A salesperson sold me a drain pipe over the phone for $180 (i.e. took my credit card information). After driving 45 minutes to pick it up, the guys now tells me he got the price wrong and it will actually be $240. When I protested, he basically told me to take it or leave it. Basically, if you dont have a commercial account with them, dont bother. Your business is a waste of their time.
