Paul is really as good as it gets. I hired him to represent me as a seller of my Mount Olympus home. I appreciated his work ethic so much, that I had him to represent me as the buyer for my home in Palm Springs. My wife and I are from Manhattan, and our move to Brentwood required finding a home quickly so that my private practice wouldn’t miss a beat, and my wife could settle into the social pipeline right away. Easy right? Not so fast. Ive lived all over the US and have worked with many Real Estate Brokers and so called experts, and I’ve never worked with a team as organized and efficient as Paul’s team of agents. Paul did an incredible job of isolating exactly what we were looking to buy and where we wanted to be. We visited three homes on our first day together and we didnt need to visit anymore. He paid close attention to our wish list and only showed us homes that matched that criteria. Paul had a very difficult task in selling my home. Number one: Im out of state, but that was not a problem for Paul he handled it very well by staying in touch with emails and phone calls. Number two: Paul had to take over managing my tenants and gently but firmly getting them to leave so we could fix up the house. Number three: Paul coordinated all repairs that were needed and negotiated good deals on all tasks. Number three: he marketed the house well and got me a good buyer. Number four: he managed the cleanup after some fool flooded the den! Number five: his team pushed ahead and got everything taken care of including getting me some funds to pay for the repairs we had done. Number six: the best part he sealed the deal and now I have some dollars in my bank account!

I dont write reviews often. I know everyone says that, but in my case its true. We worked with Paul when my fiancé and I were looking for a condo in WeHo. Paul took the time to understand what we were looking for, our budget and helped us find condos that fit our requirements perfectly. This guy has great local knowledge and was also very informative about the amenities in each building. I don’t think he could have made it an easier for us-except maybe paying the mortgage for us HA! Paul goes above and beyond! My brother and I live in Florida and needed to move our elderly mother here from her condo along the Wilshire Corridor. We flew her out to be with us while Paul marketed the home. He made selling our mother’s condo stress free. He emailed us all the paperwork to list the property using Docusign and anything that needed live signatures was Fedex’d to us for our review and approval. He provided us with weekly updates and a few video emails.He is a genuine, honest and caring person and I highly recommend him. Paul is proactive, knowledgable and by far the best agent I have ever had. I only wish that he would move to Florida so we could keep using him as my agent!

Paul Argueta negotiated the purchase of a house for my daughter in Angelino Heights. It was a difficult sale due to a bankruptcy, a divorce, and tenants that did not want to leave .. Once he got the listing, I appreciated all his creative ideas and efforts to make sure that we got it sold.
