Good place...professional guys...very fast loading...great group of guys

I have spent 2 days looking for a dumpster rental place that I could afford. I have talked or attempted to talk with quite a few, however, one stood out, (out of 13) as pleasant, kind, unhurried, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge, and when I hung up eventhough I could not afford them, I didnt feel like the life was drained from the person I spoke with. Thanks waste management for the kindness!! Were in need of more like this, BE KIND PLEASE!!

Kinda of bias I work there as a truck technician and the recycling center in no longer at this facility it has been moved to another location!

Man, be really careful before you sign any of their contracts. Even then, I noticed a $350 setup fee to drop off a small dumpster but the first invoice came to almost $500. They also never mentioned gas surchages which was $100/month (more than my actual service fee) I wish there were more options than them where I am at :(

So it is looking like I will be working here for the week.

Ero Stars!!!I pay for two cans. They have been half full almost all of the last six months. This week the cans were a little full and had a bag sticking out the top. Still could be emptied by the automatic lifters. But these bozos deliberately took bags and threw them back in the cans. And then left a note saying cans were too full.They have their spring clean up dates way too early to be useful to most people. Hardly anyone had stuff out on the curb. Now when we need the help, this is their way of flipping us the bird.These guys were deliberate jerks.

Great company there customer service is excellent, Ive never had a problem with them on the contrary my driver goes out of his way to ensure our neighborhood is better than he left it.

How do you get someone to answer the phone. Each time in the past 2 weeks Ive tried calling and both times Ive been on hold for a rep for 20 minutes or more this is ridiculous

Cant find phone numbers to get live people. Very poor working conditions!

They are crooks. Use at your own risk. I now use Ace disposal for my 2 properties and am very happy.
