Great customer service and definitely would recommend!!
Statewide is the best company to for process servers! They are always willing to work with me in such short notice. They are always very professional and nice to work with. They make the business of serving papers less stressful!
I used Statewide Process Servers to handle an eviction/lock-out at my rental property. Statewide made the process easy and handled each step with professionalism, making the best out of an otherwise stressful situation. They were straightforward from the beginning, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of progress on the property. I highly recommend their services.
As a Payday loan company we have a lot of court papers that need to be served. Statewide sounded great with their flat rate fees for service. We filed around 30 cases and they served about 1/3 of them the rest were attempt to serve, which we still had to pay for. I had a local constable serve the papers that Statewide said they were unable to locate. He had them all served within a few days. It became very clear that Statewide wasnt really trying to find or serve the papers. They served the easy ones but if it got difficult they just filed an attempt to serve and called it good. I was very disappointed and decided to pull back any other cases we had filed with them. They still charged us full price for every case even if they didnt do any work on it yet. I would not recommended them if theres any chance the person that youre tying to serve may be difficult to find.
No communication whatsoever. Emailed papers as directed on website, they sent payment form, I filled it out and sent it back and... nothing. My card was charged without even a confirmation that theyd received the form. I had to call in myself a couple days later to find out what was going on and even then got minimal info with no indication of when the papers would actually be served or what the situation was. Now, I still havent heard from them (several days later). No idea whats going on. Very annoying and completely unprofessional.
I worked with my eviction lawyer, and the Utah Eviction Law office ordered constable service with Statewide Utah without even notify me. A month and half past, I received an email stated that I owned $210 to Statewide Utah and is past due. I was really surprised because I did not order the service and never received any paper statement that demanding for payment before or after service, and do not know how much is their service, or what is including in their service. If Utah Eviction Law office or Statewide Utah did inform me before ordering the service, I will gladly pay for it.If I responsible for paying the bill, I should at least being notify and being knowledge of what is the cost of it. I should have a choice of hiring which constable service that is nearby me and might be lower price too.Later, I found out The Utah Eviction Law office sent an email ask Statewide Utah office to call me for appointment, and specifically told Statewide Utah bill to me only. It is the Statewide Utah fail to notify me and provide the cost of their service and overtime charge.
I have worked with Statewide Process Servers on a couple of projects and they are always fast and reliable. I highly recommend them!
