Very worried about filing back taxes due to multiple health challenges, I extensively searched and read about countless Tax businesses to find one that would be knowledgeable, accurate and understanding. I narrowed the choices down to about five companies and happened to call Ben’s Income Tax Services first. Per stroke of grace, Laziz Mamatov answered my call and he provided immeasurable time-sensitive advice. I followed his advice and doing so, completely prevented me from having serious issues. I ended up having him do my back taxes and I couldn’t be more pleased with him. He is such a wonderful person and so pleasant to work with. He is extremely trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful and so very smart smart. Laziz completely relieved me of all my worries and made the process so much easier than I prepared or thought it would be. To think I almost mistakenly went elsewhere because the location is at least an hour away. He is well worth traveling the distance. Plus, he offers multiple options so that you don’t even have to go in person. Given health challenges that I’ve been enduring, I’ve temporarily been not so smart and Laziz has gone above and beyond to ensure that whatever needs to be done is covered, properly and thoroughly. He got me on track and much to my shock, we are on path to do this year’s taxes... ahead of schedule! Ben is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a welcoming demeanor. I had not filed my taxes in 7 years due to health issues. He guided me through the process and was able to get the information from the IRS that I was missing. He took his time reviewing all of my income and deductions and asked questions that helped me provide him with the information he needed to successfully file both current and back tax returns. His rates are also very reasonable and there were no surprises. I also felt comfortable asking him questions about the best way to handle monies owed to both Federal and State. I highly recommend Ben and will return to him if I have any other tax related needs.

Great experience with Ben along with his assistant. Both were friendly and helpful, explained things to me, broke down each part of what they were doing, and despite being a little higher priced than I expected, definitely paid off. Good business - could maybe use a fresh paint job - but Id highly recommend.

Ben Artikov filed my 2014 taxes and FORGOT TO REPORT INCOME which has resulted in fines and additional taxes needing to be paid. I then asked Ben to pay the FINE INCURRED BY HIM, and he harshly refused to do so and to take care of his error that I paid $700 to have done properly. $700 is not cheap.I am at the point now that I will have to take him to court, to retrieve the costs he has incurred because he simply refused to cover the costs associated with his error of forgetting to report income although he was given all of my earnings slips. This is not why a person should be paid to do accounting.My other complaint is that his pricing scale seems to change yearly, it started at $220, and in the end keeps going up or is more than quoted amount.I would not recommend.

Ben has been doing my taxes for years. He is professional and very honest guy.He charges way fair comparing to H&R Block tax offices.All the time I get detailed answers for my questions regarding my taxes over the phone which I dont pay at allHighly recommended!

Ben does a great job on my returns and I can highly recommend him to anyone needing a good CPA. Taxes one of my least favorite things, but he makes it about as pleasant as it can be.
