Beware! This store belongs on hoarders and is a con. Went in looking for a specific power source and was told the one provided would work on my device. Sold it to me for $49.99. I questioned the lower Amps and was reassured the power source would work. Well, as I suspected...it didnt. I still have the receipt and if they dont take it back, it will solidify what a sham this place really is with their unprofessional recommendations that arent correct.

Do NOT go here!! They stole my record player. First they made me pay to look at the record player ($35), then I called them weeks later after hearing nothing from them and they gave a crazy price for getting the record player fixed. At this point, I was wondering why they hadn’t called me to tell me the cost estimate, but I let it go and I said I would have to think about it. I couldn’t make it for a couple of weeks as their business hours are the same as my work hours, then I called them back recently to check in and let them know I could come and they said they are going to keep it because it’s been too long. I have not received a single call from them telling me that I need to pick it up or letting me know any sort of updates. I still have a photo of my receipt from the first day I went in, and they kept telling me I need another piece of paper as proof, but I have the literal receipt from the initial payment.

Great service and professionalism!! Yani and Abby were extremely kind and helpful, they repaired both my Technics 1200’s same day as I drove down from close to Palm Springs...I also got a great deal on a start up package to get me back up and running mixing at home. You guys rock!!! Also there repair man was awesome and kind. Highly recommend them and will be back anytime I need any repairs, it’s worth the visit to Hollywood!! They Dug around their shop to find me 2 wee little connector cables for my djm800 mixer and shipped them to me in Canada. 9 dollar parts and they went well above and beyond. Now that is customer service. Top shelf. Thanks guys. Recommended.

Amazing selection of new and used gear, whether youre pro or novice, from monitors, cables and adapters to mixers, headphones and turntables. Also a huge selection of used vinyl, mostly all dance tracks from the 99s and 2000s. So much stuff in here and reasonably priced. Think you can find it cheaper elsewhere? Support local brick-and-morter shops and make the owner an offer - he matched a sale price I found online and has always everything I need. Shop does repairs too, but I cant vouch for this service as Ive never used them. Very friendly.

Would NOT recommend QE DJ Store for purchasing parts. The price of a discontinued HC-CA0101 is $44.95, as opposed to no more than $29.00 at normal retailer. When purchased for $29.00 at their DJParts site, they cancelled the order due to mispricing. When questioned, their staff had the audacity to claim they would be losing money if they sold it at the normal retail price, and that is not including the additional $35 QE is charging for shipping of a small parcel. Its blatantly apparent that these guys are trying to milk the most our of their customers given their knowledge that this is a discontinued item. The fact that they claim that they would be losing money is just a new all time low. Absolutely unprofessional company, stay away and do not purchase from them.

These guys sold me a refurbished turntable that didnt work as soon as I tried it out at home. Brought it back, they insisted I must have done something wrong. They fixed it, I took it home and it played but not at 33rpm. Brought it back to shop and they denied there was a problem and refused to accept it as a return for a refund until we argued with them for a long time. Basically they tried to rip me off. Only reason I didnt give 1 star is because issue was eventually resolved after much frustration.

We bought a used turntable. Brought it home and it was completely broken, the arm wouldn’t even extend over the record. Brought it back and they refused to return our money but said they would fix it. Brought it home again and it played records almost twenty percent too slow.EDIT - they issued a refund after I brought it back a second time, but only after a LOT of arguing. The man lied to me about what he had told my partner the first time we brought it in. I would definitely never buy any used equipment from this place.

We do audio servicing for many nightclubs and bars in the LA area and have used many repair shops throughout LA, this is the only one that I trust to get it done right. Yes it takes a bit longer and is slightly more expensive than several others, but is done correctly. In the long run you and your gear will thank you for it.

Use your gut feelings about places of commerce, and not someones rant of a personal experience. How dare someone post hate-like comments about a business and then tell others not to do business just because things didnt go your way. My gut feelings were and have been great since QE was recommended by the guys @ GC for a piece of equipment that was out of warranty. My KorgM3 was fixed in a matter of days. The communication with owner Yoni (and his dog) were fabulous!! Emails and phone calls returned --EZ, done!! AND... Ill be returning often for the used vinyl collection.

This store is full of DJ Gears, from the new school to the old school equipment. Some prices are same as your average Pro Audio store, but some are great deals. I picked up a couple of faceplates for my Technics MKIIs and Shure Headshell case. It was a great deal. Yani and staff were very helpful. His dogs were adorable. My Wife and Kids had a great time at the store. Will surely be back for more stuff. Thanks Yani!

I was told about this place for years, even recommended to them by staff at their competitor: Guitar Center. Amazing selection, great product knowledge and the best prices including online stores. Yoni walks you thru what you need without any pressure. Its a pleasure to paruouse and buy what you need. Got all my equipment fixed here ranging from Mackie Subs to Rane Mixers and Technics 1200 modifications. Fantastic place i recommend highly again and again.
