Last year I did my taxes and I was very happy for the excellent service but this year has not been like that. In April I had to answer the call to tell me when it was my appointment, wait 1 week, I called again and they told me the same thing. We are already in June and I have more than 20 calls which only answer the machine, I have left messages and nothing. Today was my last attempt.
