Cannot speak more highly of this company and the owners.While searching for over a month for a place to live, the owners, Jeff and Brandy, were by far the best people I met and worked with. They are a family owned business and it shows. They were transparent and informative, answering all of my questions and putting all my concerns to rest. I now live on one of their properties for the past several months.While living there, Ive needed a couple of maintenance issues responded to. They were very quick to communicate with me and solve the issue. It makes me feel like they care about me. It has been the most pleasant experience while dealing with a property management Ive ever had.The price of the rent is higher on the spectrum for the area, however I personally think it is worth the value for the customer service they provide and the quality of the home Im currently in: relatively new and spacious home with updated lighting fixtures and appliances.I would definitely recommend them to anyoneI will update this review during my lease

I havent worked with Brandy and PMI Portland until recently, but their communication skills and knowledge regarding property management is amazing!
