Won’t see you apparently extremely unprofessional waste of time

If there was an option for negative stars that would be this place. I went here at the recommendation of my doctor for medication management and they tell you that you must see a therapist to get medication management. So I agreed because I needed the medication management side of things. My first therapist all she did was bash on my husband for his issues and tell me about her ex-husband and his issues and how she relates to my situation this is my therapy not yours. Second therapist was good until she up and abandoned me, I show up for my appointment to be told she no longer works there (this actually happened 2 times) then they just throw me with someone who knew nothing about my situation and she said she would have them call to make another appointment to go deeper never got the call. I took a break due to covid 19 then I needed a new therapist they said they had a new one starting that week, so I gave her a try she was amazing she deserves 100+ stars. Just as things are going well they call me to tell me they overload the new therapist and I will need yet another one. I said absolutely not I like her and am making progress so they said they would try to keep me with her. I stayed with her for a while then you guessed it show up for my appointment on Thursday to be told she quit on Monday but yet these idiots called and texted to confirm my appointment on Wednesday. After this I decided enough I was done. The receptionist staff is ok except when the consistently forget to tell your therapist you are there and they leave for the day I finally ask when my therapist will be out and it is she has been waiting for you. They bill you for no show fees when you call days in advance to cancel or when they cancel your appointment and you call to ask why they tell you nothing we can do pay the bill. I have 2 insurances and never ever have a co pay I quit going I received a 400.00 bill and they say thats what you owe after insurance but I been going for 2 plus years never had to pay and now I have a bill when I stop coming yeah not happening this company is a joke and should not be in business. They dont care about the clients just the money.

I picked clinical consultants from a list that my Dr provided, so unlike some other not stellar reviews I was not court ordered to attend. As far as service goes the therapists and psychiatrists seem amazing. I only had interactions with 2 so I cannot speak for the rest. The problem is with the front desk and scheduling. If you are scheduled for an appointment half the time it is canceled or for some reason you were apparently not scheduled at all. I believe part of the reason is they do not mark if it is a telehealth or in person visit. They make appointments that you are not even aware that you had, and than call and cancel them. The front desk is polite but seem to have no communication or organizational skills whatsoever. I would not recommend choosing this company if you just need basic mental health assistance.

Don’t go here find somewhere else, the only good reviews or from the staff or their families. This is a horrible place that is an absolute scam

If you are trying to find a solid program with great resources that will not give up on you or your sobriety look elsewhere. This place doesn’t know what helping people means.

I absolutely loved receiving treatment here! Their services are amazing, my therapist is amazing! I have been able to turn my life around with their ongoing support and encouragement. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to enter a substance abuse program to come to Clinical Consultants.

I was met by a courteous and thoughtful staff. Everyone I encountered maintained professionalism and worked to make sure I felt comfortable in all of our interactions. I’ve witnessed lives change because of Clinical Consultants.

For a place taking court referrals, they were very friendly. Bad reviews might be from people that dealt with different staff than me, or people that were just angry about being referred there to begin with. Clinical Consultants isnt top dollar treatment but if its one of your options and in your budget it might be the best thing you can get. My biggest complaint is that they seem pretty liberal, but youll get the same anywhere else that is using government funding.

I have been in treatment over a year, doing every thing asked of me . this place is awesome! the staff treat you with respect, and understand what addiction is. I would recommend you give it a shot because if your 100 and want to change this place and the staff will give you a 110% .

I went to Clinical Consultants outpatient for 1 year. I showed up to this program right after a relapse. Clinical Consultants assisted me to getting back on my medications and find stability in my recovery again. The doctor & counselors worked closely with me to maintain my sobriety as I tapered completely off of Suboxone & all other medications. I now have 18 months of sobriety.

I walked into Clinical in Dec 2018. I was in a really bad place. They were able to get me into their IOP program and they literally saved my life. The whole staff is wonderful. I couldn’t give enough stars to show my appreciation. Thank you Clinical!

There now making me.take.classes.I do not need. Took me from my doctor probably will cut my meds too. I feel like Im in drug court. I came her to see.a.doctor.for.depression and for a year I have been treated.good by my doctor. Now the place is ruined Im not going to seeking safety.classes I dont want to see a.different doctor so theyll just discharge me.they dont care. Now I see why people post.this it just took them a year to start messing with me.

Amazing healing team of professionals-helped me through some very tough times

I used to love walking into my appointment. The first two receptionists were kind and polite. They have now gotten other positions and the replacements are just rude. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and the new two have no care to be polite. I watched one of her amazing feet with a client. She asked it was Wednesday because shes supposed to be here for her appointment and the receptionist just said shes not here and then ignored her point blank. If I can find another place that will take us, I think I am moving therapy. Not worth it when you are being seen for trauma and feel like you are not wanted with the front desks people. I would look elsewhere if possible .

I love this place I didnt get treated like a drug seeker which is nice because some meds I need are controlled but there what work and my Dr. Understands this and he has given me hope that there are people that do care. Dr. Reid really knows mental illness well and cares about his patients. I never have to wait for him when its time for my appointments. When I call the front desk they pick right away.

Dont waste your time. I called to get an appointment and made it very clear that I needed an appointment that week. The lady said I would be able to go that Wednesday or Thursday. She told me she would call me back within a few hours or at most by the next morning with a confirmation. I never heard back from her (to this day even). I called back multiple times and left multiple messages and didnt hear back. So they pretty much blew my chance to have any help. If they have no respect for peoples time then I would never even consider trusting them with anything else.

The place is horrible. They are not professional at all. They only want money, they don’t care about the patients. Some people are there for one DUI. But they threat you as if we are criminals, drugs addicts. They don’t evaluate the patients according their problem they are in. I don’t recommend to no one. If you can find a different place to get help. If you are for alcohol problems they will test you for drugs, even if you never used drugs in your life, they will still test you weekly, just to get your money. Bad service. ETC

I did not even have a chance to go in because the five times I called the scheduling person was not available, on lunch, went home early, etc. Even trying to schedule was so irritating and inefficient. I’m so glad I won’t be dealing with the staff if they don’t even have a reliable/professional employee to schedule the appointments. Last time I called I got treated like I was crazy for asking if there was a better time to call, after calling for the fifth time!

Ive left messages in an attempt to set up an appointment and no one has ever called back. No one ever picks up the phone either. Good luck!

Do yourself a favor and go else where. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I was told 2 completely different things by 3 different people and once I completed my class, I received a call from someone at this clinic who demanded $50. I was told over and over that I did not owe this by 2 people other than this woman. How she finds it fair to me now, is beyond me. Stay away.

I really wish I would have read the reviews about this place before making an appointment. What people are saying about this place is spot on. This place is a scam and should be shut down. They are extremely rude and will lie to your face in order to get you into their program. I was tricked on the phone into thinking i was going in for a one time evaluation. When i got there they tried to force me into costly reoccurring treatment program. She tried to tell me it was required of me even though she didnt have my name or any information about me. I had to walk out or they were gonna charge me alot of money for a service i didnt ask for and dont need. I dont appreciate being decieved or having my time wasted by con-artists. Im glad i didnt fall for it & I feel sorry for anyone who is taken advantage of by this corrupt company.

Do not waste your time or money find somewhere else for treatment, there treatment is a joke you basically just talk about pretty much nothing in class, so what they do is over load you with useless classes to get your money and money from your insurance the biggest scam if you want to to be robbed just fall asleep on traxxs or the bus with your wallet in your lap you will will definitely feel better then getting robbed by these guys so sad this place needs to be shut down for real 👎👎👎👎

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The doctor was an hour late to the appointment to begin with but didnt bother to apologize. After that she began bad mouthing health care providers I had seen in the past and was very unhappy with the fact that I did not agree with her. I have never heard a doctor speak like that about their colleagues and it turned me off immediately. On a better note the staff was very easy to work with and I was actually excited to work with this group before meeting the doctor. Tyuerny, the intake specialist was more than helpful! Avoid at all costs! This doctor is extremely unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. Zero stars. What a waste of $150. They care about the clients at all. Had a bad vibe right when I got there. The people at the front desk are like clueless zombies. The whole operation is stuck in 1999. I dont think anyones training or education has been updated since. The man who tried to do my evaluation spoke at the rate of about 5 words per minute, could not spell the simplest of words, did not know what a BAIID was, and kept trying to put my BAC down as 2.2 when it was .22.....HUGE DIFFERENCE. Wasnt getting anywhere after two sessions. Scheduled the third one with absolutely no intention of returning. Couldnt get out of there fast enough!

This place only wants your money. I have been sober four years completed inpatient program and a year of outpatient afterwords. I was refered for an assesment and they decided i need another outpatient program.i gave them contact information for the programs i completed and they failed twice to even verify that I had indeed just completed my outpatient with not a one problem whatsoever. This place is not concerned about anything but getting your money. Avoid this place

I was a patient of Marvin Goldstein and Dr. Jamai Hejazi. I had a great experience here and would recommend them again. I am not sure why so many negative reviews but I had a good experience. The office looks a little run down but my experience was very positive.

Dont ever threaten my child who has high anxiety along with his disability that he is going to get a shot if he doesnt answer your questions. Thanks for terrifying my child and saying he basically was just throwing a temper-tantrum. I have to help him recover from that, NOT YOU Dr. Hardy.

The most horrible experience I have ever had with a doctor, in my opinion, they are the worst place to send anybody with psychological,& or dependency issues.Unless you want to be insulted & interrogated, & presumed a liar, then by all means go to this clinic for help. Avoid Doctor Hardy at all costs.

Im required to go to the pre treatment groupI was told to show up either on Monday or Saturday to sign up for the class. Come to find out the actual sign up entails showing up and doing nothing, just sitting in a room. Something about all of this seems real bogus

I give this place 3 stars because they have a huge lack of communication when it comes to talking to your insurance and telling you how much you owe the over all experience was stressful and frustrating. They wont let you graduate in 90 days, they keep you at best 4 months. Depending on the facilitator the classes are okay.
