I am surprised about some of the reviews below. I was an intern and worked in this company and words can not explain what a great and unique experience it was! This is an amazing company, they are absolute pros and my experience couldn’t have been any better. I learned a ton. People that work ther have years and years of experience all over the world working with top list companies. They have a connection in any industry sports, gaming, concerts - you name it! I would gladly do business with N’Compass International again.

Do not work for Ncompass International!!!!! I was supposed to work for them and about 2 hours before my shift they cancelled me for no reason!! Melissa Paul and Caitlin Rockridge both ignored my calls and texts and hiring me! I was hung up on and not given an explanation. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone to work for them.

Do not ever work for this company. They have a problem with mailing out the checks on time. I will never work for this company again based on that fact.
