Very poor service .Came in this morning at 9am as their site advertise they open same as sign on the door .9am noce lady open the door for me and explained to me he will not cut hair u til 10am .I tried to explain that I need her to open as the sign state .She gave me to talk to Erika her manager, she was just been rude .Then I called Christa the owner and she couldn’t bother .Guess you better take tour business else were where they actually want to cut your hair .Horrible waste of time

Great place for a haircut. A little expensive but youre paying for quality so I understand the cost. It was 30.94 before I tipped but it was good. My barber Catie was didnt rush threw my cut and made sure it was exactly what I wanted she did a great job especially on the lather cut and beard trim. Good job and keep it up.

I LOVE this place!!!! I am a 60ish woman. Antonio cuts my hair at less then half the price of my previous salon. My hour and half hair cut is now 1/2 an hour (at most). I can afford to go when my cut has slightly grown out because of the cost and time reduction. I appreciate the way Antonio treats me! I am VERY particular about my look and style and Antonio gives me a sharp, signature cut every time! I am asked DAILY where I get my hair done and people a literally shocked that I go to a mans barber!!! My 80ish mom now goes and she too is a styling senior! LADIES I highly recommend giving Antonio a half hour of your time.

I’ve gone through a lot of barbers in my life and Antonio is by far the best of the best.He knows exactly what to do for you and spends quality time making sure everything is perfection. First off, good: there is typically not a long wait time, so I can get haircut reasonably fast with not too much wait. This is not really a great benefit since great clips now allow you to check-in online and get in fast.The very unprofessional, rude feedback I saw here is actually a true one. Manager keeps insisting on me signing in with full name and she gives some bogus excuses why (because IRS makes them). That irritates me beyond any reason, since I do not want to leave my personal information just to get a haircut. When I try to only leave initials, she would insist that she must have full name. When I leave random names, she would say: no thats not the name you left last time, you must give the same name. This is immensely rude to the customers, so much so, that I stopped going there. You do not talk to the customer like that. If customer declines to provide name, thats his right, and that should be final, and you should not make him uncomfortable for doing so.

I have been to this location several times for the convenience and in my experience the barbers are all very nice. The unfortunate part is how bad they fade. Some are better than others, but I have been disappointed every time. When they show me the back of my hair and I point out areas they missed they always say sorry the lighting is really bad in here.That might be part of the problem, but perhaps more training. I should not have remind a barber to trim around my ears every time, and point out spots they missed.

Went in today for haircut. Been going there for about a year. The barber who cuts my hair does a nice job. My problem is your lack of customer service. Last time, I called ahead which is supposed to get you a leg up on those who just walked in. Well, I had to wait for two others when I got there. Approx 40 minutes. So today I do not call ahead and after 15-20 minutes, my barber finishes her cut and I am next on the list. Only today, she takes a guy who walked in 10 minutes after me.. beyond that when I signed in, there was nobody at the counter and no one greeted me or even made eye contact. As a self employed business owner for over forty years, I know my business wouldnt last a week with that kind of poor customer service.. wont be-going back and will certainly not recommend to my many friends in west Linn.
