Mr.Marshall and his wife a very sweet and funny I just met them last month when I took my truck to be serviced we laughed joked and talked about they ling marriage and the business I felt if we knew each other forever my truck ran so much better unexpectedly last week I was having issues walked down tsljex to Mr.Marshall two days later he fixed my truck issues I tell you they ate honest very professional and the garage is at the bottom of the hill so convenient Ill tell all my family and friends you dont hsve to worry about being taken advantage of he is the best Im a lifetime customer

Excellent service! Very good turn around time. They will tell you what you need and not over sell you on something you dont.

A friend of mine brought her car to these people and told them that she thought something was wrong with it. She left the car with them. When she returned to pick up her car she was told after they say they did a test drive, everything seemed fine and she was sent on her way. Two days later the car stopped running on the highway . She called to have them tow the car to their shop at a cost ($125) . Now (?) they discover that the engine has no oil in it and the engine has now seized !! The guesstimate was $3000 to fix and put in a used replacement engine. I guess they never lifted the hood of the car??? Maybe it isn’t standard practice for Marshall to check the oil on a car that he’s diagnosing ??? SMH !!! I advised my friend to take her business elsewhere and we had her vehicle towed out of there. Draw your own conclusions. FYI My friend is a young woman of Latino descent, in her early 20s.

After reading the reviews here I took my car to this garage. After the owner diagnosed my car he said it needs $500 to fix it and I have to wait until my turn comes because they are busy. So, I accepted that assuming that they are good and reliable..A week after I left my car their the owner called me and told me that my car is all set. Before I picked it up, I asked to see the old parts. The owner showed me the old parts but couldnt tell whats wrong with them because they were in good condition but he insisted that it the car is fixed. I picked up my car and after 4 mins of driving it I noticed that the problem is still exist.I returned and I told the owner that the problem is still exists and his response was that he is busy and I need to bring it after few days or a week because he us working on new cars !!! So my car need to be parked until he finish all the cars that came after me.I got the hit that he is pushing me and he wont bother to fixed so I picked up my car and left.So I lost $500 and time and efforts dealing with them.

I’ve been taking my car to Marshall’s for over 25 years. Their work is excellent and very reasonable.

Theyre billing practice is redundant. not trust worthy. but always busy.
