I liked that before they even came out, I was able to look at the diagrams on their website and get an idea of how much they were going to charge me. They came the same day and arrived exactly when they said they would. The guys who came out were super friendly and professional. Even when I had extra I was trying to add, they were willing to try to work with me on the pricing. They even seemed to care that my mom had passed away. So helpful and provided such great service.

Fair pricing, the staff that was sent to my office was very pleasant and respectful.More importantly, I was worried that my quote would not hold upon arrival since the truck that arrived was a little smaller than on their website but they didnt even mention it and honored the quote. The Junk Removal Los Angeles tech arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. I hired them to haul off a bunch of scrap wood from old decking pallets, and they were kind of a mess. Carlos took it in stride though, and even brought bags to bag some of the messier pieces up. He also swept the driveway when he was done. I thought his service was such a good value that I hired him to come the next day to haul more stuff away, and he even brought someone to help him so that he could load faster. I would highly recommend him.

I had this company come out to pick up a couple items that I had been storing in my garage that hindered me from parking my car. and I was tired of having to look for street parking when I have a perfectly good garage that I can use. But dont. I had them come out Wednesday this week, they were able to accommodate a time that worked for me which was only after I came out of work. They came out that evening and came ready to haul away everything I wanted gone. I had them take away two old mattresses, three old dressers, a bung of trash bags full of trash. No hesitation they took it all. I was impressed. thank you
