Never had a bad experience at an enterprise. This was no exception. Kaly has an amazing warmth about her and was very clear and accommodating to our needs even though we had to inconvenience her with coming in at closing time. Very good employee

I attempted to rent a car from them today. The person over the phone was not very helpful whatsoever. She just kept trying to push me to the online portion versus helping me herself. I have had great experiences in the past at different locations. Would not recommend the West Jordan location.

They will not open up one second before the time posted on the door, even though they are in the office due to COVID.It would be nice if the car was fueled up and ready to hit the road instead of me taking the extra step to hit a gas station.

Enterprise never ceases to amaze. I always have a positive experience when I rent from you guys. My most recent experience at the West Jordan location took customer service to a whole new level. I was having a bad day during this particular visit. The staff was remained extremely patient and professional. Of note was Adam. He came out and very quickly put me at ease with his kindness and compassion. He patiently listened while I recalled the horrible events that lead me to have a bad day. He then assured me that my requested car would be ready within a matter of minutes. I drove away feeling so much better. It’s a rarity to find genuine kindness and concern when we’re all under so much pressure but your team pulled it off flawlessly. A million times, thank you! And please give those people a raise. Ive rented from this location 2 separate times. The first time was amazing. The 2nd time was ok. They were really good about offering a deal to make up for it. That was very nice of them. Yesterday and today I called to make sure i could use that deal and how to use it I got 3 different answers. It was a little frustrating. I finally made my reservation and called to verify I made my reservation and, behold, my reservation is not acceptable for my deal via another persons answer. Im just frustrated and wished everyone was on the same page in that office. Im currently looking at another enterprise office. I love the company as a whole and enjoy my rental experience each time. Just not a fan of this location.

By far one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. I was in a pinch because I was visiting family, and my cousins car was in the shop so I had no means of transportation. It was like god sent that I was near this location. Everyone was super friendly and took into account how flustered I was. Adam reassured me that everything was gonna be okay and he was going to get me into a car right away. Someone really needs to give Adam a raise! That man not only saved my life that trip but he was funny, outgoing, and persistent. He is the definition of an MVP.

I loathe the process of having to rent a car - especially when I know my insurance is going to try and stick me with the bill! I ended up needing a rental when in West Jordan recently. I walk into this Enterprise (visibly stressed) & Adam wasnt too busy to help me get my rental situation taken care of - especially with my worries about insurance screwing me. I would say the entire experience was equivalent to the time it takes for me to go through the car wash. Only lets me give 5 stars, but more accurate is a 10/10 for this Enterprise location - ask for Adam hes the funniest one in the entire place!

I had previously rented within a month at this location and was sceptical. My last car experience was less than normal. Unregistered and had a flat. Anna made it right, from check in to check out. Ill be back and hope she decides to stick around. Anna brings that world class curb appeal!

Rented a car out in South Jordan, cars breaks were squealing from the moment I left the office. Car had crumbs all over in it. Drove the car from South Jordan Utah to Boise Idaho. Once I got on the freeway the car wouldnt shift. When got up to 75-80 mph car smelt like something burning. When calling Enterprise in Boise got hung up on twice. Finally just went to the airport Enterprise where they switched it out.

Tiny location that is hard to get in and out of. Was scheduled to return the car on a Monday afternoon, returned it first thing Monday morning. Imagine my surprise when I got a statement saying I was being charged an additional day!!! I am giving them two stars because the person who answered the phone corrected the issue and a credit put back on my card. Definitely double check all charges!!!

It was so easy! Online reservation meant I picked it up and didnt have to wait for anything. Great service and very happy with the SUV we rented.

I was treated fabulously. I don’t know if I can publish his name. But he was terrific and even though he was working under enough stress by working alone. He handle it with grace. He had to wash the cars and clean them. And tend to the front desk and phones. He was very professional and his smile made my day. It made the rest of my day go well. This location seems like their cars are all older and not really that great. I rented 2 cars from here and both cars were beaters compared to other cars i have got from the location in murray, maybe im just partial to the murray location b/c thats where I have always went. Customer service wasnt as good either. Not as nice as other location employees. Infact the second employee was kind of rude and acted like he had more important things to do. I wont go back to this location and I definitely wouldnt recommend it to family, friends or even someone I didnt like. I am just glad all of their locations arent like this one.

They told my insurance they had a rental car available and allowed my insurance to book it. When I showed up try told me they had no cars available for 3 days and once they do all they can give me is a compact sedan. My insurance was paying for a luxury rental equivalent to my personal vehicle.Let my insurance know. They found me a Hertz luxury rental the same day.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! We were set up through the auto body shop to have them bring us a car, scheduled to be there at 4:30pm. They didn’t show up until 5:30. They picked us up to take us to enterprise and the driver was looking at her phone and I pad trying to find our information while driving. After almost rear ending someone I told her to put the I pad and phone down and we would figure it out when we got there. I had two kids in the car and felt extremely unsafe. She said “sorry IM just trying to get your information pulled up because we closed at 5 so I want this to go fast. (Their store hours say 6pm not 5pm) she then said since we had to wait to get to the shop to pull up our info that I would have to wait outside in the car ( I had my two kids with me) because they were only doing pull up service and we couldn’t use their lobby. I told her that would be ok if we just sat in the car with the air on, and she replied “well company policy doesn’t allow me to let you sit in the car with the air on, so she would crack the window and “hope” it doesn’t take them too long”. I told her she was crazy if she thought I was about to leave a 2 month old and 6 year old in a hot car with just the windows cracked. It was 100+ degrees outside. She continued to say that was her best option because their policy, even though it’s against the law to leave kids in a hot car. When we got there I took my kids into the building anyways, while I was outside looking over the rental car the lady came in and started talking bad about us and making up lies. What she didn’t know was my wife was on the floor changing the babies diaper (on the floor because they wouldn’t allow her to take the baby in the restroom to change the diaper) so my wife heard everything. Adam who was working the counter inside was trying to silence her because he knew we were still there but the lady was too dumb to know what he was saying. My wife stood up and said “I’m right here so if you’re going to talk bad about us maybe you should realize I’m still right here” they lady walked outside as fast as her legs could take her. I told Adam this was the absolute worse service I have ever been apart of. Rather than him apologizing and talking to the lady or asking us our side of the story, he just said “well her intentions were good” I asked how would you know what someone’s intentions were ? She told me to leave my kids in a hot car without the air on.. but her intentions were good! We had to sit there for a long time waiting for them to get the rental ready and clean, when they finally finished my kids were tired and cranky, we get into the rental to see an empty tank of gas and had to make another stop before going home. I would NEVER use this company again, and after the way things were/weren’t handled I would hope the auto shop stops sending them referrals. That’s a huge part of their business and they should be thankful for the referrals, after service like that and the stupidity of the employees I can’t imagine they can keep customers coming back.We were told a manager would call us to talk about what happened and we never heard anything.

Poor service and management.I got a car accident and send my car to fix. That’s why I need to rent a car.I called in the morning and give all the insurance information from the negligent. And they tell me I can pick up the car after 4:30pm. When I’m almost there at 5:45 pm and call for my car, they told me the insurance company hasn’t approved yet. I can not get the car through the insurance. Why you can not let me know before? Why you have to wait until the last second to let me know I can not get the car?It’s really inconvenience and disappointed.Please give a better training and let you employee get better skills in customer service and the ability to solve customer problems.

No explanation for the insurance coverage at all, ended up signing for three while didn’t even need any of them. No clarification on whatsoever. Don’t they deal with rentals due to car accidents regularly yet no considerations to explain different coverage in insurances.Other branch manager was going to have them give me a call due to poor service. Just received receipt not a single phone call.Never doing business here again.

I will never go anywhere else again! I always rent at enterprise but this location is my favorite! Super quick and the best customer service I have ever received! I made a mistake and used budget 1 time, they forgot my car and make me go pick up from the airport and a 2 hour wait! Worse thing I have ever done. These guys are usually great even if the wait is sometimes a bit longer than other times. Wish that they had water cups that could be put down instead of the snow cone paper cups.

This branch has been much improved with the new management. I have rented recently(last couple weeks) and found vast improvements from previous experiences with enterprise local branches. I used to drive(from South Jordan) all the way to the airport to rent because I did not want to deal with poor customer service and dirty vehicles. I had a last minute request with a truck and the new manager (Hispanic gentleman from airport) was able to move some things around to make it happen. Anyways props to the new guys—hopefully they can keep up quality service and efficiency throughout the year.

I was involved in an auto accident last month the other persons insurance provider made my reservation with the closest Enterprise branch to where my vehicle would be repaired. Lynn from the local branch in West Jordan with Enterprise was AMAZING!!!! She was on time, very polite, she made light of the situation that no one ever wants to deal with. She made sure I was put into a vehicle that met my families needs. It was clean and the whole process went incredibly smooth! Thank you for making that part of the process go easy I appreciate all you did Enterprise! You have a great employee!

My car was stolen Monday morning and my insurance covers a rental from enterprise. I was there for mat e 10 mins and walk out with a new black tinted suburban. The staff was so nice and fast! Today is a good day for me and now Im not so upset about my jeep being stolen since I get drive this sweet ride. Thanks Enterprise and All-State!!!

I cant express enough how GREAT this location has been to me. After getting in an accident my insurance sent me here for a rental. Ive had to change cars a couple times do to a family member having a surgical procedure and not being able to get in and out the the car due to height. I worked with Mike and Luiggi and both were super pleasant and happy to help. Thank you for making this easy.

I have rented from this location on multiple occasions and have never had a problem with the customer service. In the rare occurrence a problem arises, they make it right.

Luiggi was great. His phone presence and skills got me to the location. From there, his customer service was quick and exceeded expectations. Its a clean location with friendly employees, and that speaks well of the ownership.

Called the main reservation number the day before pick up. Got to the location and the local branch didn’t have my reservation and they didn’t have a car for me. Having to sit and wait for a car. They need to coordinate the main reservations with the local branches better. Super annoying.

Managers name is Luigi, his store lacks professionalism, establishment is comparable to the service you’d receive from a booth at the local swap meet.Adam is very rude also!

We were not only very satisfied but would like to thank Ed for going over and above to ensure our rental was satisfactory due to our vehicle being repaired after an accident. He knew we had a trip already planned in our suv, our rental was to be a basic economy small vehicle, he got us into a 2019 Nissan Altima which was comfortable and plenty of room. Also advised we could take it into any Burt brothers and have them check all fluids and tires before our trip and advise enterprise authorized the work. Thank you for all your help.

I have rented many cars from many companies and this was by far my worst experience. I received a “small SUV” which was more like a compact car, on an empty tank. There was also a discrepancy on the rental rate upon return. I informed the Assistant Manager that I had a reimbursement agreement with my insurance as my car is in the body shop, he failed to listen as he sat on the phone with my insurance company for 15 minutes, which there was no reason for the call. I already told him what the agreement was with my insurance. After wasting my time and making me late to leave town my conclusion is their management needs better listening and problem solving skills. I wish the body shop would have referred me to Hertz or any other rental company for that matter!

I must tell you that this is the best customer services I have seen in many many years in the hospitality industry....they were so busy but how they kept their cool and handled people at the brick and mortar as well as on the phone was amazing. These guys are great great! Ive used them many times through my company and once for personal. Every single time they go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. Ive been using Enterprise through companies I work for and for personal over the last 13 years and will continue to do so indefinitely. Enterprise makes the process of renting a car super easy and very affordable. In fact when I rent for personal its because its cheaper to rent a car and pay for gas than it is to use my personal vehicle for the trip. Gotta Love a V8

Employees and processes were confusing and not laid out as clearly as they should be. Renting requires a $200 deposit. Giving 4 stars because we still got a great rental car for the best price we could have found.

2nd time using this location. Great help with procuring the car we needed. The car was nice and clean. Only thing that was amiss was that there wasnt any windshield washing fluid in the reserves. We didnt realize it until we were an hour away. Thanks Enterprise!

Long wait. Good price on a vehicle rental. Rental experience was great. Our car had issues and they swapped us out with no issues. When we returned a different car to this location they were genuinely concerned that we had a good experience despite changing out vehicles.

This place saved my damn life to be honest. Made it affordable to rent a car in my time of need as things happen unexpectedly! The assistant manager Brent I think his name was made my experience great as I was hysterical because I had no transportation and he did what he could to help me. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

A very good experience. I had the car for a week with 2 other passengers and we all had a comfortable trip. We all the 1400 miles we drove the car it was so good on gas and the lower cost made it a low expense. The size of car I ordered was not available, so I was given a free upgrade. Then the first car I was given had a mechanical warning light come on at starting, so the agent moved us into a new Malibu and a free day rent for the trouble. That whole week rental was a great trip and the best rental experience I have ever had renting a car. You know I will use Enterprise the next time I need a rental car.

We usually use Enterprise when we travel. We were bummed when our local office moved, but gave this one a try. I was a little frustrated that they did not tell me they closed early on Sat. I also left something in the car that I called about immediately and was completely ignored. The price and service is average Id say. I will likely still use them based on convenient location to my home only.

Flew into South Salt Lake airport for aircraft maintenance. Enterprise picked me up at airport and all was set for rental paperwork when back at their office. I was able to leave the car at the airport two days later and all closing paperwork was emailed to me. No added charges for ant of the great and helpful service they provided.

I always rent locally from Enterprise rental in WJ Utah. I was surprised when the agent I usually work with had been promoted to another location. A little disappointed he wasn’t there as I’ve been able to get to know him throughout the years. The new agent stepped right in and gave me the same treatment as the other agent had given me without missing a beat. I felt like I was a valued customer and they appreciated my business.Thanks you Enterprise WJ for your kindness and professionalism. My new guy is awesome. Not to mention the cars are incredible and the rates are very reasonable.

Horrible experience! Even though we had a quote which was confirmed just before picking up the dirty not filled up with gas Ford Fiesta when we brought back the car they double charged us on the rate. We were charged $78 a day! And when I asked them to fix it they said it was a system error and they had contacted the accountants to credit us the over charge of $226.91. Two weeks passed promise still not honored. Called again and was told the Regional manager would have to do the refund and that they would call and fix this mess. Nothing happened promise was not kept again. I have been using Enterprise for 15 years but will never rent from them again. I am filing in small claims court for bad faith contract damages and court fees $531.05 This was the most ridiculous experience with a business that I have ever experienced. I am telling everyone I know to avoid Enterprise rent a car.

The service at this office was surprisingly pleasant. Usually, rental companies try to rip you off left and right, but these guys work well as a team, and with customers. They were also very flexible with me extending. My only complaint is the website, but that use was more a reflection of Enterprise corporate than this office. Again, very impressed.

The first dealings we had with Higgins the front desk receptionists were rude. Same, the second time. Not sure how my car turned out as I haven’t seen it yet. If you truly want a good Body Shop that treats you like family and is just down the street from Higgins take it to Top Notch Auto. They may take longer but it’s worth the wait. And the service beats the hell out of the snotty receptionists at Higgins. This last experience they worked on our car, sent me a text and said it’d be ready Monday. My daughter calls at 4:30 just before they close at 5:30 and says the car is ready. When I called to pay them I asked them if they could take care of the rental car we had, their response:” Where do you want us to leave your car keys?” Obviously this company does not go above and beyond. DO NOT GO THERE! Worst customer experience ever.

The Colorado Enterprise Rent-A-Car was very bad. Never suggesting it for other people. Not good at listening took over 5 calls just to get my car where I needed it. But I had to go pick it up from the place. When I was stranded with no car to begain with. Very disappointed in their service.

This is the second time in two months, that Enterprise has completely destroyed my travel plans and werent even a little bit apologetic about it. The manager here was so cold, rude, and callous he did not even try to sound like he gave a care in the world about what was happening. He would not look at me or speak directly to me and had the worst customer service skills that Ive ever seen and Ive been working in customer service for 27 years. He was rude and dismissive and didnt give me the time of day and Ive been a customer at this location for 6 years

My husband was hit head on by a lady traveling the wrong direction in his lane. Her insurance FINALLY agreed to pay for repairs and sent us to Enterprise for a rental while the repairs were done. We had the car less than 24 hours when my husband went out to the garage and saw a 1 foot crack in the windshield. Windshields dont spontaneously crack inside a garage unless there is a previous issue with them. We reported the crack to Enterprise, who told us we would have to pay for the damage. Were not even paying for the car! We wouldnt even have the car if someone else hadnt damaged our car. No one will help us figure out the payment other than to say were responsible for the windshield even though we cant even tell you when or how it happened. And they want us to pay for further insurance for the next week, implying the windshield cost will disappear if we do! My husband is now driving around in a car with a crack going across most of the windshield, and he can hear it continuing to crack as he drives. I will walk without shoes before I ever rent from Enterprise again.

I have rented with Enterprise twice over the past three months and been very satisfied with the West Jordan office. The first trip I had no issues but on the second I had to wait a little longer to get my rental at the beginning and coming back from Cali to Vegas the vehicle started to overheat from low coolant. After pulling over to let the vehicle cool, we purchased some more coolant and drove into Vegas. The reason this has 5 stars is because of their reaction to the vehicle issue. After speaking with the West Jordan office they found availability for me to change rental vehicles at the Las Vegas airport and upon my return they not only reimbursed me for the coolant but also took a full day off of my rental and a 10% discount for the next time I rent with Enterprise. Throughout this process I worked with Trevor Gould from the West Jordan office and he made an anxious experience much calmer with great customer service. I have worked with Trevor both times now and he has been great. Problems happen, but the face that Enterprise was more than amenable to making it right for me means a lot, and I will continue to rent with Enterprise in the upcoming future.

Used this location for a long term rental while my car had some body work done.They overcharged me for two days that insurance would have covered. I called to have the error fixed and they said it was their fault, but they couldn’t help me because the reservation had been closed, call the insurance company and have them send you a check for the difference.Two months later I receive a letter from the Enterprise damage and loss unit stating that I need to call an 800 number for details. When I turned the car into an Enterprise employee there was no damage observed or reported to me. I called the location and was again told that they send the file to corporate and they can’t help locally whatsoever. The 800 number transfers you to a voicemail that is full and you can’t get any information. This location feels like they’re either incompetent or running a scam.There’s no opportunity to speak with management and the employees are not given the power or knowledge to solve simple problems. I would never use this location again, 1 star is too high.Update #1I sent all the details requested to the email address below, no response for weeks. Then, out of the blue, Quenton (sp?) Jennings calls to discuss my claim. I wasn’t able to answer so I’m going off of the voice mail be left. I have called him back 5 times with no response. In his vm he said he was the area manager. It’s now becoming clear why this operation is run so poorly, it starts with the management.

I have many good experiences with Enterprise. This last time I declined insurance for $9 a day while booking online. I called next day to add it and was told it would be done when I picked up rental. It was $25 per day then. I originally thought my personal auto insurance would cover it. Next time Ill elect for insurance while booking online.

I have always rented from these guys. Their process is quick fast and easy and good prices. If you need a car quick, choose these guys.

People were nice and friendly, but the vehicle we rented had pet hair ALLover the seats. I am extremely allergic to pet hair so needless to say, my allergic reaction was through the roof. I didnt notice it until nearly half way through my trip. I thought I was coming down with a cold. The vehicle was never cleaned. Then, when I returned the vehicle on Sunday, this location was closed. I came back on Monday and overhead the rep telling another customer, if youre dropping off the car after hours, you can just use the drop box around the corner. I had NO clue this location had a drop box. I would have used that instead on Sunday rather than making a separate trip. I was pissed.

I rented a vehicle for less than 14 hours and was charged for 3 days time. I reached out to a rep at this location and was told this would he would have it taken care of. A week later and the total amount has been cleared for the over charge. I tried contacting again today and the female rep I spoke with was not willin to answer questions or offer help. She explained she didnt have the resources to help which is fine its a Saturday. I acknowledged we cannot do anything account/refund wise until the next business day. She then tried to hang up on me MIDST another question I had. I tried to ask her one more time and then she started speaking/raising her voice over me mid sentence saying she didnt know who I was, what my name was etc. thats obvious If you are IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ASK THE CONSUMER THEIR INFORMATION. I was happy with the beginning process of setting up a rental but not the way this location handles complaints/problems with customers.

I rent vehicles from enterprise periodically at least 6 times a year. The West Jordan Manager I guess is moving downtown but he is a great guy. I appreciate the service, a sense of humor and they love Italian Food so CHOW FOr NOW

Great service. Truck was clean, and ready to go. I would have liked to know that they are closed on Sunday so I didnt stress about getting the truck back on time, but not a big deal.
