I started using HypePlanner a few months back, and it started off well. Within the first few days I gained some new followers. However, within the first month my account was locked by Instagram for using a service like HypePlanner. I reached out to support and did receive a few tips on how to reach out to Instagram for them to to unlock the account, but in the end was unsuccessful. HypePlanners customer support did not reach out to Instagram on my behalf to assist with this situation. In fact they were pretty hands off and blamed Instagrams change in algorithm (which on their site states they adapt to any algorithm changes to keep accounts growing).Prior to committing to a service like HypePlanner I did have concerns of using a service to assist with growing followers, but I did my research, read their reviews and felt confident with my choice of moving forward with their service. However, after moving forward, I felt as though I was misled - their service was not compliant with Instagram which led to my account being suspended. Even with submitting documentation, and numerous emails to Instagram support my account is still suspended. I would caution those looking to use HypePlanner that you may lose your account... I dont like to leave negative reviews but I dont want others to lose their accounts and be in a similar situation.

I am so impressed with this company and their white glove customer service. I have used their products for over a year and was going to take a pause. They offered (without me even requesting) to refund for the unused time. I told them they don’t have to refund me and they responded;“We understand that completely however we can not accept your money without providing a service so we will refund the remaining amount however we look forward to hearing back from you when you are ready to start up again! :)”Gramiety is the most honest, professional and ethical company and I will continue to use their services. I would definitely recommend this company and would give them a hundred stars if I could. Thank you guys!

Really impressed with the customer service and results of their products. I am a Christian recording artist and I released a single and simply wanted to reach more people with my music. Their DM method worked amazingly I have been able to connect with real people who are also interested in Christian music. No fake bots, no fake buys! This is INCREDIBLY sad that I have to leave this review...When I first started working with Chris and his team they were INCREDIBLE. They were very attentive and then the wheels started falling off of the bus. It started with a no show for a Sunday conference call, but that was tolerable because the owner called me and took the call and then came up with a new strategy that I was excited about. The first problem is that it took them WEEKS to follow through on that strategy and it still hasnt been implemented. Also, I was paying for a service I wasnt going to need with this new strategy. I asked them to move the service over to my other account. They did that as a courtesy to me and I was so excited to locally grow that account. After 3 weeks there was actually negative growth. When I contacted them account manager didnt even know about this other account, was talking to me about my old account, and explained that proper paperwork was not filled out and they would get back to me in 24 hours. They didnt. I gave them a couple of more days and asked for a status and still no response. 24 hours later I asked them for another status, no response. As of today they have still not responded and I still have negative growth on that page. This is my prime marketing season to bring in new clients for January new years weight loss resolutions and I can not waste anymore time and money on them. What is most disappointing about this is that I had their service written into and budgeted for 3 of my clients, to begin by the end of this year; but I can not trust that they will treat my clients professionally. They really are great at what they do, but they are just a little too flakey for me to babysit and make sure they are doing their jobs. I need to hire people that manage themselves.

Signed up for Hypeplanner, their customer service is much better than my previous agency. I had several questions as I had a bad experience before and they answered them in detail. After a couple weeks I started seeing a noticeable increase in the number of Instagram followers I had. Id definitely recommend them
