Excellent to work with, they work with you even after hours to make sure that you can get access as necessary. They give you their cell number so that you can contact them even when they arent in the office, and they are the least expensive we could find, but that didnt come with a lack of quality! Great place!! Would highly recommend for anyone needing storage.

Super rude guys, hung up on me after saying We dont answer questions like that, its company policy. Not sure that the issue was, I was only trying to understand if by renting at this place theyll be raising rates as my current Extra Space Storage location did without notice.Guess they dont want my business.

Great new storage complex. Very nice. Excellent staff. They are amazing to work with. My trailer was a little big and they were totally willing to help with getting it in and out. The only negative was it is a little harder to navigate with large trucks and trailers. But the staff made up for that.

I have been with Top Value storage now over a year and have been very happy with it. I have access to my unit when I need it and I feel very secure with my stuff stored there. The manager Jeff is always quick to respond to my needs and questions.

Top Value West Jordan was great. Jeff was always very courteous and helpful. This is my 2nd time renting there and will be back if needed and do highly recommend them!!!

Have to say this storage facility is a new favorite for me! I have used storage units for the last 4.5 years at another facility, and this one is great. The price comparison... well this is much cheaper than anywhere else I have found. previously for a parking stall I was paying $75 here in paying $50 also for my 10x15 I was paying $172 here it is only $119 ☺ Kayla is friendly, definitely recommend!

This is a very clean and well put together storage facilitie! Jeff was very helpful in assisting us with all our questions. We where able to purchase the storage unit online and come the next morning to load the unit up. I would highly recommend Top Value Storage!
