We hired Rich Harris with Busy Bee Realty to make a crazy attempt at what my husband and I knew to be impossible: to get our mortgage company, 3+ years into the foreclosure process on our home to allow a short sale. We also knew that in order to accomplish this desired short sale, a pending public auction date would need to be escalated, virtually with a snap of his fingers, and the sale itself would have to be completed in world record time. Rich not only stopped a scheduled auction, he stopped two auctions as our first bank sold the loan - at a fraudulently higher price- to a new bank. Just prior to selling the loan, the original bank threw in a new auction date just to make things more interesting. Rich was well into having the short sale completed when the bank sale occurred- back to square on minus two steps. Amazingly, once again, Rich Harris was able to get the ridiculously scheduled auction postponed and all of the work required for the short sale AGAIN completed within an incredibly short length of time; retaining the buyer and aiding us in gaining desired closure rather than dragging the situation on forever. Rich works tirelessly, he is wholly dedicated to maintaining a level of excellence while absolutely delivering desirous results again and again. His negotiation skills are marvelous. He not only thinks out of the box he works out of the box in a housing market in which it is difficult to swing things ones way. I will not only recommend Rich Harris and Busy Bee Realty to others, I will use every ounce of my power of persuasion to make my friends and colleagues understand they will gain tremendously by doing business with Rich. Buying or selling ones home in intensely personal and Rich connects with his clientele deeply. Ill never be able to adequately express my admiration and personal respect for Rich Harris. The best way I know to let him know how truly fabulous he is and how profoundly he affected myself and my family during a time which could have been very difficult is to say with 100% honesty that I will return to Rich Harris when it is time for me to purchase a home again. I would never buy or sale a home without Rich Harris representing me.

He was aggressive with his negotiation skills and within 2 days we locked it up. He helped me every step of the way. I didnt have a clue because it was my first home. He made sure all questions were answered and has even helped me with answers to my questions even after my closing. He is honest, sincere and will give you his undivided attention. If I could give 0 stars I would. this is the most crooked place Ive ever dealt with. They stole my home for $5,000 and never paid the tax lein that was on the property.Jason told me he would pay the tax bill that was $10,000 and give me $5,000 for moving expenses. well, he and his partners lied and the title company helped get them out of the tax bill.
