My 30+ years experience with a number of mental health service providers has lead me to the conclusion that Frontline management is sensitive to each clients needs. They sincerely provide the best service of any company I have worked with for my sons lifelong mental health challenges. I trust them and that trust was earned!

Good company overall but the Bountiful homes manager does not have the proper skill set for managing. She had something, usually minor or just plain not and issue to get rude about literally every shift. She waits a week at a time to do her state regulated documentation that is legally supposed to be done daily but writes up staff if they forget one little part of one thing. The owner kept backing her up when he got numerous complaints from 2 staff. Also the 2 clients in that home are vastly different in their needs and it creates dangerous situations for only one staff per shift.

Four years ago I had a high review for Frontline Services. Over the last few years, the company has declined. More recently, it has significantly declined. The owner, who we respected and appreciated his insight has disappeared without any explanation from the company. Since then, we have had to continually contact our support coordinator to take care of human rights issues -- broken air conditioner, broken washer and dryer, water leaks and damage. I would definitely investigate before choosing this company.

Worst place to ever try working for i got hired on and supervisor would never text or call me back and let me know what was going on took forever for them to find me a house to work at once they found a house never gave me a schedule so finally i gave up and found another job..
