The employee left my house without saying anything. The windows with hard water spots look worse than before they were cleaned. Some of the screens were not cleaned. Have sent a couple of pictures to the company and have not heard from them. Stay away from this company.

Terrible company. We hired Clearly Amazing to install holiday lights this past holiday season. The installation and lights were great, until they removed them. A staff member grabbed one end of the lights and yanked them off of our house leaving pieces of Christmas lights scattered around the house and staples sticking out of the siding. I called the local office to report our concerns about the removal, especially since we paid nearly 2K for the project. The manager indicated they would send someone out the very next morning to resolve the concerns. We’ve had no contact since then and no one show up to clean up after their mess. We referred them to several friends and coworkers but after this experience none of us will use them in the future. I would definitely not recommend Clearly Amazing for holiday light installation in the Portland Oregon/Vancouver Washington area.

Outstanding workmanship, especially Jose!!They left a bit of dirt on one window while doing the gutters and ended cleaning that window immaculately along with a few other windows. They were hired for gutters only and went above and beyond. Highly recommend, great work ethics!!

The usual large corporate business with higher than usual rates. Lots of turn over with employees which is a good indicator of less than stellar management and procedures.They start workers at less than fast-food pay rate.

I just had all of our windows washed – inside and out – by Clearly Amazing and they most definitely lived up to their name! Our windows look awesome, Ryan and Josh did such an amazing job! They were here nearly 8 hours making sure our windows were spotless… and after 17 years of living here and never having our windows washed, they definitely had their work cut out for them – likely far more than they bargained for. They were right on time, very courteous and respectful, and paid great attention to detail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clearly Amazing – you will not be disappointed!

I have used this company several times. It has been my personal experience that is very easy to schedule an appointment. The office staff calls with a reminder the day before and calls the next day to see if the work was satisfactory. An invoice is sent electronically. The crew came at the appointed time and did an excellent job. Amazing Window Cleaning prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies I have used.

Carlos did an excellent job cleaning all of my windows and all of the gutters. He arrived at 8:30am and worked until 7:30pm. Im not sure he even stopped to eat lunch. It was a huge job for one person. He was very efficient and thorough. I would definitely use his services again. Very pleased with the outcome.

I used this company last month. Just in time before the raining weather started. The service tech arrived early (good thing) and promptly started to work. The person that came was very friendly and courteous. They did a great job ! I will use them again for the future gutter cleans.

Josh was very polite and had manners.He was respectful and was right to the job. He and his partner did an excellent job. In this day and age where manners seem not to be part of the Millennial population, it was a breath of fresh air to have a young man look you in the eye, smile, be hard working and do a great job.

We have used this service before and will use them again. This year was an especially good experience since after the windows were washed our guy ( who was very nice) called the office to ask if he could lower our bid since the work was less than anticipated. Now thats integrity! Plus the windows are sparkly clean! Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up all of the moss that had fallen onto the windows and walkways. Their price was reasonable and actually I already recommended them to my neighbor. They did a great job on her house as well.

I live in OC and Ive used them for three years. They always do a good job. This year I needed both of my houses done and they were able to send out someone who was speedy and able to get both done in one day which saved me time. We run a wood burn and pellet stove which causes film to get on the windows. They always looks so good when they are done and make the house shine. Love clearly amazing!

I was nearly run over by one of Amazing Windows employees while walking my dog in the pouring rain on my narrow, windy neighborhood street. He was easily going 10 to 15 mph over the speed limit, and actually sped UP when I gestured to him to slow down -- Im quite certain because he didnt want me to have a chance to read the signage on his back window as he zoomed past. This guy is a menace to the public and should be fired. I have left a message with Amazing Windows but they havent called back as they obviously dont care. The only AMAZING thing about them is that my dog and I werent KILLED!

This company did gutter cleaning for me. Such a neat and throuogh job! I asked them back to install my Christmas lights and they did a beautiful job putting lights on the first and second level of our home. I plan to ask them to come back in the spring for window cleaning!

We have second story windows above a steep driveway. We have used Clearly Amazing for several years with excellent results. Our window cleaner, Dom, was on time, very courteous, cheerful and worked very efficiently.

I contacted Clearly Amazing in mid-November to install Chritmas lights. They didn’t respond for a few days, but seemed friendly and happy for the business when we connected. We scheduled a few weeks out. The week of the service, multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered for days. A phone call was finally returned and an email was finally received a business day before the scheduled service confirming the install date. The morning of the service they called about rescheduling and they didn’t show. I would not use again. They seem too busy to care about taking care of customers or following through. I was left having to find a backup plan.

We had a wonderful experience. Great customer service. Will use next year for my holiday lights!

I have used this company for many years. They call in the fall (and I really appreciate their contact), and I schedule a time for them to clean my guttesr (and this year de-moss my roof a little). I have never seen them in person! They do the work (perfect), and bill me. This is an easy choice for gutter work.

Scheduled gutter cleaning for a Tuesday and was told they would arrive between 1:30 and 3:30 PM. I stayed home from work to wait for them. No one showed up. I received a call at 5 PM and was told that the job prior to mine was running longer than expected and was asked if they could come out on the following Saturday at 8 AM. I agreed. Stayed home Saturday morning, missing my sons soccer game, and again, no show, no call. I called their office and got their voice mail stating that they are open Monday through Friday.Look at the other reviews here and on Yelp and you will find many similar stories, along with customers being overcharged and jobs not being completed. Im just glad I didnt give them my credit card number before the job was completed, which is what they wanted me to do.

I am thoroughly enjoying my beautifully clear and clean windows. While there were a few flaws in the service at first when a single person was sent to work on the windows, the company was very responsive to my calls and sent two people to get the job done perfectly to finish up. That is service!

I have used this company for years and was completely disappointed with their work this time. They are apparently under new management and it definitely shows. They used to actually use a ladder, solution and squee and clean each window. Now they hose a solution on each window and let it dry. I had water running down the house, outside rugs wet, etc. They did not wipe out the sills or ledge of the higher windows. After they left I found dirt in the tub and an outside metal wall decoration bent which had apparently been knocked down. I contacted the company both by phone and email with pictures of the above. I have never gotten a response. I should have done a walk thru before they left and NOT GIVEN THEM A TIP!

I had something on my windows that seemed like over spray, from what I do not know. When I contacted them about window cleaning I stated this fact to them and the said no problem they can get anything off. After they finished my windows that had nothing on them looked fine but the ones with whatever on them looked the exact same. When I talked to the kid that was doing the washing he said that there was nothing he could do. I then called the office and asked if there was anything they could do and the lady on the phone stated that her technician was the final authority and if he cant get it no one can. This is completely opposite of what was stated prior to them coming out. I basically paid a whole house price for half the windows.I will not do business with them again.

Had my gutters and all my windows done inside and out. I have a older two story craftsman house (1912) that have a lot of Muntin bar windows (tiny window within a pane). The guys that showed up were professional, respectful of my property and provided great insight into ongoing gutter maintenance. The windows have never looked better...I watched as they painstakenly squeegied and washed every single pain by hand, inside and out. Thanks for the great service.....see you next year!

I say NO Stars. The entire experience was horrible. The quote was WAY off. They did not show up when it was scheduled and in fact continued to not show up until the 4th time. Once they came, they needed in the house even thought they had told me they would not need it. Ok, I understand, then they missed several windows and just did not clean them at all. They also left screens off just sitting in the rooms where they had cleaned windows vs. hanging them back up.Just not acceptable. I would never do business with this company again. Only thing they did punctually was cash my check. I gave them opportunity to make it right and they chose not to. Bad business

Two years ago, they cleaned our gutters and everything went fine. Recently, they called me to see if I needed a gutter cleaning and it turned out I did, so I went ahead and booked. Having them call me made it really easy to get it taken care of. But my delight and appreciation soon turned to disappointment...They called the day before my cleaning appointment and said theyd be out around noon the following day. No one came, so around 3:30 pm I called and was told the guy who was supposed to do the cleaning didnt have a tall enough ladder. (I dont know why I had to call them to find that out- they should have called me to let me know there was an issue.)I was told they would try to get me on the schedule for the next day and call me back to let me know when. No one called back.The next morning I called them to find out if they were coming and was told they had already come the before. Um, no. I explained what happened and they told me theyd try to get something figured out and call me back. I waited 2.5 - 3 hours and no one called AGAIN. I still didnt know if they were coming that day. So I called again, and again I was told theyd have someone call me.Waited a couple more hours, no phone call. I called again, explained the entire fiasco and was transferred to the manager to help solve the issue.The manager didnt even acknowledge any of the issues (ie- not showing up on the day I waited all day for them, having three people not return my calls to let me know what was going on). His tone was professional but totally unapologetic and somewhat terse, as if my calling to find out when and if they were coming was bothersome.Now despite all the issues, if the manager had been sincerely apologetic for their mistakes, they might have kept me as a customer. But he wasnt.He rescheduled me for the following week, but by that time, Id spent the bulk of two days expecting them to either show up or call. After some thought, I decided that they must just be too busy and they didnt value my business so I cancelled and booked a gutter-cleaning with another company that actually cost $25 less.Hopefully, they will use this as a learning experience. As a contractor, you dont have to be the cheapest. You just have to be reliable and trust-worthy. Thats it. Show up when you say youre going to show up. Call if youre late or cant make it. Call if you say youre going to call. Do the work youve agreed to do at the agreed-upon price. Basic good conduct.

Negative ⭐️- NOT so Amazing!! After receiving a phone call from Clearly Amazing about window cleaning, I hired them for Friday, June 26 to clean windows inside & out for my empty rental home in W Linn. They called that morning to let me know they were running behind. Per my instructions, they were to enter through the back yard to an unlocked door. Upon arrival, they were confronted by a concerned neighbor. Apparently the worker felt threatened by the neighbor and decided to leave without doing the job. Why I wasnt notified at the moment of confrontation, by the worker, I do not understand… they were authorized to be be there to do the job and I simply could have spoken to the neighbor directly! It was only after they left did I receive a phone call later in the day letting me know what had transpired...my windows were never cleaned that day. I explained to Ken at Clearly Amazing that my new renters were moving in on July 1… I had arranged for my windows to be done on the 26th, followed by a deep clean on the 27th, and finally carpets cleaned on Tuesday, June 30th at 11am. Ken proceeded to reschedule my window cleaning to start early morning on the 30th in order to get the inside windows cleaned prior to the carpets being started. I arrived at my home at 11:30 AM on the 30th to find my carpets being cleaned as scheduled but not a single window had been touched. I immediately called Clearly Amazing. After a long conversation with the general manager (name?) I was promised a call back after he had a chance to speak to Ken to find out why, once again, my windows werent cleaned. I was also promised by the GM, This will be made right and you will be taken care of. It has been 5 days and NO phone call, NO making it right, and NO clean windows for my new renters who are now moved in. Clearly UNAMAZED by Clearly Amazing and their complete and utter lack of customer service. I do not recommend nor would hire them.

One person (Ben) came and did a so-so job. Lots of streaks... and he wouldntclean the screens, like former companies have done. I gave up and senthim home without doing all the work he might have done. Now Ill call someone elseto finish the job.
