Nate has helped me so much that I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is honest and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone multiple times when he could have easily charged me to come see what was wrong. The first time was over the winter when there was a puddle of ice forming in the back of my freezer. Since my freezer is in the garage, Nate suggested that it was getting too cold and the drain pipe was freezing, and he recommended that I allow it to defrost to see if it resolves itself, and it did!! Like I said, he could have easily tried to charge me to come out and tell me the same thing. That is what you call integrity. Again, I wouldn’t ever use anyone else’s services.

My brother recommended touchstone when my commercial two door beverage air freezer started freezing and thawing in no particular pattern. Im pretty handy but I was stumped. I didnt want to pay some hack for five hours of diagnostic and repair time but Id already lost 1400 in food so decided to call. The tech showed up and pulled the panels. Within 20 minutes he knew what the problem was and he gave me two options. I chose the less expensive one and he had the entire job done in less than an hour and a half. Needed service on my commercial freezer, called around and touchstone replied they would be able to make it in later that night if the current job was completed in enough time. Nate arrived around 7 and the job was completed within 25 minutes. He had to replace a contactor and also showed me the contactor he removed to inform me of the issue. The quality of work is unmatched and outweighed only by his efficiency. We look forward to having Nate return to service our Ice machine.

Im making a guess here, but I think this is the truck I purchased a lemonade from at a local rodeo.The drink had lots of fresh lemon in, which was awesome, but some of the sugar wasnt dissolved and made for a grainy and too sweet first few sips.

Our swamp cooler got weir sound a month ago. Nate came and fixed the noise. Two weeks late the cooler stopped running. Nate came in the following day and fixed the system. It runs very well now. It only costs us $249 for the total service charge. It would be much more if we ask other company.
