Audrey Gallegos is by far the best HR Manager ever. Anytime I needed any help she was there and very quick to assist me. I would recommend X3 to anyone in fact I have recommended two of my friends as clients for X3 because I believe in them so much. If you work with Audrey you are going to be in good hands.

Yes I was hired on a couple of months ago and Audrey out in Denton TX has been the best! Everyone I’ve Dealt with has been great as well. X3 has proven to be the best temp staffing company I have ever worked for... they truly take care of us guys out in the field and go above and beyond for their clients. I used to work for premier group staffing which I will say they fall short from x3 in so many places at x3 us guys in the field get the same benefits as the office staff not to mention the office staff actually values us. They are constantly making sure we have all we need and that we enjoy our job site. They pay us extremely fairly unlike premier group who I worked with for 3.75 years and never even saw a raise from. Worked for these guys on different projects doing electrical work and let me tell you ... they treat you better than most electrical companies will. They honestly care about their employees so much and they actually show it! They show up at-least once every 2 weeks, if not once a week and check in with everyone and make sure they got what they need.They give out gift cards and once when my brother was in the hospital dying of liver failure they showed up to my Job and gave me a 75$ gift card to go eat dinner with him. Here you are a number, your only worth to them is their profit. As a professional I encourage you to join a reputable contractor directly as you will be known and treated as an asset. They won’t pay me for New Years based on a policy that says you must work 7 days after a holiday to receive pay, which is a lie .... so with that it is an obvious insight of what integrity and fairness is according to a “staffing agency” join a contractor directly because as a temp you will be considered a pee-on!!!

These guys are crooks.. they will leave u jobless weeks at a time and will try to con there way out of paying you what was agreed.. they tell you what you want to hear over the phone, then completely change when your in the office. Premier group is a much better staffing agency
