I was referred by another wrecker service, to use Daves . I contacted Daves and used them for the towing of my truck. While on the phone with the owner I was quoted a price of 50$ if I paid Cash or 60$ if I used any other form of payment other than cash. My step father was onsite to collect the truck and the driver charged my step father 60 stating that was the prices. I called the office and they stated the same thing, well I record all of my phone calls and I went back and checked the recordings and, I def was quoted a price of 50$ if we paid cash...I HAVE IT RECORDED

This was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with dealing with a tow truck company. First of all Dave was so professional and so kind that it took the stress of my car troubles away. I had to call a different tow company last night (Imperial Towing) before calling Daves’s Towing, and well let’s just say that I wished I had found Dave first. He showed up quickly & with a smile towed our car with no problems. He has the best prices in the area and a friendly & caring personality. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVE! Called Daves towing for a tow & he answered right away. Told me the price for the tow & said he could be there around an hour. Sure enough he was there. Towed me to the repair shop. Very reasonable! Priced right. ...lowest price tow in a very long time & very professional. Nice clean tow truck! Would use again, but hope I dont need a tow anytime soon though.....

Whoever answered the phone when I first called should win an award for professionalism because my questions were so basic that they bordered on dumb, and I could hear how I sounded as I said the words to know how bad it was, but they didnt treat me poorly or with even the slightest bit of impatience—and it had to be super tempting.Anyway, as far as the actual transaction, I provided the details, they gave a time frame, showed up in a timely manner on short notice, sent over a friendly and equally professional employee, walked me through the simple paperwork, charged me a very reasonable rate, and got my car where it needed to go right away without any trouble.Granted, thats how its supposed to go, but it actually -was- just that simple; nowadays it seems you can be surprised sometimes by how often people miss the mark, enough to make doing what youre supposed to do look like above and beyond.Basically, I couldnt ask for a better, no-BS experience. I obviously hope I dont need a tow again, but if I do, I wont think twice about ringing these guys up again. Cant put a price on peace of mind!

This company has inconsiderate and oblivious drivers working for them. They blocked Babcock at a busy time of day and sat there talking with another trucker ignoring the traffic that they were stopping from getting where they needed to go. They were extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of other drivers. I will never use their service.
