I accidentally smacked my samsung s10 on the asphalt yesterday. It broke the glass faceplate. The young man (Kiefer) was very courteous and professional, and gave me the rundown of what it would cost to fix and assured me if they couldnt fix my phone they would gladly refer me to someone who could. They had my phone done in an hour and I couldnt be more satisfied.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Needed to transfer service from a Samsung device to an iPhone 8 with all of its contents to include phone numbers and pictures. The Verizon store we were at previously was unable to help us. The guys there helped us at no cost even after insisting I pay for their time.

My speaker on my s9 wasnt working. At&t wanted me to upgrade or use my insurance.. they couldnt figure out what was wrong. we fix it had it fixed in 5 min for free! I will use these guys for everything going forward

Everyone here was so helpful and were able to fix my phone perfectly! In fact, it might even be better than before! They honored the coupon they emailed to me when I made the appointment so I recommend the appointment instead of just showing up. They were all friendly and I will definitely be back if I have any future problems with electronics!

Yesterday I went in to get a phone repaired for my son. I was having a bad day and was in a bad mood when I went in. I left feeling happy, because every one working there were so incredibly nice. They went above and beyond to help me and made sure I felt important. Great job you guys.

I found the store representatives to be very courteous and professional. I had a battery in my iphone7 replaced. My screen was also replace at no charge because a contact broke while replacing the battery. Once I started using the phone the battery did not have the capacity I expected and the screen display wasnt the same quality. I returned to the store and showed them my problem. They readily offered to replace the screen and battery again to see if there would be an improvement or give me a refund. Upon discovering that they were after market I took the refund. I feel I should have been informed that the replacement battery was after market because I would not have had it replaced. The after market may work for an android device but since apple is so propriety it is not a good to use after market with apple products.

I went in today to get my iPhone 7 port fixed and they did it within 2 hours which was awesome! However I have already started to notice issues with the microphone when I am on calls. People say I sound quiet and muffled. They also stated I was echoing. Now when I record videos and put the phone on speaker it works fine. I think there is a slight malfunction with the port. I will be going back in to have them look at it again.

Staff was super friendly. They confirmed everything prior, explained processes and was able to successfully fix my cracked-literally-falling-off-screen and replaced my worn out battery. Everything is as good as new!

Scheduled an appointment to have broken screen replaced on iPhone se. Came back 45 minutes later to broken screen & new battery. They apologized for throwing away my perfectly good original battery and replaced the screen while I waited but I have had trouble with the off brand battery ever since. Phone is less than a year old. Original apple battery was great and lasted for a long time between charges. Now I’m constantly looking for someplace to charge the new battery. Will end up getting a new battery. I feel like I was taken advantage of by the sloppy service I received. The screen was obviously shattered, and they had to remove it to get the perfectly good battery, and then they put the shattered screen back on. Who does that?

Took longer than I expected but could be the difference between a 6S and 6S+. Works great now, even better than the original so I can use an otter box with the phone now. The original wouldnt work for typing and swiping.

Called in advance to make sure that they had the right battery for my phone. Dropped it off and came back an hour later only to have them tell me that they don’t have my battery. So yeah thanks for lying when you said you had the battery and wasting my time.

Broke my phone screen & didn’t know where to go...google said try here so I did & I am most definitely impressed! It took maybe 30 minutes to be done & the staff was very friendly!
