Awesome place, affordable . Rented two bikes, one for me and one for hubby. The promotional T shirts they sell there run small, if you wear a womens medium buy an XL.

VERY rude staff. Not welcoming at all. Was called names under the employees breath and the equipment wasnt even good quality. They are NOT family friendly and the attitudes are horrific. Im not trying to be mean, but very HONEST! For a small and new business, they are not doing things right. I do NOT recommend going there. I usually never write a review but I feel like the west Haven community should know. It is a great location and a great idea. I just wish the people who bought it knew how to run it. Sorry.

Everyone there is very nice. Equipment is high quality and very fun to use. I recommend highly.

I do not know EJ nor was EJ a customer yesterday (5/25/19); I was closed.Regardless, NO ONE representing Savin Rock Surf Shop would ever treat anyone as described above, EJ!
