I am in the process of rehabbing a long- neglected property to put on the market. It is a large house, with a big, long, driveway, a sidewalk of pavers along the back screened-in porch, and a detached workshop. BIG job, VERY dirty exteriors and pavements. I had Austin clean the roof on my investment property prior to listing it for sale. Prior to cleaning, the 10 year old roof looked moldy which gave the incorrect impression that it was in need of replacement. After being cleaned, the roof looked like new! The house sold in just 3 days.

I called up Austin to check out my pool, it was leaking and not getting much pressure in the pump. Ended up I had a major leak in my main drain, which he helped diagnose, and a broken pump and non-working valves, which he replaced. A drain plug, new pump, new filter and valves, and my pool is holding clean water and working like new. Highly recommended for any pool work, he really knows his stuff!
