Had to replace part of a fixture and could not find it online. Took a chance at coming in-store and success!Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. He was able to identify our needed part from a cell phone picture alone, ordered it for us and shipped it the next day -- unbelievable!The showroom itself is like a fine arts gallery, with huge expansive displays and multi-level exhibits. Kohler is pricey, but its all worth it for this level of service.Even if you dont need to replace a $1200 bathtub faucet, you should still checkout their awesome showroom!

If you are looking for Kohler products, this is the place to visit. Dont waste your time at the big box stores or appliance stores that have a limited selection on display. The Kohler Experience Center has a great display of products (they have Wolf/Subzero and other designer products too). The staff is very knowledgeable. A shout out to Adam for his exemplary customer service. We had a problem with one of the sinks and he made sure the issue was dealt with immediately - texting me to make sure the problem was resolved. We were able to exchange a sink that was delivered to our house within 24 hours. The delivery guys are amazing too. And the sinks, well - are just fabulous.

Were finishing up a 2 year entire home renovation, and the best part has been all of the purchases and customer service from Kohler. So many gorgeous fixtures and items that work impeccably, but the customer service makes the experience amazing!Adam has been outstanding in providing support in so many ways - from helping to choose just the right item or color, to advice about what will work best in our circumstances. Hes a consummate professional with prompt and diligent follow-through.We have also had a few warranty issues arise, and I have been blown away by how great they have been in backing their products. Dealing with warranty issues is usually a drawn out stressful experience, but that has not been the case with Kohler at all. Just a quick explanation of the issue, and a picture, and Adam immediately processes a replacement part that gets shipped to us right away.I can be pretty cynical about customer service, but our experience with Adam and Kohler has been the best of any vendor I have ever dealt with by far. My highest recommendation!

Ive had the best experience working with Adam at the Kohler Experience Center in WEHO. I needed to buy new hardware, faucets and sinks for my house. I called Kohler to make an appointment and was able to come in the same day. Adam was incredible, not only at helping me pick everything out but going above and beyond in selecting all of the plumbing fixtures and pieces which were totally out of my wheelhouse. My designer was incredibly impressed with him too, as he made her life way easier. I had a million questions throughout the process, and Adam was so patient and thorough never made me feel rushed. There were a few exchanges that I needed to make and Adam made them seamless. He even offered to speak on the phone to my plumber when he had questions about the fixtures. I ordered a few special order items and Adam checked on them weekly to keep me updated on their delivery times. Shipping and delivery was very easy too, and overall Adam just made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend working with Adam and purchasing from this location. I truly could not have had a better experience and look forward to working with them in the future!

However, what really set our experience apart was Drew, who greeted us with such warmth and hospitality and became that trusted partner we worked with over the last year and hopefully in the future on any other projects we may have! Drew is wonderful - he is very attentive and took the time to understand our vision and then make tailored recommendations and iterate on ideas with us. We also felt so comfortable with Drew and knew we were always in good hands. We had a ton of questions for Drew, and he was so well-informed. My husband and I had a bad experience at the Kohler Ezxperience Center. The woman who was sitting at the desk was not helpful at all. We came in asking about some technical questions. her first question was like a robot: what is your order number. She does not understand how important it is to give a good experience. She does not understand the way an experience center should work. We advise a training and then she can be a great customer facing experience center employee!!! Five Star Service! Manja at the Los Angeles (Beverly Blvd.) was a total pleasure to work with...professional, knowledgeable and blessed with a sense of humor and endless patience. Im not much of a renovation or design guy so her input and direction and her understanding of my need to make numerous project amendments was critical to achieving a totally successful outcome. Beautiful 2-level store showcasing bath and kitchen products in real life - it really is an experience center.There is a wheel with all their different finishes for their faucets with inner wheels showing sink colors and vanity colors so that you can eyeball and see whether your colors will jive. There is a shower area where you can see the shower wands in action. There is also a restroom with a high tech toilet and also a shower room that you can reserve and shower in.Vanities and pedestal sinks are displayed in their best way with full tile work and pairings with mirrors, toilets, the works.Kohlers designer line, Kallista, is also featured in this showroom.I have been shopping around for almost a year and finally found the fixtures I want to commit to. Paid two visits with two employees and narrowed down my wish list. Once I get the quote and get into the next steps of the process (purchasing and receiving) I will update the review.

As a design/build contractor I have often included Kohler fixtures in many of my remodeling and new-construction projects. Online, over the years, I have assembled many Kohler product carts, and created a number of project folders on their website. I consider myself to be very familiar with Kohler products.My first visit to the Kohler Experience Center was impressive and actually transformational for me, in that I felt more immersed in the Kohler and Kallista world than I had been - even compared to visits to Kohlers trade-show booths at various industry events.On my first visit, as luck would have it, I was greeted by Manja Nikolin. She was, and is, courteous, thoughtful, engaging, knowledgeable and genuine. Since meeting her, with her welcome input, I have purchased thousands of dollars of remarkable Kohler and Kallista products for my current remodeling project in Bel Air.After sale service is extremely important to me. Consistently, Manja (along with her colleagues shes enlisted to assist me), has provided stellar customer service. Manja is prompt, professional and fun to be around.While I have not interacted a great deal with her associates at the KEC, I can say that each time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and friendly hello from all who see me. They offer me water (I am waiting for them to offer me the fish mobile floating in the front window :)The vibes in the store are generally good - it is the people working there that make it so.I especially appreciate that Manja took a deep interest in my project and was very thoughtful to guide me toward things that might fit well.Historically, I purchased Kohler products from plumbing supply houses or online.Visiting the Kohler Experience Center gives one a great opportunity to really connect with many wonderful products. If you are a visual person or a tactile person or someone who appreciates quality and good design, the KEC is a place to see. It sparks creative ideas. I am grateful for Manja and her colleagues. Manja Nikolin at the Kohler Experience Center provided some of the best customer service Ive experienced in years. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of parts from her for some Robern medicine cabinets I had previously purchased from an east coast online vendor. I also asked her to sell me two replacements for mirrors that had been damaged during installation of one of the Robern cabinets.Robern (which is owned by Kohler) was impossible and frustrating and wouldnt sell Manja the two replacement mirrors (even after I had invested more than $10,000 in Robern product). Manja wouldnt take no for an answer though and spent hours over a number of days contacting Robern and searching for a solution for me.Manja even gave me her personal cell number and updated me on her progress during her day off. (At the same time, my original online vendor was unhelpful, disinterested and utterly useless.) Ultimately Manja and I found a way to force Robern to help me out and Im waiting for my replacement mirrors now.Manja is the real deal. A Princess of Cheerful Goodwill, Hard Work and Helpfulness. Thank you for going way above and beyond!
