Decent place with an ok selection.. very clean and the staff are friendly and pleasant.. they usually make a huge holiday selection and have some reasonable offers of items.. wish they had a bigger selection of electronics but they need those donations first.. it’s very bright if you go at night because the sun sets right towards the front row so expect to be blinded while waiting to check out..

Nice, large store. Their return policy is weird. Not sure why all Goodwills dont have the same policy.

Everyone in the store, customers and employees, were required to wear masks. This rule was enforced by asking people not following guidelines by not wearing masks, to leave the store. Dressing rooms were closed to help minimize the spread of COVID. Customer service was excellent as always. Store and aisles were neat and clutter free.

Found a few nice shirts for my hubby and grandson. Cashier wasnt as friendly as usual, but we all have tough days!

Lots of things to look at and at very reasonable prices.

They have closed the job connection center at the West Melbourne location. I believe the new Viera location may have one.

As a longtime Goodwill customer im dissapointed with the price increases & the color of the week elimination, which gave us a 50%discount in some items. Now they sell select &/or high end articles online. Makes you wonder if this is a nonprofit organization still?

The prices lately ridiculous overpriced. I used to go in their everyday to try to find a good deal. Those days are long ove. They actually have dollar tree store items. that theyre trying to get 3.99 for. This story used to be busy not anymore Its because of the overpricing. The shelves are overfilled because people arent buying stuff. They are constantly filling it will more overpriced items people dont want to buy.Their sales numbers must be hurting became of all of the non sold items.They have to pay employees to fill the Shelves and then a few months later they have to pay t to clear the shelves to send it to the Clarence Center. Instead of pricing it right and have customers happy and will be be repeat customers.Poor business!!!

This is a huge Goodwill store. Something for everyone. The DVD were on Black Friday sale at fifty cents each. We replaced all our VHS movies and more. Great deal!

This goodwill is setup really well. Sadly thats as good as it gets. I shop at goodwill specifically for my boys uniforms. There were almost no pants for boys. One the staff from another donation explained that clothes are evenly distributed amongst the stores. Either that associate wasnt knowledgeable or this location is waiting shipment because no pants were available. This location did have much better prices for mens clothing.

I wish things were more organized here. Clothes sizes are all over the place. Sometimes the electronics area and game area can be a mess. The employees are cheerful and helpful, but they rarely know where the sizes are because of the disorganization. This place could be so much more than it already is. I do love that they help people get jobs and educate people however.

I was in there a few weeks ago. I was told by an employee I could return a clock if it didnt work. When I tried to return the clock the mgr, Jennifer, told me it was my fault for listening to the employee, told me to control myself or else when I asked her to honor the employees statement, and completely refused to help me. She even turned her back and walked away while I was in midsentence. Terrible customer service

For a Goodwill Store this was rather nice. It wad set up nicely and organized rather well, sorted based on gender, specific styles, and then color. Like items were places together vs just scattered throughout the store. My biggest complaint was the sizing for clothes. The Goodwill printed tags either had the sizes listed as N/A or completely inaccurate...which was just lazy considering the clothing tag had the size clearly marked, but why should I have to dig for the size when it could be placed on the tag? The dressing rooms were also a mess...clothes piled high and hooks were full. No way to separate what you brought in or what you wanted to keep or put back. it didnt look like there was a return rack and there was not an attendant available...but doors were open so there was no waiting for someone to come to open thw doors. All in all, for a Goodwill this one was decent. Ive seen much worse but Ive also seen better, but I would go back.

Found a slightly worn pair of leather boots in great condition for $9.99. Employees very kind and helpful. Will stop there again on our way through.

Had only 5.00 manager he gave my friend work shoes and belt for 5.99 so she can go to work God bless

This Goodwill is great. We always find what we are looking for. Most of the time a bunch of stuff we werent. I personally think that a public restroom is a good indicator of the store and theirs are always clean and very well kept, much better then any Wal-Mart restroom Ive been in. This is one of my favorite stores

Always interesting. You never know what will be available. You can get new labeled clothing on a good day. I suggest you give them a try. In addition to the 192 store I also like to go to the Pineda store.

Love the selection of clothes here. My only complaint is that none of the lights in the dressing rooms work, so you have to try clothes on in the dark.

This is my Sunday fun day. I always find nice clothing here. You have to spend some time but the treasures are there.

I will never shop or support Goodwill ever again! I have never had good customer service there. I recently had shoulder surgery and needed to purchase some bigger shirts and easy to pull on pants. Went to Goodwill and found some items. After getting home decided against two items. Went to return them and was rudely told by the clerk I could only exchange and not return. She made it sound like “I should have known their policy”. This was after standing in line for 15 minutes to return because there was 1 cashier working whom never asked for help from other employees. Mind you, I had my receipt and the tags were still on the items. I don’t understand how a company who gets items for FREE and marks up the prices to sell will not do returns?!?! Also they should train their employees to be more considerate and nicer to their customers!

Good Goodwill but a little disappointing. The options and variety are less than their contrer stores.They have a good amount of clothing and kitchenware but books and electronic are limited.Again not really any organisation into books or items.I would recommend it after you have gone to the best one just to see if you can get some full set.Goodwill is definitely for the treasure Hunters.

I understand that this company is trying to get as much as they can from the free items they receive to help others, but whoever is doing their pricing is out of their effing mind. Selling stuff like if it was new. Its a thrift store not Macys!

Their prices have increased a lot in the past 2 years. Plus their inventory has dropped quite a bit. Do not like being asked toround up every time I go to the checkout. If I want to donate to an organization, I I will do so through the proper channels especially after I found out how much the CEO makes every year. They have to remember that they receive their entire used inventory free. I know Goodwill does help people with jobs, training and other sevices but, in my opinion, they are abusing the idea of goodwill.

This is one of the better locations. They hire good people that need work. And unlike other goodwill locations there not absurdly proud of their merchandise. Actually I cant drive by this one without stopping by.

It used to be the best Goodwill in brevard. Now the items are far over-priced for what they are. Its as if someone looks up prices on Ebay with no research on the condition or if it has ever SOLD for the high listing price.

I was in search of some jeans and was able to find 2 pairs in the size and style I wanted for a total of $15 #smartshopper. It was clean and neat.

If you like long lines at the dressing rooms and one of the most horrible ladies t-shirt and jean section in the world. I cant think of one time Ive ever gone into a Goodwill where I havent been able to find way more than I ever need ;-). I dont know whats going on here? But I will never be back. Apparently though some people like it . There was a there was a lot of people there. I think it was more looker ons. Because its right off the interstate and I think people just kind of hope something nice and different from Florida will be there and end up a big bust! If youre a local and you go there I dont know whats going on with that

Goodwill is a great place to find bargains. Its like a bunch of yards sales all in one place 7 days a week.

I go to the Work Center in the Good Will... I feel that Good Will has gotten to expensive, you only get one day of discount if your a senior citizen and one day of discount for our military ... No more color discounts... And they always ask you if you want to round off your total balance due, so if you spend $1.01 they want you to round it off to $2.00...

Organized & prices are great! 4 stars bc they put their bins from the back in the middle the length of the store and you could not maneuver between the isles. Truly a fire hazard.

I will never go back to this location. The people are super rude if you have a different shade on your skin. They change prices as they see fit. The one cashier who is named Iris K is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever encountered in my life. She acts like she ownes that place. This was the worse experience i ever had in any state. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

New Goodwill location, great selections with great prices. Always new items arriving daily. My first choice for shopping!! Enjoy

It was ok, nice staff.

New store, very clean, ample parking, great location & stocked well.The reason why I am only giving 2 stars is b/c of an annoying employee (blonde older woman hanging up clothes 7/24 afternoon). She was obviously upset that my mother and I were looking at clothes on a particular rack and in the area that she was working in. She had disgust written all over her face and huffed and puffed around us. It was silly. We have never had this problem or any in the hundreds of visits to other Goodwill stores. The manager needs to address proper etiquette around customers to this employee. It made our visit unpleasant.

This is a humongous store that has everything that your heart desires via clothing. Also if youre looking for a job in the far back of this location only, they have a job hiring service for a worldwide inventory company also you can be employed by the Goodwill. I recommend this place to everybody I know.

I came to try and find a pair of jeans and there was no size organization so I had to look through every rack of jeans and every tag in order to find anything close. I didnt end up purchasing anything that day even though I tried on over 10 pairs of jeans. I left and was itchy and my legs started turning red.

For a not- for- profit that makes 100% profit off of everything, they sure charge way too much for used clothing. Helping out low income families doesnt mean Jack up the prices equal to Wal-Mart. For a pair of sneakers at the Goodwill, costing $10, I could get new ones at Wal-Mart for the same price. This place makes me sick.

Wasnt there to shop. Had a meeting for work. But walked around after that and I was pretty good selection of items. Huge store.!

@goodwill- You should really make sure you have the right color displayed. Because I just spent an hour and a half shopping for “blue tags” which were supposed to be half off, only to be told “oh we made a mistake”. 😡

Friendly staff and a great place to find used clothing. There was not as many other items as clothes. It was hard to find sizes in things due to organization.

Where to start on this place, it is very dangerous the way they just throw new stuff on old stuff on the shelfs with no organization, everytime I am there I hear at least two things hit the floor and sometimes break if not break make the item not sellable . They seem to have an issue of not letting go of items as if they were theirs not raising money to help people like they say. For example if they have an item color that goes the 5 weeks ( as they have 5 colors and half off one color each week ) instead of keeping it the color they put a new sticker on it with a new color to avoid selling it and making what they can on the sale to help more people faster. I have taken many many pics of this because I believe one day all their scams will come to light. Pricing is almost always high on the items ( more than Walmart, target, eBay, etc) I believe it is the same general manager for this one and one on Malabar rd as the same crazy pricing technique is used, most likely of internet platforms where the people actually check their items and know what they are selling W no dings and dents and are taken care of in their warehouses. The fact that this place is taking way too much time on the computer looking up prices is crazy when they should just price certain items for what they think will make it sell faster so they can spend more time pricing in all the items coming in from the community instead of letting it stack up in back to not let it get back into the community for weeks. This place needs new management and top officials to show them how to really make a difference, not line their pockets along w the CEO. Pathetic

Goodwill is way over priced for used and damaged items. Ive seen sale items at retail stores for less and theyre new items. I just stopped in for a quick look about.... nothing worth seeing here. Thats my opinion. You may think differently.

Cleanest and most organized Goodwill I have ever been to.

I spent quite a while selecting a nice bracelet around 3:15- 3:30 p.m. in the Goodwill yesterday @ -West Melbourne, Florida store. The attendant in jewelry was wonderful and she took my selection to the register, so it could be held until I finished shopping.About an hour later I came to the register to check out, only to find that my bracelet was sold to another customer! Needless to say I couldnt believe it.Please have the jewelry attendant put our selection in small envelope with the pending purchasers name on it and put it the drawer, until they come to the register to pay for it.The cashier that sold my bracelet ( didnt ask the customer for a description of her item- but just took everything out of her drawer and let some customer buy what was in her drawer! )Please fix this procedure as stated - it is currently broken!!!!!!Thank You,Shirley Broomfield

I always am treated with respect the workers are polite and do a good job.

I bought a bowl for my wife when i got home she pointed out it was cracked. I called the store they told me i could not return it. Store does not have any paper to wrap dishes with. Poorly run store.

Overpriced for the quality you get

This newer location is nicely organized and their products tend to be of a little higher quality than the other location. But their furniture selection space is smaller. Staff was very friendly to my kids.
