This is a review on customer service and not actually the service itself since they never showed up to our scheduled appointment. This summer we purchased a Living Social coupon to have our windows cleaned by Elite Windows. We were not able to schedule right away, from what I assumed was because they were inundated with coupon customers. Understandable. We were finally able to schedule an appt for this fall. They didnt show up. We called. They never returned our calls. We finally got ahold of someone and rescheduled. The same thing. No show. No return phone call. Got a site credit through Living Social and will not ever be calling Elite for their services.

This is the worst company I never got to use. Im actually happy to read other reviews about how horrible Chandlers customer service was...I was starting to take it personally. Missed appointments, LOTS of excuses, didnt return emails or phone calls. I am happy to throw away this business card and be done thinking about the fact that I paid for a service that I NEVER received. Guess Ill have to ask Living Social for my money back.
