Alphagraphics at 1231 W 9000 S must have changed management because currently they have zero interest in providing good customer service. When I placed an order in March, they were very professional and communicated with me every step by phone as I requested. They kept my order on file so I could just call for reprints. When I called for a new order I was told they had deleted my file and I would have to come bring the files in again. Strike 1. I went in on Thursday July 23 with a small and simple order of 11x14 prints. I told them I needed it ASAP. Their computers were having issues so they said they would email a proof before printing. I told them to call or text me when that was sent. They did not and I did not see the email until after they had closed. Strike 2. They were closed for the 24th holiday but didn’t bother to tell me. They were also closed for the weekend. That is 3 extra days I had to wait for an order I needed ASAP. Strike 3. I emailed them that the proofs were good and to please call or text me when they were ready. Once again, on Monday, I did not hear from them. Later I found an email saying they wanted to charge me $15 extra to cut the prints to the size I ordered. Strike 4. I emailed back and told them I was quoted a dollar amount for 11x14 prints and I wouldn’t pay extra to cut to the size I ordered. This is where any company that cared about their customers and wanting a return business would agree that I was quoted a price for a specific size and they would deliver that without charging more. Once again they did not call or text me to let me know they were ready. I repeatedly asked for communication this way and they blatantly ignored it. Strike 5. When I went to pick up my order on Tuesday, nobody was up front to help me. Two women were in a room with a glass wall and kept looked out at me but just ignored me. Strike 6. I walked behind the counter to find my own order and then one of them came out and said she would get someone to help me. They did not cut my order to size. Maybe it was because I had a smaller order that they treated me so badly. I got my ASAP order 5 days later and it wasn’t exactly how I ordered it. I was treated badly over and over again. There are plenty of print shops in my area that care about their customers and treat them well. Shame on you Alphagraphics! You’re OUT!

I have switched over to the Alphagraphics in West Jordan, UT at the end of 2019 for all my needs. The relationship with the company and main point of contact is key to my success. I do large projects with tight deadlines. Johanna Higginson, her team, and this Alphagraphics has been amazing. Johanna cares and listens to my vision and comes up with her own creative ideas that make everything look better than I could even envision. If you care about your projects and the end result, then use this West Jordan Alphagraphics and Johanna and her team will not let you down.

Really disappointed with this AlphaGraphics location (West Jordan). I took my two manuals in to get spiral bound and they said it would take two days to do because they had some big projects going. So I left them overnight and they said theyd call when the books were finished. Never heard from them. Went in and apparently they had lost our contact info and had the books on the counter to get claimed. (Luckily they were still there). The covers were laminated, but one cover was peeling off and wasnt sealed at all. So it took them 20 minute to fix it. Then I noticed that they had switched the front and back covers on the books. It wasnt a complicated task, but somehow they couldnt get it right. Not worth the $20 they charged me.

This AlphaGraphics is the best one in the area!! Their staff is super friendly and EXTREMELY helpful!! They got my orders done so quickly and they looked amazing!!! 10/10 will go here again!!

The first time I went in to the shop I was greeted immediately. The employee answered my questions quickly and knew exactly what I needed. We needed to add something to my order and she found out the answer and I had an email within the day. The turn around was only a few days. Friendly and quick.

Once again. Incompetent and unprofessional. The employees and management dont know how to do simple printing functions. They cant set multiple up on a sheet. They dont know how to use adobe acrobat (baffling), and they jump at the chance for advice, because no one has trained them on how to do their job. Really sad. Dont waste your time at this location.

Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also told me that the turn around time would be only one day. I didnt have a big project like other people did, but she still treated me the same. Brooks did an excellent job at helping me with my prints! As an artist, i find it really hard to find affordable prints for my artists, and a place which printing goes fluently and properly.Brooks showed knowledge on how to print, and even gave me advice on how to make sure the prints came out better. She helped guide me and answered any question i had with confidence! I will definitely be coming back to get more prints from her again!

Did a last minute print job here. While they actually did the print, They did screw me over and instead of giving me glossy, they gave me regular card stock and didnt really care when I brought it up. Second, I never gave them any email or anything but was signed up to get emails and had to unsubscribe myself from their mailing list. Honestly when companies do this it is beyond annoying. Just because I had to use you does not mean I want a million emails from you.

Very helpful, communicated timelines well, and delivered a great product on time. Ill use them again and you should too.

I wanted to get a digital (*.pdf) copy of a one page document. I took it to Alphagraphics and they said it would cost $5.00 for a one page document. I thought that was outrageous and I wondered if theyre profiteering because public libraries are closed. I contacted FedEx-Kinkos and they said it would be 25 cents to make a digital copy of a one page document, a 2000% savings or 5% the cost at Alphagraphics. Theres no doubt Ill go to FedEx-Kinkos in the future.

These guys were great! I had a business meeting and my office printer was not working. I rolled in at the last minute and these guys put together a professional document that I could present with pride. Eric took realy good care of me and had me in and out in about twenty minutes. My presentation was a success! Thanks guys!

Sadly, I have tried to do business with this Alphagrahics 3 times, and each time there was something wrong. This last time, I brought in a job for printing. They took my sample and said theyd come back with a bid. They did, I accepted the bid and paid for the work in advance. Shortly after the job was authorized, I got a call saying they had miscalculated and the project would be roughly 40% more expensive. I said never mind, Im going to shop it somewhere else. They then told me Id be charged for the work they had already don on the project. I couldnt believe it. They severely underquoted the job, then, when they say its going to be 40% more and I pull the job, they charge me for their mistake. I took it to a different Alphagraphics which quoted a price less than 1/2 what this one quoted, delivered on time and with none of these dishonest shenanigans. Unfortunately I suggest you avoid this location like the plague.

Awesome experience! They bent over backwards to find a way to accomplish what we needed done. We asked them to create a digital copy of a very old book with huge 3’x3’ maps that were folded and stored in pockets in the back. When there was no way to scan the bound part of the book and then put it back together in its original form, they ended up scanning it page by page and leaving the book intact! They are marvelous to work with. It seems that there’s nothing they can’t do :)

Both over the phone and in person, Alphagraphics was very courteous and extremely helpful in getting my order taken care of quick and correct!

Front desk staff was polite and easy to work with. The store manager promised me specific pricing over the phone and via email and then refused to honor the pricing after the work was completed. When I went into the store to get an explanation the manager wouldnt come out of her office to discuss the discrepancy in person but instead relayed multiple messages back and forth through the front desk clerk. The print quality was poor and didnt match the requested product or even the invoiced product. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this location.

I had a print job I needed to get done quickly. Sierra got me a quote the same day. She answered all of my questions. The printing was done on time and it looks really good. I would definitely use them again!

Requested a bid on a simple job of printing 9 small labels for an art show. I had to do most the work myself and still was quoted $50.00 with additional work needed on my end to save another $25.00. I dont know if they are using paper made from gold, or just an idiot works there, but I will never use their services again!
