Andrew was good during the initial part of the proceedings. However, afterwards there were two periods where I could not get a response from him after multiple emails, text messages and phone calls over the period of about 9 days each time. He finally responded when I emailed the Trustee with a complaint and the Trustees office responded asking him to contact his client (me).

DO NOT trust Andrew. He is the worst BK attorney is Utah. He takes your money and doesn’t get back to you about your case. The court will drop your case and you will lose whatever money have paid into your BK. Take your business elsewhere!!

Frustrated beyond belief. Andrew will not return calls. He screens everything. I have to call from different numbers to get him to answer. I should not have to send multiple emails, leave multiple texts, and call day after day to never get him to return the call. Once he gets his money then he lets you wait until he is good and ready. Not what I had in mind when he was hired.

Worst attorney ever!!! He made a mess of our case a year later nothing is settled. He had said if we didnt make enough to pay our monthly bankruptcy fees due to work changes he could renegotiate our payments. Then when this happened not only did he at first say sounds like you need to make more money but then lied to us saying he got it approved for lower payments. We started getting letters from the trustee that we were in default because we werent paying what we were supposed to. He NEVER returns calls or answers our calls. We are so unhappy with his services and the mess he has made with our case that we are going to re file our case with a different lawyer to fix his mess and actually get the help we are paying for. WARNING to everyone DO NOT GO THROUGH ANDREW UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED HE IS A CROOK! We are also putting in a barr complaint to get him debarred. If google would have had a lower rating I would have given him that!
