David is amazing. I spent a little over an hr at the store and he was so patient with me trying to make decisions of a couch and bed set. I didn’t know what I wanted but his knowledge was A1. He answered every question I had and now I’m leaving with a new bed set and couch set. To top it off they deliver at no cost. Great customer service. Not to mention April is great too. I will be sure to return here for future purchases.

The manager here, Karena (I hope I spelt it right) is awesome and has helped me find what I wanted and needed! Washer and dryer and a mattress and a TV. Super friendly. So far at this point I am happy with the services provided by this location. I have been purchasing items from easy rent to own for about 6 years and they are always ready to help when I need something such as new purchases or repairs on items i am paying on. I am especially happy with the new replacement guarantee policy as I get around double the use out of my purchase. So far I have had a washer dryer set, stove, and couch set covered by this guarentee.

Corena is awesome been with this place for 6 years furnished my whole house threw this place and my wife has been with them since 2007 customer service is amazing and they allways take really good care of us I would recommend this place to any one it makes life easier when you dont have a bunch of money to drop on all the stuff you need at once

I been with ez back since they used to be in taylorville, I seen many employees and managers come and go but by far this team has outshines them all corena, Jennifer and Sergio. I I have been renting from EZ rent to own for two years I have had nothing but great customer service from corena and her husband chant. They give me great service and great prices on the things that I need in my home when I need something that I cannot find or cannot afford at the moment I know I can just call Corena and she will get it for me and some kind of away also. Also their prices are much lower than other rent to own stores in and the service is much better. We are more like friends now and sales associate and customer she’s great give her an award.

If you want to be royally ripped off this is the company for you!!!! First didnt deliver when they said they would leaving us without a bed, then delivered the wrong bed and table and TV stand!! It took 3 months to have them deliver the right bed and TV stand and they still have yet deliver the right table! I asked for months to talk to an owner and they refused. I have called and called and called and there most often times refuse to call me back. After paying for 5 months I am fed up I blocked them on my card and told them I want to talk to the owner after 2 days and saying I want them to pick everything up they said they are sending me to collections... Yeah after 2 days of not paying because I wanted to talk to the owner. For your own sake skip this place they have no professionalism and when they cant get more money out of you they turn ugly. I will be calling BBB and any other resources I have... PS rent to own come pick up your garbage Monday after 4.

I have been renting from easy furniture for about 7 years now and have obtained ownership for quite a few items. They always have modern and up to date peices. Love working with Jennifer my account manager & Cornea the store manager. There have been time where i have ask Corena for a item in the morning and she will send a pictures close to the details of the item im looking for back to me & most times its in my house that evening or next day. I can say they do everything in there power to please the customer and keep them returning for more items. I do have to mention the delivery guys have been pretty awesome too.

Let me start of by saying I have been with Ez rent to own for like 5 or 6 years. I love Corina and her staff. Anytime I need it Corina makes sure that she takes care of me. Even with going through a hardship she made my payments work so I don’t loose my items. Everytime they set up my stuff they are always so nice and professional about it and they always make sure that all my items are there and they always make sure that I’m satisfied before they walk out my door. I have never been so happy with a company before and never had a company willing to work with me like Corina does. They are just overall amazing.

Horrible customer service by manager.. Paid my contract off 4 weeks early.. Never a late payment.. I ordered my product guarantee.. I was told I would have my merchandise in 4 to 6 weeks.. Repeated phone calls to the manager that were rarely returned I was told many many times my merchandise was on its way or he didnt know where it was... what?? After 12 weeks of the run around I was told the merchandise I ordered was a discontinued item so I had to order something else that I was not at all happy with.. When it was delivered to my home it was put together poorly and isnt even a stable piece of furniture.. Needless to they have lost a customer and I would never recommend anyone order or lease from this store..

If I could put 0 stars I would, they give out minimal information on the item youre buying if you dont like and prod them for info, they always tell you the wrong amount due, twice they have told me i owe a lesser amount and then it turned out to be almost double. they are over priced, and everythinngs used they dont clean it either if people bring it back they just put it in the box. they had told us everything was in the box when we bought it we got home and it was missing 3 of the most important pieces and there were no instructions included with the box. they also made me feel stupid and unimportant when I would call in and ask questions. plus you cant freaking make payments on Sundays like really and they count it as a day if youre late like what??? EZ to say were never coning back once we pay it off. oh and our item was broken and I called in after we set it all up took forever because of said missing pieces they did bring them to us but honestly that didnt impress me, like theyre just trying to cover up their own butt, but I called in and asked if we could bring it in for another one she said yes. we jist now call after making a payment and they tell us someone can come out and fix it like she couldnt have told me that the day of. one of the worst places Ive gone to by far. dont ever ever go here!!!!!

I really like Corina and her staff they have been really helpful I got a 40 inch TV and the back screen was cracked so they came out and brought me a replacement one it was a 43 inch TV. I had to factory reset it to try to get it to work and it still would not scan for the antenna. Every time I tried it shut down I purchased a new HD antenna and it still would not work. Corina had her men come out to look at it and they could not get it to work either she has made sure she could find me a new TV she had to go to a different city but she is getting it done. Thank you Corina and her staff at the Wese Jordan EzRent. You are the best

First I want to say that your store manager there is very rude. Also she does not know how to call people back. I have left several messages for her and unless its to sell me something or make a payment she does not return the call, including (and especially to pick up the equipment). None of the staff have the authority to do anything but her, not even schedule a pickup or set up a new contract, so your stuck going through her if you want anything done. We were having a problem with her being very rude to us and we called another store to talk to her boss. They called her and she actually told us that she is the store manager so if we have a problem we need to deal with her, not another store.We were going to pay off the unit under the 90 days same as cash for $611, and was told that we already had $500 something into it, making the payoff that we would pay over $1100 for the 2 ac units. We called the store and said since we paid asked about your new item replacement since we had paid on time. Your contract is not included in that, you will have the old units that you have been having problems with. We said fine, just go ahead and run the last payment. We were then told that we had to go all the way to the store to pay it off (WHAT, WHY) I went to Home Depot and was able to purchase the same exact 2 units for about $550 brand new, not $1100 for used ones (price gouging is illegal, btw). We said we would go to the store the next day and pay it off. That night we found 2 other better units and paid $598 for them. I called the store the next day (a Saturday) and informed the worker (Jessica) that we were no longer interested in purchasing the items and wanted them picked up the following Saturday. She had to wait until Corina got back, because she did not have the authority to schedule a pickup on her own. She told me Corina would call me back within a hour. 7 (SEVEN) went by and no call back. I called the store and was told that Corina was confused because she was told that Becky was going to purchase the units (SO WHY WOULD YOU NOT CALL BACK AND CONFIRM WHAT IS GOING ON). I was then told that once again Corina was not in and I would have to wait for her to call me back. I said that is fine, you are NO LONGER AUTHORIZED to charge my debit card, and that if the property was not returned I would initiate abandonment proceedings on the property. I magically got a call back 10 minutes later, saying that a pickup for Saturday cant be scheduled until Tuesday and that I would get a call back Tuesday (Again why, but hey its basic customer service, something thats lost on this store). Tuesday comes, no call (Not surprised at this point, its basic customer service). I called Wednesday and was told that I was scheduled from 2-4 (But no call to let me know, wow, but again basic customer service). I reconfirmed that auto bill was removed, and again informed the person I spoke with that they are not to charge my card. Saturday comes and what hits my bank, another (Now unauthorized, and a crime against me) from your company. Now auto bills show up around 5 am, this one showed up around 11 am so that tells me it was not the system doing the charge, but rather a person telling the system to do it. I called the store and was told they are doing everything they can to reverse it. Let me just say if they dont, reverse it by Monday I will do a fraud charge against it with the bank, and that requires a police report so who ever ran the card as well as the person who was told to remove it might be facing criminal charges for un authorized use of a credit card.Finally the delivery guy shows up to remove the units. I left my little trees on the unit because I did not want to take the filter off to remove them. The delivery person could of either left them on, and disposed of them at the store, or removed them and gave them back to me. NOPE he removed the filter and them and throws them in my back yard to let my 3 dogs chew them up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.

Awful awful place. Over priced, unprofessional, and if anything goes wrong, they will harass you. We returned an Xbox because it was too overpriced for us and now they are claiming we still have the Xbox. Whoever is managing this place is severely unorganized. Im more than unhappy with them. I just had to demand them to leave my house and was threatened with criminal charges. UNACCEPTABLE
