I have been getting care provided there for the past six months and have had extensive work done in that time. Its by far the best dental, if one could be good, experiences Ive ever had. Always greeted with a big smile and treated like family. Theres Netflix on flat screen on the ceiling and head phones so you can focus on something else and it goes by very fast. They are concerned with my comfort during and after and ease anxiety about cost by figuring insurance and letting you know out of pocket ahead of time. I recommended a family of my co-workers and they fell just as in love.

Ive been going to Dr. Lloyd for 8 years, and his father for 15 years before that. Dr. Lloyd is a pleasant and personable practitioner. He has mastered the painless approach to dentistry and has invested much time and energy into developing an environment that is warm and inviting. His staff is friendly and efficient. My waiting time is negligible, the billing is always accurate and my teeth are beyond healthy. What more could you ask for?

BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST IN THE WHOLE WORLD. I REFUSED TO GO SEE A DENTIST FOR 2 YEARS WHEN MY INSURANCE I HAD AT THE TIME WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY THESE GUYS. BUT AS SOON AS MY INSURANCE CHANGED I WENT BACK THE SOONEST I POSSIBLE COULD (NO CAVITIES BY THE WAY IN THAT 2 YEAR PERIOD). IVE BEEN GOING TO THESE GUYS EVER SINCE I HAD TEETH & THANKS TO THEM I STILL HAVE HEALTHY GUMS & TEETH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYBODY & EVERYBODY.

Dr. Lloyd is excellent! Ive had overly zealous dentists before who replaced fillings that maybe didnt really need to be replaced. He is gentle and thorough. In the past I havent liked going to the dentist, but the past 8 years or so wth Dr. Lloyd have been great for myself and my family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Lloyd for 20 years, my kids have been going their entire lives. The staff is very personable and friendly, they have always taken good care of us. I would highly recommend Dr. Lloyd and his staff.

This is strictly my experience with the receptionist as I decided to not proceed with using the dentist based off my experience. I had mistakenly missed my appointment and was given a pleasant voicemail from receptionist about how my appointment started 15 minutes ago and to call back. Upon calling back about 20 minutes into my appointment, I apologized for missing my appointment and asked if I could still come in or if I could reschedule. I was met with a harsh response that no I would not be allowed to come in as they had someone else coming in. I understood and asked to reschedule and was then provided a lecture on how she would reschedule but only if I promised to come as I was wasting the dentists time. This was my first appointment I have scheduled with this dentist since 2009 and it will be the last. I have never received such an unprofessional reprimand for a forgotten appointment.

I have been going to Dr Mark Lloyd my entire life. The staff is always so cheerful and happy to see me when I come in. The experience I have going to the dentist is always great and I am always treated well when I go in. Lloyd family dental is a great place to go when visiting the dentist a wonderful place to recommend to family and friends.
