I love that you can scan and pay with the app on your phone! So much quicker! No waiting in long lines!! Every store should implement this!

Often better prices than the other place, even their pizza is better her. However the line for food can often get very long. Much quicker checkout then the other place.

My husband is handicapped from a stroke, but we do fine with our groceries usually, but 2 times this year we have bought 10 bags each time of garden soil after we asked if we could get help putting it in our van. Both times we waited and no one showed up tight outside the door on handicap parking. Each time I loaded them all up and still no one showed up. Im no spring chicken anymore so I think well just buy gardening supplies at Home Depot

Normally I am pleased. Not tonight.We finished our shopping and checked out. We joined the line for the cafe at the front of the store at 6:48. The workers saw the line growing and allowed many people to stand in line. At 7:00, they flipped the lights off and loudly announced, Were out of food!I feel this is not a professional way to manage a line, and especially at a place that considers us club members.My children were saddened that they did not get the treat we planned and suggested that I give a -5 star rating.

Sams had a grrat selection of groceries and in home appliances that I cant find at other bulk selling warehouse stores. I like that they are close to me and my 👪. Convenient in location, price, product selection and most of all gas prices. Love it!

Chevelle at Optical was great! She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that made me feel confident and comfortable!

The check out line was INSANE and there were several green vest supervisors standing around looking stupid and NOT HELPING. The one girl checking people out was very nice and trying hard. WHERE IA THE MANAGER??? There should not be a checkout line that goes all the way back to the deli!!!!!!!

Do not trust the phone salespeople in this store. Their pricing is way off base of what actual AT&T service prices are and they do not even care. We got our first bill ($200 over what they said it would be) and went to the AT&T location nearby and spoke to one of the managers there. He told us that they have tried speaking with the same club kiosks manager, and have been laughed off each time. They said that they even spoke with the general manager of the sams club and that nothing has been done. They have apparently seen HUNDREDS of these cases over the past few years and no one has cared to fix anything whenever they have reached out.

At the kiosk in sams club I was offered an amazing deal on my phone service if I switched to AT&T. I set it up and the first bill was not at all what was promised. When I complained to them they told me they could not help me and I would have to talk to AT&T directly. The actual AT&T store set told me they have never heard of a price that good and I was lied to by these people. Ruined my week and wasted my time plusmade me change service by lying to my face

I always enjoy shopping at Sams Club... I feel their prices are better than Costco... Theyre definitely less crowded than Costco... And they have that scan and go feature on their app so I can get out of there really quick

Great selections for families and fast check out

This Sams club seems to have the happiest staff making it a pleasure to visit. Having early opening for Sams Plus members is great. Not that it is always mega busy but normally in the morning there is hardly anybody around. You can get in, get what you need and be home before Costco even opens. Food options are good and the parking is super close.

This place is good for big buys not many smaller buys youll find in smaller stores like smiths or Walmart...wish they would stop asking me if i wanna start sam club credit card its about as annoying as a telemarketer...

You try and call the store and some call center where English as a 2nd language answers. The only reason we called is because the milk racks were depleted and we didnt feel comfortable walking into the cooler area ourselves to do someone elses job... sigh

The fuel prices are good, but everyone seems to know this so filling up is a pain. There are regularly 3 or 4 cars waiting for each pump, and nowhere for the line to go. Its a free for all and very frustrating. I wish they would set up an organized line in the parking lot during busy times

Ive been a Costco member for years, but I figured I would give Sams Club a shot. Unfortunately, for the company, they did not impress. Ive been on three separate occasions, and each visit was a similar experience. Long lines at customer service, a majority of self-checkout kiosks that result in longer lines and wait times for those with full carts, and sub par pizza will certainly not entice me to drop my membership at the better warehouse club.

Long pump lines but a good price. Poor cashier staffing, they seem to want to force everyone to use self checkout but it doesnt accept cash. Was in line for 15+ minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Costco gets through 10+people in the same amount of time. Poorly organized just as walmart is. Noone here seems to care.

I have always had a positive experience when shopping at Sams, however this transaction was a great disappointment. I went to a lane with a checker and had 2 transactions. The older checker women was disrespectful to the people just before me and also to me. If I hadnt already had great service here I would change to a different location.

So far loved it. I will be shopping here more often.

Things are getting better now that pandemic shopping has slowed down. For the longest time, it was similar to a ghost town. Manufacturers seem to be keeping up with current demand and products are available again.

No complaints here. This could be due to the fact that it was during the week but this store was not very busy at all. Plenty of cashiers and self-checkout lanes available. They had everything we went there intending to get (and then some) and we were in and out quick.

Slow leak in left front tire for months. Needed air every week or two. The two men in the tire department on 1/6/21 morning at Jordan Landing spent nearly an hour until they finally found a small nail in the tread, removed it and patched tire. Eureka!!! Hats off to excellent customer service.

I appreciate their return policy. I bought a nest door lock last year that I never opened or installed....(we went with a different brand after I purchased). I asked for store credit (they offered to put it back on my Visa). I was happy I could return the unused key door lock without any problem. Thank you!Thank you for bringing back the four peppered turkey!! My kids love it.last I would be super happy to see wrinkle release spray by Downey in the laundry section 😊

Sams Club in West Jordan is an easy place to shop, not quite as crowded generally as the Costco with similar offerings and of course right next to the Wal-Mart.This complex is easy to get in and out of since you can make right turns both ways if youre coming from the east and only one left turn from the west.I usually like their fresh beef and buy all my steaks there. But my last visit I got about $80 worth of prime steaks that came out tough and gamey tasting as if the meat had been soaking in blood.The employees are generally helpful though so I hope they will make it right for me.

Cheap prices on most items. The real thing here is their Scan & Go app. Its a total gamechanger. No more mile long lines for me!

I went to the food court for the Hotdog and a drink Combo. I think thats a fair deal. The staff were very pleasant and the food was tasty. I will go back again soon. :^)

Always find something fun there. What is there to say ?!?! I guess if you have not there it is bulk food, if you have been there you already know its bulk foods. Other items clothes, vehicle stuff, household items, books, snacks, beds, outdoor lighting flooring, office supplies, electronics...great ready meals for 2-4 people you just cook in the oven. Share a membership with a family member purchase items you can get enough cash back by end of year that pays for next years membership.

Just got my sams club membership and Im beyond happy with it. There are deals online where you get a membership for $28, and if you count the value of coupons included, around $13 for a membership.The reason Im giving this a 3 stat is because of the food court cashier. My old mother ordered 2 pizza slices, 1 hot dog, 2 yogurt things, and 3 cups. The cashier didnt give her the combo deals for the cups at first, I had to tell him 3 times we wanted them in the combo so it would be cheaper for the drinks and food, and HE STILL DIDNT DO IT. After I had to ask two more times for the yogurts before he acknowledged me and gave me the dessert things I paid for.There was no one else buying anything. it was very poor service, and I was shocked. The food itself was fine, but the service was bad. Im not sure Ill go to the food court again.

I love Sams club! They have so many healthy fresh vegetables, a large variety of frozen foods, a lot of drinks and a variety of stuff that my dogs would love too and all for great prices!

Sams club is a great place to shop, eat, or fuel your vehicle. My family has had a membership for 30 years and counting. We love the scan-and-go service. No waiting in checkout lines. Online shipping is great too. You can do online shopping for in- store pickups or low cost shipping to your house. We bought some TP online when the shortage hit and shipping was only 2 dollars per case of 48 rolls. They are not even close to the craziness I see at Costco.

I only used the gasoline products ⛽. The to the gasoline pump were Chaotic. Vehicles were jumping in front of each other! There was no line Or anyone to guide the cars.To Summit up- Chaos.

I just went to the pharmacy to pick up a RX. They are always very polite and call me by my name and ask me how I am. I really like going to Sams club and shopping. Everyone was wearing masks and even before I got out of my car a young man who was collecting carts asked me if he could get me a riding cart.

Great! I was very happy to see face masks available. I understand there has to be a limit per customer. I am trying to create be safe bags for 4 different neighbors. I am sure Ill go back for 4 days to be able to purchase sufficient masks for my family and neighbors. 😊

I ordered a cake for my mothers 50th birthday from their bakery. I ordered a 10inch round cake with peace signs around the outer edge and peace rings on top saying happy birthday to my mother. What i got was an oval re-used cake with happy birthday smudged on the side and a bag of decorations. The cake wasnt assembled as I has specified, nor was is the shape or design that I ordered, and it tasted like it had been stored for at least four days after being baked in a fridge. I will not be returning.

This Sams Club is ok. Dont understand why I cant use my scan and go for whipped cream, yes I said whipped cream, but I can go to self checkout and get it done. A little frustrating. I can check myself out faster than a cashier, but I like the scan and go better.
