My 13 yr old son had a mop of hair and didn’t really know what he wanted, other than a haircut. He saw Michael, and wow, what a transformation! Michael really took the time to give my boy a haircut he’d be happy with. My son loves it! Ive never seen him so happy after a haircut! Michael, we will be back to see you 100%. Mike was my Barber he informed me he never cut a black man hair. I told him I never have a white man cut my hair. So I showed him how to cut my hair and he was great. This place is BEYOND great! My husband, who never gets his nails done, went in for a pedicure and he was greeted by some amazing front desk gentlemen. They were both so friendly and attentive. Right away they asked if he wanted a DRINK. The drink wasn’t a cheap mixed drink it was a nice whiskey on the rocks, and 100% complimentary! Unbelievably fantastic! The manager Braden gave him a tour of the place. The ambiance is so relaxing, there are different services you can get. Later he met Rita for a WONDERFUL pedicure, he had his own TV in front of his chair (which was so comfortable) and a remote to change his channel if he wished to do so w/ noise canceling headphones. The pedicure was so relaxing he said he almost fell asleep. He even is considering a membership to go there more often. GREAT WORK Braden along w/ team Hammer & Nails WeHo! This oasis for men was much needed! Great atmosphere, very comfortable. Private televisions for each chair with headphones, complimentary beverages and a staff who know exactly what they are doing. Got mani pedi set with my bf for Valentines Day and didnt expect much as I know they do nails for men. This place prides itself on amenities: alcoholic beverage, sparkling water, etc. Large comfy seat and 1:1 ratio flat screen TV that you can even get headphones and a remote for while your services are rendered.While the experience was nice, the mani/pedi left much to be desired. I think its a nice gift idea because of the amenities, but we wont be back anytime soon for the services.

Love this place! Always great to walk into a place and be greeted by your name and with a friendly smile. When someone makes you feel like youre not just another guy, but more like youre THE guy getting a haircut or something to take care of yourself, it feels great. Then you match that with a great cut or a relaxing pedicure where you know you are the main priority to this person, where making you comfortable and taking care of you is their goal. The Manager Mia is fantastic! Always willing to answer any questions to make sure you get the best out of each visit. All around, I think this is definitely worth every penny and then sum.

The young lady who helped me was very nice and pleasant. The issue I have is, you guys charged me $75 for a lineup!! The whole process took about 20 mins. That was a huge overcharge for something that should be fairly simple. I don’t think I will be utilizing your services any longer.

Pretty sure my son is their only kid client. The crew here always remembers us and are so welcoming. They do a great job giving him chill some dude time and a nice cut. Pedicures here are also awesome! They dont do color, which is fine with us- just get your skin soft and nails maintained.

It’s a different experience now due to COVID restrictions . The artist was very respectful and did the best to ensure the environment was safe.

I’ve been here several times pre-covid 19 but would like to commend the staff on a pleasant visit after reopening. The staff was extremely pleasurable and would recommend any male needing grooming services to check it out.

My first experience at Hammer and Nails was PHENOMENAL. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and charismatic. From the point I was greeted by Joe at the front desk, I knew that everyone truly values the client experience. My aesthetician, T, was amazing. She was hilarious, professional, thorough and took great care of me. I am definitely going to go back to H&N. I highly recommend this spot to everyone.

Always a great time here with Mia and her team. Sofia is fairly new to the team but shes been cutting my hair since October and has been awesome. My hair cut always looks good when I leave and the fun conversations we have makes the process as breeze.

Great concept! Positives: I was offered a drink as soon as I checked in and the lady that cut my hair was very nice. Issues: They were 20 minutes late in getting to me. I dont think my barber had much experience in cutting African-American hair, which I knew might happen, but I figured I would give it a shot. I asked for a bald fade on the sides and back and a trim on the top. She did her best though. I also did not get a shampoo, condition, or scalp massage, so I feel like I paid a lot for a glass of scotch!

Breanna was awesome! Very professional and followed all guidelines for CDC recommendations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Which made me feel comfortable enough to come back. Everyone was wearing a mask and used gloves the entire session. I will be coming back again soon.

My husband got the one-hour pedicure/foot treatment. He has a problem with ingrown toenails so he was afraid of someone touching his toes. The women who took care of him was extremely gentle but also very effective. He was super happy. Also, having a place for a guy to get his nails done is brilliant.

Had a 90 min mani-pedi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The salon is super clean and the staff friendly and super professional. The work completed was excellent and I enjoyed being able to watch TV with headphones or just relax. I got a gift card from wifey to check this spot out. I loved the whole experience. My appointment was at 10 am on a Saturday morning. The check-in was smooth. They offered a beverage with my service and I dont normally partake that early in morning, but I wanted the whole experience. So, I got my Makers Mark on the rocks. I sat in a comfy chair, turned on the some college basketball, and proceeded to get an outstanding manicure and pedicure from Mila while sipping the MM.Cant wait to go back!

I sent my boyfriend to “ Hammer and Nails” as just a little something to help him relax. Mind this is a “manly man” so mani-pedi is something is does not do! None the less he enjoyed it. He said he felt like a “King” which made me super happy cause I treat him like one. I set up the appointment online and called the day before to ensure to use my card on file so he didn’t have to pay for anything and my instructions were followed through. He’s so impressed he’s thinking about becoming a member now! I booked the appointment as a surprise for my boyfriend - the nail tech, service, and environment were all incredible. The decor and amenities were perfect and really made for a great experience for him.Minus one star because when I called to book the appointment, I asked how much a manicure AND pedicure would be and the guy told me it would be $40. Ok, cool. Once we got there, I learned it was $40 for each service - so $80 plus tip. Thats fine; I realize this is a luxury experience and service. I just wish the person I spoke with had been more clear so I could have known ahead of time that Id be spending $100 rather than $50 once we got there.

Amazingly clean and friendly comfortable environment. Joined the membership. They need to improve membership offering. Like a credit added for referrals and a 3 credit monthly for $90 would be good.

Well I had a gift card and was very much looking forward to trying this place out...I loved the set up...the hands and feet room with the TVs is very cool...The pedicure seemed ok but I was not really paying attention cuz I was watching the football game...But when I went home I was able to take a look at the job that was done and it looked like she was not quite finished...Then I got a clean up...other wise known as a lime up... she asked if I wanted a straight line or rounded and I said can you blend it out please she then said a fade...I said yes... funny thing is it seems as though she did not know what either one of those are cuz I got neither and when I got home I had to line myself up correctly...there was hair all around my ears....This place has a lot of potential...the customer service when I got there was nice...The gentleman who booked my appointment was extremely distracted talking to other people while I am trying to book my first time experience I apologize if this sounds harsh but I have worked in the service industry almost all my life...people pay for an experience and the service itself...I hope this place picks it up and does better...Best of luck

First time ever getting a manicure or pedicure. I told them that and they were very welcoming. The entire staff was very friendly and the whole experience was very relaxing. I walk a lot all day every day and work with my hands a lot. My hands and feet feel really good after my experience and Im looking forward to going back again!

The service is incomparable.The ambiance perfectly relaxing.The shop manager called me an hour before my appointment to let me know that Tahni was running 10 minutes behind schedule.Tahni is a fantastic manicurist/pedicurist/conversationalist, who informed me on my last visit that the shop now offers brow, ear, and nose waxing as well which I look forward to experiencing on my next visit.

My husband went for his birthday and he was very impressed. He loved his jack & hammer service and liked his nail tech. The team at Hammer & Nails were very helpful and even when his phone died they assisted him in getting ahold of me for pick up. He felt very polished and ready for his travels to Hong Kong. We will for sure book again soon!

Had a maintenance mani/pedi. One nail on hand and one on foot were cut way short or filed wrong. Took one full week to stop feeling pain. Will not go to that stylist again, but will go back. Have had much better experiences before.
