Excellent service from multiple employees. I ordered some balloons online and brought them in to be filled. The prices weren’t bad and they had the balloons done right when I arrived to pick them up. No wait and I was in and out. Thank you 5 stars

Zurchers is a great place to go if you need any wedding or party supplies. The store is well organized and they have a lot of fun stuff. They have some sections organized by colors so its easy to find everything you might need for your party in one color scheme! They also have great prices.

I love going to Zurchers! The employees are so friendly! Not to mention that the store looks so good! Stacy, the new manager, is doing a great job! There was hardly an empty peg, making the store look nice and full! Their recovery team is doing an excellent job as well making the store look nice and neat! I ordered some balloons about a week ago and they are still floating! Who ever blew them up did an excellent job hi floating them! Shout out to Ellie and Cristina for helping me!

Half the staff stood around doing nothing while the line grew and grew. While the lady in front of my was checking out, she decided she wasnt done shopping and instead of voiding the transaction they waited 5 minutes for her to get what she needed and come back. The lady didnt even apologize for holding up the line. Right when I got to the register, they opened up another 2. I worked retail for 7 years and I have never seen anything so ridiculous.

So much party stuff. Pretty much everything that you could possibly need. The prices are quite cheap too so you can get loads of stuff. It wasn’t busy at all when we went and found lots of clearance items as well. The costumes were at the back of the store with not a bad variety. I would think they might have a bigger range for when holidays come around.

Great place for party supplies. Come here for any parties I have or just for my kids. I love the selection and the great deals they have. Its a fun store for sure.

Tons of variety and usually find everything I need. Their system always has some kind of glitch and I end up waiting to check out. Company needs to really update and make it easier on their employees.

Had a very bad experience with my order and the manager Spitvia (or Spitia). We had ordered 2 balloon arrangements for a birthday and instead we were given a bunch of balloons. The staff member I called after I got home, was very sorry and apologized for the mistake, but the manager instead of apologizing and offering a quick refund for the missing items, she instead made it more difficult. Got my girlfriend and I very upset at the whole way she was dealing with it. She made me drive all the way back to the store and made it more difficult to get the refund my gf wanted. She seriously needs to work on her manner and customer service, especially when it’s their fault for a frustrated customer. I picked up the order today 3/20 at noon, but even for that they were late. Had to go back to the store right before 1 PM to deal with that manager. Just to mention this is happening while we are in the middle of a party prep. Very bad customer experience at this store.Zurchers you guys can do better than that! I used to live making business with you but your shift manager is very disappointing.

I needed balloons and other party supplies for my wifes birthday party and of course I only had a vague idea of what I wanted and the store has an overwhelming selection for those that dont know what they want. I was approached by Marie who did an outstanding job at helping me make sure the colors I chose correlated (I cant match a color to save my life). She helped me choose the balloons I needed as well as gave loads of suggestions for other items I needed (most of which I purchased). She spent at least a good 30 minutes walking around with me and when she was ringing me up I was even more impressed to find out that she actually works in the stockroom but helped me out anyway. Thanks for making the typical last minute man shopper party a compete success!-David C.

Pretty hit or miss with service. Went this morning and had great service, proactive people offering to help me find anything I needed. Went again tonight and it was a bunch of high schoolers and after waiting ten minutes watching 4 girls fill balloons while a line of people waited, I asked if I could grab the balloons I had already ordered myself. Which they let me, but come on. People come before balloons. Thanks for those who helped me this morning though. They were great!!

This is a great party and costume store. They have lots of different balloons, party decorations and party favors. There are costumes and accessories year-round. They rent out cotton candy and popcorn machines. They even have a small section for practical jokes and magic trick. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help you find items. The store is clean and organized. Parking is free.

Ill make this quick: We rented a cotton candy machine and a popcorn machine. When we returned the popcorn machine, we were told by the store manager, Jody, that it was too dirty and she was going to charge us a $50.00 cleaning fee. I took the machine home, didnt clean it, but later returned it in the exact same condition as the fist time, and had it inspected by an assistant manager, Taylor, who said the machine looked great. When I returned the cotton candy machine, I was told a part was missing. I had informed them that that was impossible, because we didnt even use the machine. I was then accused of lying, by Jody, because she knows the part was given to us. I asked how she knew, since she wasnt even present. She said that she knows all of her employees would give the proper parts to the machine.Needless to say, I will NEVER be coming here again. We have a big family and we always do HUGE family functions. My husband and I spent well over $600.00 here getting party supplies and rental machines, and the customer service was horrible. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere, as that is what Jody told me to do anyway. Im pretty sure another business would appreciate my husband and I dropping anywhere from $600.00-1,000.00 dollars per visit.

A few days ago I purchased balloons and asked to pick them up Saturday at 11:30 and filled with their regular helium. I was advised that the regular helium lasts 4-6 hours. At 10 Saturday, I called and asked if I could move the pick up time to 12:30. I was told I can pick them up whenever I want. After I hung up I realized that I wanted to ensure the balloons would still float the majority of the length of the party; so I called back and spoke to the same person. I advised that I will just add more balloons when I got there and to not blow them up until then. At 10 I was advised that they were already blown up. They won’t make it to my baby’s 1st birthday party. Good thing he won’t remember this one thanks Zurchers for making the day special.

This location is not worth your time, because obviously our time is not worth theirs. I called a total of 8 times yesterday, and yes I do understand it is close to Halloween and they may be busy, but when you call that many times with at least a minute in between each call and they dont answer, its ridiculous. And then when you try one more time and they answer and hang up immediately? This is bogus. Youll have much much better luck and much much better customer service over at the West Valley location. Dont waste your time and day.

I always come to this location for balloons every time I hold an Open House. They are very friendly, quick, and have great prices! I often find myself purchasing more items that I didnt even know I needed. Very great customer service!

Awesome! Spectacular! Fantastic! And just plain great! These guys are awesome! I will go back to this location every time! The workers were so nice and helpful! Taylor was so great! He was so helpful and he knew EVERYTHING! He was constantly helping 3 or 4 people and giving each one of them the same attention. He has the best customer service I have seen in years! It makes sense why he is in management, he sure knows his stuff. I would recommend asking for him when you go to Zurchers! The store looked neat and clean and everyone was busy and helping people left and right. Taylor stood out the most to me, but everyone there was great! Favorite place to shop! I left the store so happy and I know I will every time!

The staff here are very nice and helpful about products but I feel communication is not efficient here. I called and was quoted a price and was wrung up with it being more expensive. I also asked for a bag to cover my balloons and was not given that and was told that the weight for the balloons wouldnt work with the bag. I kinda thought why wasnt I told that in the first place. So I just left without getting my bag or refund because I had a party to get to. They take major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Yikes! If you can go to a different location, I would suggest doing so! The worker that helped me, was very rude! I asked her if she had any extra stock in the back, and she sighed and said, Well did you look on the shelf? Yes. Yes I did! Instead of checking with the person who was on stock, she left the register, with 5 people in line and went and checked the same shelf I did. Didnt even check in the back. The person on stock, kept coming to the front, would look at the line, then walk away, saying nothing. She came back and said, You were right, we dont have any on the shelf. Umm, yes I did know that. Then, I asked for some balloons. I told her the numbers of the balloons I wanted 6 times! She would ask which ones. I would tell her, shed ignore me and start a conversation with her co-worker about getting her nose pierced, etc. 6 times! Then, when she finally sent someone to look for balloons, they said they were out of every single color! AWESOME! The manager finally came over and some things got done. Magically some of the ballots they were out of appeared! The girl was rude and hostile the whole time. Audibly sighing, etc. At this location, the customer is not right!

As soon as I walked in, the heat in the store was ridiculously hot. After a few minutes in, I asked a worker why was the temperature so high. They replied saying thats how the manager wants it. I felt sorry for the workers, you can tell they were sweating. I asked the same person to help me find accessories for a costume I was putting together. They were very helpful in helping me find most of the accessories. Went to register, payed and left. Would have give a five star if it not have been the extreme heat in the store.

I love going to look there they always have so much stuff. I can always find just about anything Im looking for I definitely Im glad that they have so much variety. This store just seems a little bit more messy than the others, things still needed put away.

Have everything we needed for my grandsons 3rd birthday.

The customer service is great. They opened a register to help me and everyone was very friendly. However the balloons I bought only lasted for a few hours. I did not get the premium helium but I expected them to at least last one day. I will stick to getting my balloons from the dollar store where the helium lasts well over needed time.

This store was so awesome in my time of need. I got 16 balloons from them, thinking theyd last until the next day. They didnt; but I called and they let me get new ones. This time with high float at no extra charge!

I love coming here whenever I have a party because they usually always have what I need and want. The cashiers are friendly and never make my trips here unpleasant.

Clean store, lots of different items to choose from, and a wide variety of party and event decorations that are themed or just colors in general. Big costume selection for adults and children as well. A few items I was looking for they surprisingly didnt sell even though its very popular for birthdays, but overall a good place for party supplies and costumes.

The lady was nice and filled up balloons for us but there was gum on the balloon strings..

I bought 18 high helium balloons for my sons birthday party. I left the store, drove 10 minutes to my home and as soon as I walked into my house they all started popping. (I have vaulted ceilings, and a bare entry way). I decided to call the store because after 12 balloons popping within 30 seconds, it was obvious that they were over inflated or something was wrong.I called the store and was transferred to a manger. The manager was very combative and said you werent careful enough with the balloons I pointed out that if 1 or 2 popped, I would agree but 12 popped. (While writing this 2 more have popped). The manager remained confrontational and even laughed on the phone and said fine bring your receipt and all the balloons back tomorrow and I guess you can get new ones.Its disappointing that a store would have such a negative person in charge. She was very rude and has made a fun occasion stressful and not enjoyable. I will never go back.

My coworkers and I were throwing a party for my boss, and I was the one assigned to get decorations. When I arrived at Zurchers, I was a little overwhelmed with all the options. The blonde employee named Erinn was very kind and quick to help me make several selections. When I went to pay, I realized I had left my card at home. Erinn told me we could put the items I chose on hold and come back when I have my card. She helped make my shopping trip smooth and as quick as possible. This location has definitely become my location of choice.

Incredibly rude workers. Today my family and I came in looking for a specific item and decided wed ask one of the workers if they knew where it would be located or if they even sold it. So my mom asked one of the female employees and she said there were none and acted as if her asking were a nuisance and thought she was funny when she motioned a direction it might be in and went on to talking to her friend. Next we decided to ask a male employee if they sold it hoping for better service, his answer was no and walked away. Guess what? Found the item we were looking for but apparently the employees are too busy talking to their friends and being primitive to learn where anything is in the store. If you want to find anything going there dont ask, the employees arent there to help you.

Sit back and grab the popcorn because I have a lot to say. This store is a HOT MESS. Every time I go in it is dirty, unorganized and you cant find what you need. If you ask an employee for help they have no idea where anything is. So why would we trust them with my sisters gender reveal balloon? It was the ONLY convenient place with helium. We walked into the store and asked if they could fill a large black balloon with pink or blue confetti depending on the gender in the envelope we had brought, along with some small balloons. We can but its tedious. was Jodi the store managers response. She then started to complain about previous customers who had given her quite the headache with gender reveal balloons. Great customer service there Jod... We asked them to please do it as it was a special occasion and they agreed. One of the sales associates took us to pick out a balloon and couldnt find them. She said they must be out. They were right in front of her face which we noticed and pointed out. We then picked out the confetti and balloons fillers. One for a boy and one for a girl. We had to buy fifty balloons even though they were only going to use five... The sales associate said she would charge us for all of the items and we could come back after the reveal and get refunded for what they didnt use. Why not just charge us for one and use what needs to be used? I guess we could do that... We proceed to the check out and the cashier starts charging us for everything. My sister starts to explain that we will only be paying for one as we will only be using one. The cashier was confused and after several minutes of explaining my poor, exhausted, pregnant sister was just going to give in and pay for it all. I stepped in and asked the cashier to talk to the sales associate who helped us but she was no where to be found. Fast forward we worked it all out for what felt like the 10th time. While they finished ringing us up I asked them to put high float in the balloon. Any balloons I have purchased here with just helium have not lasted over night. They said they couldnt since they were putting things inside and it would make it sticky. This made me concerned as we were picking the balloon up on Saturday for the Sunday reveal. They said that if we picked it up right before close it should be fine. We left the store feeling frazzled and worried. I went to pick the balloon up the next night. I got there early as I suspected there would be some issues. I saw them working on the balloon as I walked in and went to the back of the store so I wouldnt see the gender. 45 minutes passed and the balloon was no where to be seen. I asked a sales associate where it was and they said they couldnt make it work. Surprise, surprise... The problem was the smaller balloons we wanted inside. I asked her to just use confetti and bought more to ensure it would be full. As I walked away so they could finish the balloon I heard a loud POP!!! Thats right. They popped the balloon... They were out of the balloon style we had chosen (or so they said) and asked if another one would be okay.Yes! Just give me the balloon!!! They FINALLY finished. We paid and carefully took the balloon home. I placed it in a dark corner where the sun wouldnt get it. I came down the next morning at 6AM and it was deflated on the floor. It didnt even last 12 hours! It was Sunday. Zurchers was closed. There was nothing we could do. My sister hung the sad balloon from a wire like a pinata and popped it that way. What an awful ending to an awful experience. They made what should have been an exciting moment, horrible. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I beg of you...

No customer service skills at all! Also they had very very little in the wrapping paper selection. We paid with cash and the cashier had no idea how to give change from a $20 bill for a $9 something purchase, we could have been totally dishonest with the worker and they would have no idea. Definitely not going back when all I have is cash on me.

I asked for help from the assistant manager (nola) many different times and she would just pawn me off on to someone else. She seems to not know much even though she is an assistant manager, i also get a lot of additude when she is the only one around to help me, she has no respect for others. I will never go back to a zuchers because of her.

Where do I begin! Ordered balloons from the website then am told I cannot update the date even though I changed my party date because of a funeral. Had to escalate to a manager. Then they still make balloons and call me on the old party date. When picking them up on the right date, the balloons were already half deflated and barely lasted an hour! Overpriced terrible service.

Took 1 star off for nasty bathroom. Good array of party supplies though.

Wow what a horrible experience. We ordered balloons for my dads 50th bday. Zurchers said they didnt have an order..we had proof we did, then eventually said they found it, then totally filled all the wrong balloons. We got there and walked out with a totally wrong order because they wouldnt make it right by us. They were super rude, argued with us and the balloons didnt match the theme. Also the store is ran by teenage girls playing on their phones and giggling and dont even ask if you need help. I am never going back there again.I just woke up..only 20 hours after the balloons were filled and they are all on thefloor deflated. Ha the dollar store balloons last longer!

I ordered balloons to be picked up at a certain time, I was 45 minutes late and felt bad. When I get there, my balloons were still in a drawer and the girl behind the counter was in no rush to fulfill my order. It didn’t take long to fill my order, it was just more annoying that she never offered an apology or seemed like there had been an error at all.

Terrible customer service, I came to get balloons for my sons birthday and they blew up other balloon orders before mine when I was first. I highly suggest going to a different location!!!!

No one would take a couple of minutes to help me find anything. I was there at 945 am and there were about 8 employees working and maybe three parties of families shopping. They would tell me I think its aisle 8 or 6, send me down there by myself and I still couldnt find what I was looking for. There is no point in having employees there if they are not there to help customers. I will go to the dollar store/ another party store next time because I left feeling so frustrated

A girl named Jessica did not do anything to help me. She was running cash register and was the only one there so I put my stuff down, waiting to be helped and all she did was stood there silently.
