Outstanding service. The sales person at the West Haven office brought the rental car to the shop where my car was being repaired, we drove back to Enterprise West Haven, and off I went with the car for the day. All I had to do at days end was leave the car at the repair shop, and Enterprise came and got it. And for a very reasonable rate.

Steve was excellent! Very helpful and tremendous improvising.

The clerk was nice, car was clean. The whole sign in takes a while, but it was pleasant.

I was surprised at how well I was treated when I came to pick up my rental. The young man... Mr. Alex was very courteous and very attentive. So imagine my surprise when I returned the rental that I didnt get that same courtesy and attentiveness right away. As we all know we have to social distance now a days and I welcome that but what I dont like is no acknowledgement and disrespectful purposeful distancing. The boy that was at the desk when I arrived didnt wave back to acknowledge that he saw me. So I called. He didnt pick up the phone in fact I know he wasnt worried about social distancing because he had another boy inside the terminal with him and neither one had on a mask. I waved my hand again and my phone I saw the boy at the desk look at me smile at the boy by the desk and they both bust out laughing. I waited 15mins (I was there waiting a total of 25mins.)... after that and then I saw Mr. Alex coming my way. He was once again extremely pleasant and attentive. If it wasnt for Me. Alex I would be giving this location a very bad review. I have to say Thank You Mr. Alex. You earned a 5 star rating (by yourself). Unfortunately I cant give it because, then that would mean I was completely satisfied with the overall service I received. I pray you get the recognition and get a raise for excellent work ethics and customer service. That other boy however should be fired.

Affordable prices when booking online staff was friendly and attentive. I arrived way before my schedule pick up appt but the young man at desk took care or me and I was out in no time. Just one thing if you paying with a debit card you must show a bill that has your name and address on it

I have been renting at the Campbell Avenue location for years and have always had my needs tended to efficiently and courteously. The staff is tremendous even when leaves the new person adapts quickly.The quality of services and staff professionalism is largely due to the locations leadership. The manager is a role model who sets high standards, ensures staff is trained to meet them, and supports their efforts.I have rented at other locations where service has been good but here it is consistently great

I was a little nervous having never rented a car before and I had read some horror stories online about hidden fees. I didnt experience any of that. They had great customer service and everything was very straightforward. We drove to Niagara Falls and it was breathtaking. The drive there was really fun and I had peace of mind knowing I was driving a reliable vehicle.

I will never rent from this place again. I originally rented from New Haven and was dropping off in West haven ct. I called New haven around 4pm to see if I can get a ride home after dropping the rental off and they assured me that I can and did not specify that I had to come before 5pm. So i get to West haven around 5:30pm drop the rental off letting them know i need a ride back home in West haven ct. Thats when I was told that they cant bring me because it was after 5pm and i had my 11 month old and 9 year old with me. So i asked to speak to the manager who would NOT come out to speak to become She was supposedly extremely busy. Which was very rude and definitely unprofessional. I had a car seat with me and my daughter and the did not give a damn how we was getting home and had a nerve to be shutting lights off while we was in the office. Thank God for my son father because it was about to get real. This place deserve 0 stars.

Staff is EXTREMELY helpful!!I was there 4-10-19 trying to get a vehicle because mine was in an accident & I was going through the persons insurance who hit me. Their insurance co. was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Ivana & Steve at this branch were GREAT!!!! They got on the phone with the insurance company & did everything humanly possible to get my reservation squared-away with the insurance co.I am very appreciative of the tenacity & dedication shown by those 2 employees to ensure that I left with a suitable vehicle.THANK YOU

Overall very pleasant experience! Although I did choose to go to their contracted tire service garage to replace a leaky rear tire, which had me waiting over 6hrs. Reason being not to down grade to an older vehicle to drive for 18hr trip. The representatives were very curtious, and the cost of rental was reasonable and competitive. I would recommend Enterprise to my friends and family.

I spent a lot of money with enterprise renting cars for months with them. Everything was fine until the last time I rented a car and I left brand new stuff in the back seat. I called the next day to let them know and got the run around. Nobody knows what happened to my stuff. If they clean the cars in between customers they would have seen my stuff on the back seat. Considering the stuff was brand new the sketchy people who they have cleaning the cars now think whatever they find is theirs. One of the items was a gift from my son who’s in the military.. They kept saying they were trying to get in touch with the customer who rented the car after me to see if my stuff was there.. why would it be in the car if they clean the cars in between customers?? I will take my business elsewhere the next time I need a rental..

Thank you for the wonderful customer service at the 975 CAMPBELL AVE, WEST HAVEN, CT location!Staff was courteous and willing to work with my family size. I came across at least 5-6 different employees during my pick up and drop off, they were all friendly and smiling! I rent with enterprise, regardless of what state I may be traveling in, besides my home store at 6345 Livingston Rd, Oxon Hill, MD, the CT group was the most helpful and friendly by far.

Save yourself time and stress and just rent from another company or at least another branch. The West Haven store is ran by either scam artists or incompetent workers depending on how you look at it. They will try to up-sell you without mentioning the additional charges. No one at this branch has the capacity to explain what youre being charged for correctly. But they have no problem calling you to ask to charge your card. Add on the fact it takes over an hour to do anything there because everyone is always on break. Ive unfortunately been here multiple times and had to deal with this. This place and everyone in it is a joke.

The service was very good, easy checking in to rent the vehicle and smooth drop off/check out when I returned the vehicle. Professional and friendly personnel. And the price was reasonable. The only issue would be the cleanliness of the vehicle. I like to have a very clean vehicle when I rent.

Enterprise was great. They didnt have the intermediate size car we had requested ready when we showed up early so they gave us a loaded Ford Explorer instead. When the attendant noticed that we had rented Saturday through Wednesday he pointed out that it would actually be cheaper to rent for a week. We were treated very well and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience! I would advise nobody to come this location. I had a situation where I was the victim of a accident and had to get a rental from this location and somehow this location made me pay out of pocket expenses that exceeded $200+ JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

I utilized this car rental service for two reasons one the positive reviews Ive seen on the internet and 2 the proximity to my home in West Haven. However my first experience was not a very good one it was horrible I still cannot wrap my head around what really happened today. I give them three stars because although I do not think I was dealt with fairly. The staff was still polite.

Have rented from here for years! Great customer service. Cars always clean. Do a lot last minute and they always go the extra mile. Pricing is great as well especially if this is an insurance rental.

Went to get a rent a car and the lady her name was Miaka or so...very nice personalityFriendly and make us feel welcome...she had genuine smile and was caring..even recommend a place for breakfast call Goergis....wish I tried and was excellent..I hope other employees will learn from her and be nice and have a smile on their face when dealing with customers over the phone. I have gotten cars from enterprise usually with no issue. However, this time my experience was awful. I believe they are under new management because The new manager, John, is extremely rude. He has no patience and when I talked to another representative I was able to have the issues with my car handled properly. If they management was the same as before it would be a much better establishment.

I reserved a full size car yesterday. First they said I need your passport and then they said we dont accept international drivers license. This is the only place they dont accept international license. But here the actual reason is i got the car for very less price.i drove to another enterprise at crown st they said we do accept international license. This is not a good business. Manager is not polite when is talking.he doesnt even know what the international license is...

I was put in a rental through my insurance company and was told I didnt have to pay anything. I added the extra protection for 3 days only which came to about $100. I returned the vehicle on Tuesday 8/22/17 and I was charged an additional $150. And they refuse to give me my money back. Very disappointed and disgusted. I spoke to everyone in the office in regards to it and everyone kept passing the buck John the manager, Darren the assistant manager, Mark, Ashley and Emily is the 1 who set me up.

Please do yourselves a favor and do not go there. The people there are so remedial its not even funny. You gotta go through so many hoops then they tell you,you need to bring a bill with you when you get there instead of telling you over the phone during the initial briefing.If you go there when you leave that place from talking to those people you will definately never go back. Hopefully they go out of business real soon. Its REALLY BAD. Id rather ride a tricycle in the rain then give that low life place a penny.Its funny how i look at all these reviews and anything over a year ago is great. Its definately these new people there were 2 guys and 2 girls there on the day i went they all definately share a brain but finding out which one has it on the day you get there is the challenging part. If you scroll down and look at one of the reviews that this place left a woman and her child stranded after they said theyd drop her off and just started shutting lights off on her give me a break enough said. This location needs all new people so please chris dont ask about more details because it doesnt matter your only as good as your employees and if the same people are there id never walk in there again. Hopefully soon they replace you guys with a car wash or something anything besides you guys. That place is a mess.

Don’t rent from west haven enterprise, go to milford. I rented from west haven because they were slightly cheaper (so I thought) and had a huge issue with the manager lying to me. I had rented the car for over 3 months from them, I told them from day one I wanted to rent monthly and who I worked for and they didn’t care, they put me on a weekly payment schedule and no discounts. During the second month I requested to have them take a much larger deposit so I didn’t have to get a phone call every week to make another payment. Not only did they overcharge me because they charged by the day instead of the week or month, but told me they couldn’t switch me to monthly because I started weekly, even tho I requested a month at a time. After the 3rd month they told me I was placed on their “do not rent” list because they tried to run my card without my permission and my bank declined it. The next day when I called and said I was coming in to make my payment and rerent the car they said no problem on the phone and when I got there, after making the payment, the manager Meika told me she wasn’t rerenting the car to me and I would have to take it up with corporate, I was stranded there because she said she couldn’t drive me home, even tho over the phone said I could rerent the same car I had been renting for over 3 months and paid thousands for, and was overcharged by the day, instead of week or month.I called corporate and they explained I wasn’t on their “do not rent” list, they spoke with the manager meika, who they said was unbelievably rude just as she was to me. She was upset bc I didn’t answer my phone the day before and stated she “doesn’t just call to say hello”.Corporate explained the managers personal preference was she wouldn’t rent to me and suggested I rent from a different enterprise bc they are privately owned. Went to Milford, they let me rent by month, making payments only one a month and gave me a discount bc of where I worked which actually made it cheaper than west haven and ended up renting for a total of 4 more months with no issues.STAY AWAY FROM WEST HAVEN ENTERPRISE, they don’t know what customer service means.

People were nice. The car was terrible! When you turn the traction control would go on. Very dangerous. The car was a Chevy impala with low miles but drove like a cheap car. I complained but the guy just said ok. I will go to a different place next time.

I had made a reservations for a March 9th rental at 1 pm. when I arrived to pick up the car they said that the car is not available, that they were oversold from the headquarters, they said that the best they could do is if I came back in 5 hours they may have a car for me.The attendants Ivana and Mieka were unprofessional, unaccommodating, condescending and totally disrespectful.

This is a great location to rent a car from. I think I have rented 3 cars this year and everytime I have been extremely pleased with their service. Everyone is always friendly & accomodating. I highly recommend them!

Currently renting from enterprise in west haven ct Ive been renting from enterprise for over 10 years.I been in there rental for 4 months. They renew there contract every 30 days. There corparate office is threating to call the car in stolen even through its not. I pay the car weekly they automatically take the payments. They stop taking the money I was unaware of. I called them and more threats I told them the contracts the same nothings changing I dont have time to keep going there every 30 days. So they rather lock me up .I hope my children arent in the car at time. Its going to be very mental aushing for all if us. Guess all there going to have at court is a contract that was only changing dates. The mental anushment that Im getting from enterprise unbelievably. Then I had to argue with a women on the phone to take the payment. Im going to another rental company today.

Car was slipping do to transmission.Try to get a new one, road side help.They didnt want to change the car out.Paid for road side help.And didnt do nothing.Bad business!!!!👎🏻

Very disappointed with the service. I rented a car, in the website it says Nissan versa or similar. I went to the office, the rep receives me and starts the process, he says he has a Hyundai accent, I told him that i absolutely hate that car but he didnt care even a single bit. Started the paperwork. If i wasnt in a tight spot, id never booked a car probably went to budget!!!

Trying to charge me for hail damage that was already on the car when I rented it but wasnt marked on the paperwork—plus, it didnt hail when I had the car! Luckily I took photos before renting, but it has already been an unnecessary and unprofessional hassle.
