I continue to receive mail to a different recipient. Ive tapeda note inside my box stating delivery is only for my last name and called the post office several times. Yet it continues daily.

Was quoted a 28 minute wait on the phone... I waited an hour and 20 minutes before giving up... i just want to know why I haven’t received mail in 3 weeks....

Firstly, the woman behind the counter helping me was great! The others were so rude. The parking lot was full so I parked next to the building/side of building. Mind you, the parking lot is very wide so I was absolutely not causing issues for any other driver in the parking lot. Also, I’m from Texas, if you don’t see a spot open and you’re running inside somewhere, you park where you can. It’s truly not a big deal. Anyways, as I’m handing my label over, a woman (possible manager) aggressively asks me multiple times to “move your car now!“ Then a different woman behind the counter chirps in saying “some people just think they can park wherever they want!” I ignored both because I was shocked an employee or manager would speak to a paying customer so impolitely and condescendingly! Then the presumed manager yet again tells me to go move my car, AS I’M WAITING FOR MY RECEIPT.If I could give them zero stars, I would. On top of that, all of them (except the woman helping me) were laughing at another customer who was really upset. I’m almost positive he was still in the building filling out his packaging information.

I sent out 3 packages on Friday December 10th with guaranteed delivery on Monday December 14th. I figured that would be plenty of time for Christmas. Shipping out 2 weeks in advance with 2 day shipping. No problem there, right? Well 2 of them were delivered on January 2nd and the last one was delivered today, January 15th. I paid you extra for 2 day shipping over the slower options. Thanks for nothing.

Its the best Post Office in the state. Hands down. The Karens here dont know how lucky they are. See how much fun you have at Gladstone or Clackamas.

WEST LINN, OR post office location: Zero rating if possible-Dont want to get an employee in trouble- esp. during these Covid times. However, she was unmasked and talking with the first person in line when opening the door for us. By the time she went to her station shed put her mask on. The customer had arrived at the station and was putting his mask on when the postal employee loudly said that she didnt care and that customer then lowered his mask, keeping it off while conducting his business and having a conversation with that employee. Very concerning. Im a senior who is no longer going to this branch because this employee may be there, clearly not concerned about the spiking Covid numbers (meaning increased Covid cases and death toll) due to poor and/or nonexistent care with wearing masks and distancing. Shocking to see such disregard for customers and co-workers.

This is one of the friendliest and most helpful post offices I’ve ever been in. I don’t understand the low reviews.

Nicest workers lady there made my whole day. Come here very often always pleasant experiences line never too long and goes fast.

One of the nicest post offices Ive ever used. The staff could not be nicer. They work quickly and tirelessly, always with a smile.

Easily the worst post office I have ever been to. They are incredibly slow, rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I have spent 30 minutes in line when there were five people in line and three people working. The employees are incredibly unfriendly and refused to look for my package. I was told they would deliver it the next day, but they werent going to look for it. Guess what, they lied and it did not get delivered. Anyone surprised by that? I didnt think so.I constantly get mail delivered that is not mine and I have neighbors who bring me my mail. Seriously, just a lazy group of government employees who cant seem to get fired fast enough for the community they serve. This USPS office is a disgrace. One would think they would try to improve given the amount of negative feedback they receive. The front counter people are just revolting to speak with.

This post office needs new management and re-training, re-evaluation of protocol.1. Postmaster delivered a package addressed to my son to a neighbor who then opened the package up. Additionally, postmaster has delivered mail to this address which contained CONFIDENTIAL information. Theses mistakes are risky because no one should have personal information delivered to the wrong address - Ever.2. VERY RECENT 10/11/18: today I ordered (2) items from Amazon that was for a specific address. The postmaster did not deliver it, instead, citing that the package could not be delivered. Dear Postmaster, Amazon deliveries are specific. Please honor the address that the Amazon package requests. If I wanted something to be delivered to a different address I would have indicated this with Amazon.

Terrible.... they cant get the mail in the right PO boxes!!! On average of once a week I get a piece of mail in my PO box that belongs to someone else. A closely related problem..... I constantly have things sent to me lost in the mail. And, Im not talking about letters from my grandma - I run my business out of this PO box. Ive lost state agency renewal notices, bills, you name it.... West Linn PO has lost it.

This has got to be the worst post office ever. You go to them with an issue just to be made to do their job for them. Called and complained about them leaving my medical supplies at my front door instead of leaving them in the extra LOCKED MAILBOXES we have just to be told that because I didnt have the tracking number there was no way they could help me. WHAT??????!!!!!! I never have liked this post office and the employees are not the friendliest either. I always go elsewhere if I have to do business with the post office. Surprised they are still in business.

Ive lived in west linn for 6 years, Every time I have to mail something or pick something up, This older woman with grey hair, is so incredibly rude to me. Whether its over the way something is packaged, how the label is taped, she is creepily degrading. Today I put something in the wrong kind of package, and she wouldnt answer when I asked what kind of package would work. Then she proceeded to laugh at me and wink at the customer behind me in a patronizing way.Let me say this woman is like 3-4 times my age and still working at a mail desk and bullying people that HAVE to pick up mail through her.Its insane to me that someone is so rude and overly confident in her position. I genuinely wish I could get my mail somewhere else because its uncomfortable even walking into this post office.Every other employee there is incredibly sweet to me and never hesitant to help or answer questions.

The phone tree is beyond horrifying. I tried for thirty minutes to speak with someone on location but to no avail. Just another example of the wanton hebetude permeating every fiber of this idiotic bureaucracy . Fortunately I got through to another location whose phone tree was less inane.

Some of you that write comments are idiots!! Just because u look up your package and it says its arrived at there PO does not always mean its available Whole pallets get scanned arrived when they come in back door !! They are still shrink wrapped they come in all day! The mail u get at home daily comes at line 4 am, do carriers can bring it to you !! The packages that come in daily from UPS( united parcel service ) or also Fed X drops there too, all those still need to be sorted by a clerk, there are hundreds of parcels ! So do u think they can actually look thru all those un- sorted shrink wrapped pkgs. to look for yours ?? There is so much you go not realize that goes on behind closed doors, for you to assume they are lazy is insane ! Its a very hard and stressful job, I worked 30 yrs and saw many new hires leave because it was too hard! So STFU about how mean or lazy they are when u do not even understand how it all works !!

They are lazy !Item they scanned arrived at their office, so why shouldnt I be able to pick it ? ( lady was lazy thats why)Next dayThey delivered my package to the wrong house!!!!!Its 2016 and they dont know how to deliver a package to the right house. This is just funny

Allowing mail carriers to smoke in the vehicle with mail that is absorbing the odor is unprofessional. When I pay to send a letter or package I am expecting it to be delivered with out being treated with smoke.

I am sick of waiting until 5pm every day for my mail to get here. Can we change up the routes?????
