My Wave Runner had issues on the 1st day. I called them & they said they would refund my money because the machine wasn’t running correctly. I returned it yesterday and today they refunded my money!! I wanted to rent before I buy so I know if this is a purchase that will work for my family. They offered to rent me another runner on another day & said we could take a brand new runner for close to nothing. We will definitely be renting from them again! The customer service is top notch & I fully trust them. Do not hesitate to rent from them. They stand behind their machines and will make it right if anything goes wrong.

I will try to be short and sweet. I was super stoked to go ride jetskis and they have really good prices. I had a great experience on picking up and dropping off the jetskis(they let me pick it up early and drop it off later). Customer experience was great and Braydon was very nice an accomodating. You pick them up off the freeway in salt lake and will drop them off at the same spot. Got my refund back, can take a bit but it’s here and that’s what matters.

We shopped around a lot and these guys have the best rates, and their customer service is unmatched. I’ll for sure use them again!

Excellent customer service and very accommodating to work with. I took 2 wave runners to Lake Powell for a family reunion and on the last day one wave runner sucked up a rock into the intake. Big Surf Watersport handled this very professionally and did the repairs using my deductible and refunded what was left. They even encouraged me to rent from them again which after this I probably will considering how much fun we had and their great attitude!

Can I just say these guys give amazing customer service!! First off they were the best priced I could find, then they met us right by the freeway, which made it very easy to get on the road, they thoroughly went through all details on the machine. We didnt have the right hitch on our vehicle so they gave us one to use, which saved the day in my opinion! They even gave us plenty of life jackets to borrow. The machine ran great!! Drop off was a breeze!! Got my deposit right back. I will definitely be using them again and would refer them to anyone! Love these guys!!!

I would give this company 10 stars if it was available! Our family rented wave runners from them to take to Lake Powell. When we arrived we discovered a mechanical issue with one of the machines. As soon as we called and texted the owner...not only did he respond right away he and his son also brought a new wave runner all the way to Lake Powell which was 5 hours driving time and then brought the wave runner all the way to our campsite, which was 1 hour more from the marina. They went above and beyond as to any other company we have rented from with unbelievable customer service for sure! We will definitely rent from them from now on!

I like to support local, family run businesses but this whole ordeal was a disaster. First off, they dont have a business front, I had to meet them in an abandoned parking lot, I didnt get any sort of receipt or paperwork with their information on it or a contract or anything...ok.... I was leaving on vacation that day so it was a little too late. Well, day one and one of the machines stopped working, so when I returned it Brayden said he would refund me since there was an unknown error message on the display and to expect it in a few days. On my drive home, his dad I think called me and questioned me for 30 minutes about the machine, he also continued to vent about how he was upset that the machine was broken because he could now not meet another rental he had. It was completely unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable, but I was glad the whole situation was over. I was so wrong, Well a week goes by and I still had not received my refund or any sort of communication, so after over a month of phone calls and leaving messages I finally got in contact with somebody basically telling me I was not getting any refund for anything, not even the security deposit on the other machine and that I could technically be charged over $3000 for lost rental time of the machine that was broken. This was apparently in the part of the contract that they didnt mention that I didnt get a copy of (Yes, I should have read it more thoroughly). The owner also went on for quite some time during our conversation how frustrating it is how his customers lie to him about how his machines get damaged and how he has such great customer service, to which I pointed out I was not experiencing any of his great customer service he was speaking of. I ended up getting a small refund of my security deposit that was not needed for the repair costs, it makes me wonder if they would have just kept it if I didnt call them. Oh, and the cherry on top is that I still, over two months later, have a spare tire to their trailer that they have yet to pick up when they said they would drop by and get it weeks ago. I would honestly think twice before renting from them, they might have cheap prices but it might end up costing you in the end.

I was able to reserve a PWC with very little hassle. Customer service was excellent, and the young man who helped me was very accommodating. I will pic up machine on Saturday and then update my post6/30/18 - Just got back. Rental was awesome! You’ll love the machines and Big Surf is great to work with.

Rented last year with Brayden. He was fantastic to work with and will do it again this summer.
