My little brother has been here for a few months and I have already noticed a vast improvement in his mood, confidence and attitude. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family. The kids are all great in what they do and are super inclusive to the newer white belts. Overall would rate this a 10/5 if I could. Definitely worth going to.

I used to train Martial Arts in the same system for 13 years before I decided to take a break. I recently came back and all of the instructors have been absolutely amazing and helpful. My confidence in myself has slowly started come back with each lesson. My anxieties in life have slowly started to disappear. Im am extremely thankful for Sensei James, Sensei Nancy and the entire TruMotion instructor team. Definitely recommend.

The variety of training is great. My son, mom and train at TruMorion. They are great I look forward to every class.

Finally found a great place for the kids to learn! Very professional, and the teachers are amazing!

I only gave 4 stars because of cost. I love this dojo! James and Nancy have been Amazing in helping get my son started and on his way to his next belt. My son loves to spar and has been more respectful at home. The monthly cost includes class only! If they want to earn a patch or participate in any event they have it is extra! Everytime I turn around I am forking out more and more money. Just know that upfront. Your child will love it, but make sure you can continue to afford the ongoing cost. He has been here for 2 months @ 4 days a week. I paid through July but dont think we can afford to continue after that. My daughter is on 2 dance teams and Karate is more expensive than both of the teams combined. My son will be devastated to not be able to continue. It is a lot of fun and discipline for the kids if you can afford it.

Every time I leave leave the dojo after class, I become a little bit of a better person. And I always learn something new, the senseis are vary helpful.

I absolutely love this Dojo TruMotion. Everyone is so kind and patient with my 6yr old. Sensi Nancy is the best and has really helped my son with his confidence. I highly recommend anyone looking at this studio to enroll their children.

Today was my introductory lesson and they threw me right into it! I got to participate right off the bat, sensei Nancy is very knowledgeable, intelligent and patient with all the students. Such a great atmosphere with no judgement. You immediately feel at home and comfortable. Best dojo in the valley!

My son recently started at this studio and we could not possibly be happier with our experience. The instructors are kind and patient with young children but provide excellent structure and discipline. Personal lessons with sensei james every week have been incredibly influential for my son and James has been wonderful in helping him to set goals and improve is behavior in school and at home. Every interaction I have had at this studio has been positive, constructive, and kind. I love that I can tell the teachers genuinely care about each and every student. If I could give it more than five stars, I definitely would.

TruMotion is great! They have awesome senseis!!

First off, the patience of Sensi Nancy is amazing. My 4 year old is a student of hers and while he is just starting out and has alot to learn, he is happy to be a part of this dojo and looks forward to his lessons. Sensi James is also very good and patient.

My son has been coming to this studio since August 2017. He has learned so much! The instructors are patient, and work so well with him. Studio is clean, and well maintained.

My son has been doing karate with USSD for about a year and a half. The staff are really great and take time for your kid. My son who is fairly athletic has advanced really well and I can see changes in his mental attitude and his confidence. The only downside is they are constantly asking for additional fees for additional activities and it can be kind of salesman feeling. Even though I still give them 5 stars.

Ive been taking karate and its great. it can help with different aspects in your life. I personally favor how it is a stress reliever and that its fun. Other aspects are discipline, focus, courage, speed, endurance, and self control and may more different aspect. This place is awesome !

My son has been coming to the Jordan landing ussd for 2 month. The instructors work super great with the young kids. When you come in the studio you will receive a warm welcome. My son really enjoys coming to karate.

I started attending USSD in 1998 as a young child. Karate was a peaceful, fun, and exciting time. I got to let go of my frustrations and clear my head. I was also getting a great workout throughout the week. I developed confidence in myself and my ability to defend myself. I also developed discipline, focus, and very great patience. Vital virtues I learned as a child which helped me become an adult. Ive spent 6 years doing Karate in USSD. I plan to do another 6, I currently started teaching. My parents have been proud and continue to support me. I encourage anyone who seeks to better themselves and to have great time to give it a go.

Thank you. At a time when I felt completely helpless with my son’s recent nasty attitude; I found this Dojo. James has become part of my family, the life coach my son has needed when work has taken all my time. My two boys and I all train at this location. We love the energy here and its a lot of fun and a great workout! The instructors are very good with the kids and everyone who trains here, also when we come in the instructors always make everyone and myself feel welcome!!! For my kids and I being here and training its our second home here away from home, the instructors make me feel like all of us students are like one big karate family, they really do care about all of their students and parents that come to the dojo!!!

Since my son started karate he has better listening skills and his confidence has improved. The instructors are so nice and tentative. I wish we would have started this kinda program sooner for our 6 year old.

I love the USSD Jordan Landing location because the instructors are there to actually teach you and help you grow. My main Sensei or instructor James is very patient and knowledgeable in what he teaches. I love the group classes but what really adds the cherry on top are those one on one private lessons!

United Studios has been really good for getting me in shape. Ive really been amazed at how professional this has been run! The instructors teach well, and make it fun at the same time. Ive been studying here for several years and theres still so much to learn.

This dojo has saved my sanity multiple times! Children need exercise, discipline and fun and this dojo offers all of that and more. My boys love to come to class and burn off all the crazy energy young kids have. I have a close relationship with all of the Sensei’s and feel I can tell them anything going on in my kid’s lives.

My son has only been taking lessons for a few weeks, but it has made a huge change in his demeanor and self-esteem. Each sensei knows him by name and really cares about him. Well worth the time!

They are fantastic with kids, great learning experience for respect, discipline, and an all around good sport. I had one week of free classes for my son, and today we are enrolling in private and group classes and Im hoping to see my so excel in all areas.

This place is awesome. I remember when I joined seven years ago and how I use to act. I used to have a bad attitude but thanks to karate I now have a great attitude and have better self control then I use to have.

I have been A student at this united studios dojo. for about 2 months and I have had the best experience. I have alway wanted to take karate class. its been the best thing I have ever done so far. sensei James has been one of the best ininstructor ever.

Even though I go to USSD Bountiful, doesnt mean I cant feel the same kindness, and security there. The Senseis still teach the same pincipels. I got there on Mondays and its so much fun. Sometimes everyone needs a team to fit in and belong to. I belong to United Studios of Self Defense, and I always will. And if your in that area GO! you ll feel included, courageous, humble, safe, directed.... And so on. So please go learn. I know this school is an life changing school. I promise....

My boys have been training in karate at this USSD location for the past 3 years. In that time Ive seen a marked increase in their focus and self-discipline in their schoolwork and at home.

Ive been doing karate here for about five years now and it has affected me greatly. I also got my younger brother and my dad into it. It is one of the funnest things to practice with the two of them

Ive been taking martial arts from ussd for about a year now and I love it. Ussd has helped me in many aspects of my life, its helped me with confidence, control, discipline and also got me into shape. its a great school for anybody interested in martial arts.

Senseis are great at instructing and genuinely care about you as a student. The Senseis also continue increasing their knowledge.
