Extremely knowledgeable staff. Great quality equipment and service department. Their service techs are extremely competent and always able to diagnose and fix any problems very fast. Their sales rep Cole was very helpful and not pushy. Just followed up without being top aggressive. Highly recommend this company for any and all pressure washer related needs.

Couple months ago(today being NOV2020), i had brought in my Amazon bought Pressure Washer & burner to see what i could do about getting some repairs done. Long story short we weren’t able to get the correct parts fixed due to the manufacturer. However, this Big Sir did feel bad enough to guide me in the back to at least help me put my equipment back together. Not charging me at all but Now leading me into wanting to purchase a bigger and nicer piece of equipment.

Very happy with the service. I found them after I had a bad experience with other repair shop. I left them my Mi T M air compressor. Took them some time but it was totally worth that. They found the problem order the part and repaired it, for a fair price as well.Thank you guys!

Royce industries is a great place to do business. They are are always helpful and when there is an emergency with my equipment they are on right away. The technicians are so professional and fast with repairs. Even the service staff at their location are very helpful in educating customers on spare parts and equipment. They went above and beyond with the trailer I purchased from them. One of the turn signals weren’t working so I brought it back and they got to work on it right away. Customer service like that is very rare and I’m glad I can count on Royce!

We use Royce at our company for repairing our wash bay components. They are always prompt to come out and get things back up and running. Bryan and Brent both execute on their promises quickly and efficiently.

Our business has been doing business with this company for multiple years they have been maintaining our equipment monthly for a fairly excessive fee, yet when a problem occurred they wouldnt even send someone out to inspect the issue to determine if there was neglect in their maintenance. We will be taking our business to another company that will take responsibility for their actions and values their customers.
