I am not sure how Steve got good reviews. He didnt show up many times, doesnt answer messages and generally is difficult to deal with.

I regret that i must change my review of this company. steve has changed drastically . the workers are either gone or never show up. he never shows up. but he expects payment. nice guy but just excuse after excuse. says he will do a repair or service and then disappears then says he is exhausted. or stuck in traffic or the last time he was getting burgarlized. its over and over again. i am done.

Steve and his crews are knowledgable and exceptional individuals. They specialize in pools and spas. We hired them to remodel our pool and spa using his service for a price that’s pretty competitive with other pool professionals I’ve used in the past but, much prefer the quality of Showtime Pools. They are superb and even did a custom blend for our pebble. They completed the job ahead of schedule. While others requested two to three weeks, they did everything in under a week (wow), I wish everyone could use these guys. Steve made a huge difference in our lives, truly blessed to have found Showtime..

Steve is the best pool guy I’ve ever had. I go in the pool every week rain or shine with my kinds so it’s really important to me to have the pool perfect. He does a fantastic job. Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend him

Steve has been great to work with. He not only does monthly service on our pool, but he’s had to replace the salt system and filter as well. He didn’t try to up sell us, and was honest about cheaper alternatives. He is always accommodating about getting things done in a timely manner. He’s very fair but thorough, and we appreciate the great work. Will continue to work with him!!!!
