Best jewelry repair place in town. took a gold ring here with a missing gem that my bird chewed off.. brought them both and only asked him to see if he could fix it. before I could even sit down, he went ahead and did it!!! so amazing i’m so happy!!! and for the cheapest price I could find too :)

Took a simple water-resistant Skagen watch for a battery change. Condensation appeared inside the watch within a day. Took it back - the repair guy used a hair dryer to dry it out. Watch stopped moving within a week. Hopefully the watch isnt broken and just needs another new battery... Very disappointed with service and the hassle for what shouldve been a very simple battery change.

A special necklace had worn down its clasp. I didnt pay much for it. I feared Id be price gouged. The complete opposite!!! It was fixed in less than 5min for a really reasonable price.

Rush Hour Jewelry provided exceptional service! I brought in five watches - three needed new batteries and three needed new bands. He had whole books of new bands to pick from, the best selection Ive ever seen, and I found some I liked for great prices right away. In about a half hour he was done! And the price was great too. Very cool little shop, I will definitely be going back when I have the need to again.

Went here to get a ring resized. The proprietor seemed like a nice guy with high expertise, he explained what would have to be done and quoted me a reasonable price. Was able to pick it up in two days. No long waits on either end. The ring now fits my wife great and has no signs that it was even resized. High quality work. Came in around lunchtime to get the battery in my watch replaced. There were two others in line in front of me, but once it was my turn it only took about 5 minutes. I paid $10 which is definitely reasonable and Frank is a friendly guy.

Super nice guy! Brought my Moto 360 to get fitted and he knew exactly what to do, and charged a tiny amount. He was nice enough to remove one steel band and quickly to allow me to test before removing an additional one. Came in on my lunch hour (on a Tuesday) with a battery change for a Victorinox and a custom watch. The gentlemen working completed the work within 5 minutes and I paid him $24 cash for, what I think, is the epitome of great business.

I needed my dial fixed on my expensive, one of a kind watch. The guy had a lot of confidence. He called me one week later and asked for two weeks more time. Its been three weeks and I now find out he took my whole watch apart and doesnt know how to put it back together. This place is horrible and they are criminals.

If you need a watch repair, come HERE first. Dont see a jeweler, this guy is a watchmaker by trade. Got me sorted in less than 5 minutes for a battery swap and a slight irregularity that a jeweler had told me would take more than a day (and lots of money).
