2nd auger of my Toro snow blower wasnt working. They fixed it in a little over a week during the busiest time of year. Turns out a couple of pins broke and was an easy fix so they refused to charge me. I even tried to pay Zack when I picked it up and he still refused to take any money from me. This sort of honesty builds the trust that keeps a customer for life. Im glad I found this place.

Looked these guys up on Troy Built site and drove all the way out there only to have a hard time finding it because it has no customer parking and it looks like a truck repair shop not mower and trimmer. Once I parked and took my trimmer in for the repair I was told they are 40 days back logged. Do not waist your time going to this place. I then went to mower medic on redwood rd and they are 7 days back logged BIG DIFFERENCE!

Horrible Customer Service. Could not get them to answer the phone. I probably called 10 times before finally leaving a message. They never called me back, so I went there to try to speak with them. The doors were locked, but gate was opened to the parts and service entrance. Employee cars were there and doors were locked. Very frustrating.

Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Terrible customer service!
