom, an issue acured, we didnt have the vehicle I had made reservations for, so of course I was very disappointed, so after she saw that I was not happy with the reservation, she had me to come in, & she made it happen, I end up with a vehicle I wanted & she made sure that me as a continuly customer, was very satisfied, so I would like to thank Ms,Leah, again,for such great customer support, & thatshe is a beautiful young lady, &, she has a great sweet spirit, & I pray that she will continue to injoy her job at Enterprise, because she fits the position very well,🙏 th, &
We have had to rent a truck for a month. While getting our truck fixed, Brittnay and Shan have wonderful customer service skills. They have been very helpful and so polite. We would definitely recommend and rent here again.
Buy this insurance or youll get no car, your insurance is not good enough. The insurance is completely optional do not let them force you. Kinda of pushy and they always claim theres no cars or they save them for certain customers. Overall though I got what I needed done they also do a shuttle service.
Both of the employees I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The car I reserved wasnt in stock when I went to pick it up, but I was well compensated with the replacement the employee chose for me. The car was clean and free from odors; it ran and handled well, all of the accessories worked perfectly (once I figured them all out). Upon my return the employee handled my return quickly and efficiently. So far no surprises charged to my credit card. I will definitely do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Memphis, AR again. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
The car was good. When we called to reserve, they assured us we could leave our vehicle there since we were coming from an hour away. When we got there, they refused to allow us to park our vehicle there. We had no where to park, so we had to drive an hour back to our home to park our vehicle, before we drove the hour back to go to our vacation destination. They said it was Enterprise policy, and thats how they do it all over the US. HOWEVER, 6 months prior we had rented from Enterprise in a different location and they allowed us to park our vehicle there. No questions asked. Will not be using Enterprise any longer. Local is always better!

Our vehicle broke down while travelling on vacation and we needed a rental car to use while ours was at a repair shop. They brought the tental car to us at the dealership at no additional charge. The car was extremely clean and did not have any bad odor (smoke. Etc). We were able to get a great rate for the length of time we used it for. The employees were always very friendly and accommodating to our specific needs. (One person in our vehicle is handicapped so ease of getting in/out of the car was a big priority to us). Quick and easy when we returned the car also. Would highly recommend them for your rental car needs!

Want to thank Enterprise Rental for making good on a one way rental to Florida. Confusion of one-way and mileage waver almost turned out to be a nightmare when returning car at Airport. Broke down and was stuck in Memphis with 5yr old grand daughter, 10 year old daughter with leukemia and her sister in-law... If it was not for AAA & Enterprise I would not have made it home.

West Memphis enterprise is very nice nasty they speak well but when it comes to getting the job done they will give u what is left I had my agent book the car the night before I get there the very next evening he says it was booked today, I specifically got a Ford Fusion for a reason in which I had to travel 987 miles from West Memphis to Minnesota and out of all the cars they gave me a mustang convertible where the seats don’t even let down I cannot sleep and I have driven for 700 miles straight I am in pursuit of sueing

They picked me up at my sons apartment when I rented the vehicle. The driver, Jeremy, was delightful and very personable. The Manager, Brent Williams, had everything ready for me. I was in and out of there in ten minutes. Brent explained things very well and was excellent to deal with. I had the same wonderful experiences upon returning the vehicle. I will be visiting Marion, AR a lot in the near future and I am definitely looking forward to rent from the West Memphis office every time I come to visit. Outstanding job by all!
Enterprise is always good, except I havent got my points for several rentals in the past year or two! They should show up every time I get a rental, because its a hassle trying to get the points after the fact.
Not too bad here, now that theyve gotten rid of the previous employees with the stank attitudes!!!! The only thing that I didnt like, is that, when I reserved the car... I was told that I only had to pay the amount of the rental... Then when I get there, I find out I had to pay a $200 deposit!!!! This after I asked if there was a deposit!!!! I just like to budget and be prepared... That was a curveball for me!!!! Overall, they were pretty professional...!

Waited 40 minutes outside just to be placed in my rental car I reserved few days prior. The man told me wait a bit so we can clean it. Got the vehicle and it was dirty on the inside. Trash in the armrest and it smelled of cigarettes. Highly disappointed!!!

I was given a Hyundai Sonata for my rental. While this may be a fine vehicle for a local rental, this car is not a good long road trip car. It proved to be very uncomfortable for my trip. I was traveling over 2,000 miles to return home and return back to West Memphis, Arkansas. Will not accept this vehicle again for the same trip I will be making again in the future. I also have an issue with your policy of charging a $350 drop off fee. I only needed a car to get home and return back to West Memphis. This would have made the drop off fees $700. You could have rented the car out while I was home, made money with it, and I could have rented the car again to bring back to West Memphis. Instead I had to keep it rented for over 2 weeks because it was cheaper than paying 2 drop off fees, and thats just not the right thing to do to a good customer. I sincerely hope that you can make changes to your policy to make it a lot more affordable for the average renters.
I just want to know whats the point of reserving a rental, and when I get there to pick it up, there are no cars available. She said she would call me if anything becomes available but never did. I called them and they said their system was down. They closed at 6pm. Called today and nothing is still isnt available and I am supposed to leave on Sunday morning. wow.
I have always rented from Enterprise using this location. But this last rental would be my last using this company. I have reserved a car for a week. I was scheduled to return it on Friday at 5 pm, I went there at 3 pm to turn the car in along with my son. We went in thinking we would be dropped home. From the first moment I parked the car, the manager came knocking on the window saying are you turning the car in? I said yes. He said okay mam can you step out of the car? I asked him who is dropping us home? He said he would, then I told him can we keep our stuff in the car and not bring them out? He said no you will be dropped off using a different car. So we started removing our belongings which we had a lot and placing them on the ground. Before we got done emptying the car, he already had a different women sitting in the passenger seat. The next thing we knew he took off with this women. We had to walk in to let the lady at the desk know the we just turned in a car. She said it is going to be a while before someone can drop us home because she was the only one there. So we sat down with a group of people who are waiting on cars to be turned in so they can rent them. We waited tell after 4:30 pm, when we thought that is it we need to call family members to come pick us up. If we know that their policy of picking up and dropping off customers was not a sure thing, we wouldve planned ahead to have another car to bring us home. But I have left a complaint about this unsatisfying experience, and the district manager called me back to offer me a 10% discount on my next rental. Which it seemed like nothing compared to the long wait we had to sit there waiting for a ride considering the fact that our house is less than 5 minutes away.

Antonias always displays a professional attitude when dealing with customers. My attitude is not always the brightest when renting a car because usually my car is being repaired.... He always seem to make my day a little easier. I appreciate that and the rest of the staff are welcoming as well.
I will NEVER rent from this location again. 1st time using this particular one & not only was the customer service NOT FRIENDLY, I was given the wrong vehicle of choice. Also, this is September & they sent us off with tags with MARCH on them. I hate to feel that it was a racial issue but Im convinced that if I were of a privileged race my vehicle wouldve been upgraded & I wouldve been accommodated. But that was NOT the case!!!! I did not know renting a vehicle could be such a pain!! But Ill take my money where it appreciated & my support is valued!! And I dont need a fake apology from the owner Ill be sure to warn my FAMILY & friends

Had to wait 3 hours on a truck I had reserved a week earlier, Matt gave me the truck a few minutes before they were getting ready to close I was so frustrated at that point because I had missed my granddaughters dance recital I just got in the truck and when I got home I took a good look at and it was dirty inside with food stains, dog hair on the seats. Something sticky spilled in the cup holders and on driver door. Was going to take it back but they were closed and could not get anyone on the phone.
I will not rent from this location again. I rented a vehicle and have been charged a charge that the company can not explain. They have horrible customer service.

One of the worst experience I have ever dealt with here in the West Memphis Arkansas area, Matthew the branch manager want me to call in at least three times a day to confirm that I needed a car because (quote) these people have me coming out and never come to the car.once I got to the Enterprise business here in this area they refused to take my credit card they come up with all type of excuses trying to intimidate me which it didnt work but I want other people to know about Enterprise in West Memphis Arkansas it is one of the worst places to do business with !!!

This was not the place to go.Very disappointing 😞.After being broke down for 3 hours on I 40 in the heat of the day and in the middle of no where then hitching a ride to thier office to purchase a rental only to stand in line for another 30 to 40 minutes just for them to tell me that they can not help me because I dont have a major credit card and that even though the money is in the bank my debit card was not good enough was very disappointing.They also would not accept a major credit card over the phone from my daughter.I was enroute from Florida to visit my son who is stationed in Little Rock Arkansas Air Force Base when my timing chain went out of my car.I ended up spending $818 to rent a u haul to take me the remainder of the way to see my son and signing the title of my car over to the man who gave us a ride.Oh and I forgot to mention that I also had my disabled little sister with me! I will NEVER suggest Enterpise car rental to any one I know.Thanks Enterprise for NOTHING!

Rented a vehicle in Hartsville sc to go to a job in Arkansas. Originally was supposed to pick up the vehicle on Sept 20th @ 11:00, went to the enterprise location to change the reservation to Sept 21st and its a good thing I did because there were NO cars on the lot! Got there this morning Sept 21st at 9 am and there was a vehicle waiting on me. After packing up the van I finally got on the road at 11:00 on the way to Arkansas. Arrived in Arkansas there time, 9:15 pm and there is a sign which I took pictures of saying that I could not leave the van after hours! Since my job and hotel is 40 miles away in Osceola, Arkansas I have no choice but to keep driving. I have to be on my job site by 5:30 Thursday morning and there is no way I will be able to return this vehicle by 8am therefore being charged for another day! WHY wasnt I told this ahead of time? Not to mention the fact that I had someone meet me at the west Memphis location tonight to return this car in a timely manner. I will NEVER rent from enterprise again, since this seems to be shady at best! I feel as if a LOT of important information was left out when I rented this vehicle. Could someone please help me out? I traveled a LONG way over 700 miles to take this job and renting the vehicle to get me there plus the fuel has tapped me out until I can receive a first pay check in two weeks. I am very disappointed and a little on the mad side.I have no confidence in Enterprise after his experience and will look for other means of transportation to travel back home!
My wife and I came to Memphis for our 20th anniversary. Our car broke down on the way here from Missouri. There is an Enterprise Rental across the street. Had rented from them in the past, I made a reservation. I went to pay and they refused to rent to me because I was from out of state. I have a debit MC and they refused to rent unless I gave them a REAL credit card because I was from out of state. If I were at home I wouldnt need to rent a car.I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
This place sucks, they dont even have cars or trucks worth renting at least from what Ive seen. We had to rent from them, got the car, it smelled of dog and smoke so bad that whenever we drove we had the windows down.

My insurance paid for a vehicle which I was giving a bigger car for the same price of an economy car due to lack of vehicles and waiting a week to get accommodated, after the 30 days that my insurance paid, I paid the extra days I kept the car, which they charge me the regular price for the bigger car other than keeping the same agreement
Last Time i rented a car from here, they did NOT have the car i had reserved ready for me the time they said it would be, better yet it wasnt even in enterprise parking lot . Someone else was still driving it ! . They asked if i wanted an alternate car n i said sure bc i have to make it to work on time . I ended up waiting an Hour and a half for the alternate car to pull up !! . Theyll tell you over the phone they have cars for you ready but when you get there its a desert ( no cars ) . I had to be at work at 4 pm . I reserved my car at 11:00 am . I was 45 min late for work bc of something that shouldntve been a problem at all .
Would give it NO stars if I could!!! The car was not clean and smelled only to have it switched out with a more dirty car!! The price was not the price in which I was giving over the phone and I can go on and on about the lies such as the car being fuel sufficient!!
