This “emergency vet” was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff not only was exceptionally unprofessional but they were insensitive, cold and even combative which was super surprising. You would assume that the front desk staff would be trained on how to talk with pet owners who are under stress, however I guess that is to high of a standard for this clinics staff. The main thing they cared about was informing us that these services weren’t free (which we knew). I’ve never been surrounded by such emotionless “caring pet people” in my life! Do not go here!

This is a split review. I will say the caliber of the emergency care delivered this weekend was top notch, and brought us to a thoughtful, but critical diagnosis for our family pet. That is where the quality of ANYTHING at this facility ends. After the weekend diagnosis, and a scrip to try and help while we explore next steps in treating a newly diagnosed Lymphoma, our dog was having problems/pain pooping. Our primary vet recommended calling CVC as they treated/diagnosed him. I called the standard line, and could not have been treated worse if I had called the cable company or an airline. The complete lack of compassion, empathy or even interest was so obvious. The simple request to speak with a vet was met with The emergency vet you saw isnt back again until Saturday. I will give the file to another vet and see IF they can call you back. Anything else, you have to bring him back in for a visit I told (yes yelled) that they werent hearing me, that this dog gets traumatized by going to the vet, could I simply talk with someone, with some compassion, and LMK what we could do to allow him more comfort? Ultimately I was hung up on. On a positive note, I did get back in touch with our primary vet, explained what service was delivered at CVC, and received OTC guidance that made an immediate difference.I called CVC back and asked for someone who could hear my experience. Mike Costello, Administrative Manager, called back. It was here that I realized the customer service issue at CVS is not unique to this one unqualified, incompetent person who answered the phones, but it is cultural and perhaps trained. His responses were so generic, unaccountable, and frustrating. I understand they probably hear from people whos pets are dying every day, but this is our first experience with this, not to mention what our family pet is feeling. If you want decent emergency care, when your normal vet is not available, they did well there. For anything else, routine or otherwise, I wouldnt bring my pet rock to CVC. And I welcome any response.

In the past this place has been great but now I’m second guessing anything they’ve done for our dogs. Our beagle mix has a very large lump in his jowls. We were about to leave for a two week vacation and wanted it looked at before we left. They did a biopsy that cost over $600.00. Steep. But, anything for our four legged children right? They said they’d call me in a few days. We left for our vacation and our dog stayed with his pet-sitter.A few days went by and we received a call from the vet. They said “it’s not cancerous but it needs to come out. It’s just going to keep growing. It’s more serious than we thought.” I scheduled the surgery for when we got home and the lady said it will cost about $2,000.Well, we got home and the lump is GONE! Totally gone. Our pet-sitter (who used to be a vet tech) said she massaged it. It felt like a blocked salivary duct. And it’s gone.I feel like this place was totally attempting to rip us off! Telling us it was going to continue growing. I called to cancel the appointment. The receptionist said “well it says here in the notes that this needs to come out.” I told her it disappeared and she said “ok bye.”Now I’m wondering how necessary any procedure I’ve ever had done on both of our dogs really was.

We needed an emergency vet for my 10 yr old pit bull, and this is the only one who didn’t turn us down without asking what our dogs problem was. They did a bunch of tests on her, and found out she had cancer. When she had to be euthanized, they handled the entire process professionally, and made my dog and our family as comfortable as possible during an extremely upsetting time.We ended up rescuing two puppies after we lost our dog. One of them was rescued from a horrible situation, and had to spend 3 days in ICU at this vet. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and answered any questions we had, no matter what time we called to check on her. The bill was pretty expensive, but what can you expect for the 24 hr care that saved our puppies life.We can’t say enough good things about this vet hospital. It’s understandable that some experiences will be different, depending on the situation, but we’re grateful ours was stellar. Thank you!

I went in to this emergency vet as my cat was sick. The Dr. was nice and professional but the rest of the staff was not. After paying 850$ they not only did not give me enough medicine for my cat but it took me 4 phone calls to get them to call in the rest of the medicine for me. In the meantime, the phone calls I did make to them went on deaf ears and I ended up speaking to two different managers who could not recall who was on the shift before. The staff was rude! One of the girls who answered the phone hung up on me and one of the managers told me it was my fault I brought my cat to Connecticut when I lived in Massachusetts in which I had no choice because all of the Massachusetts emergency vets were full. Trust me I will never go back here again! I would NOT recommend this vet to anyone!

My 3 month old puppy had pneumonia & was very very ill. Our primary vet at Chippens Hill refused to even see her/evaluate her so I was desperate to find somewhere else to get the treatment she needed. I am SO happy I brought her to Connecticut Vet Center! Doctors and staff were so pleasant and informative. I felt so comfortable leaving my new puppy and they took such great care of her. Even though they had many patients- as they are a 24/7 emergency vet center and my puppy stayed over the weekend, they treated me and her like we were their only patients. They called me multiple times a day for updates & she is on the road to recovery! I highly suggest this clinic as they love your animals as much as you do!

I drove from Massachusetts on a Sunday before I had to leave town for a month because all the vet hospitals near me were “at capacity.” They took my cat in right away and saw her, even though I was told it would be a 3-hour wait because she wasn’t technically critical (she had a UTI). The vet explained everything really well, discussed her treatment, and they were all very kind with me, even though I did walked in instead of going to curbside! Took 20 min maybe. What a nightmare of an experience. I had a very scary urgent situation with my dog today, I called them as I was driving there. I was on hold for 6-7 minutes. I made sure that I clicked the line for ER. They told me to just show up and call when I was outside, I was not even asked what my issue was. I got there less than 5 minutes later. This was before 3:30 pm. There are signs in their parking lot that say 24/7. Their site says theyre a 24 Hour hospital at the top, and specifically under this location. The SAME person I just spoke with answered again, began to triage me, and then after hearing that my dog had collapsed, they said, oh hold on. placed me on hold, and came back a minute later to say we wont have a doctor here tonight, were going to have to refer you somewhere else. The other ER was now double the trip, during an emergency situation. I will never trust this place again. My pet wasnt triaged, or even looked at. This was an absolutely mind blowing experience with an emergency practice.

I asked for a quote or range for the surgery and they refused to and told me i have to bring her back in and get charged along with dragging my dog back there after she was already seen and evaluated. This makes zero sense. Providing he options and information at the same visit would make much more sense needless to say not having to drag my injured pet back over and over and get charged for something that was already done the first time. very disappointed and would not recommend referral for this place.

I called this animal hospital when I had called the other 24 hour emergency vet for my dog who advised me to contact this place in hopes to get her seen sooner. A woman named Amber answered the phone and didn’t even ask me what the issue was with my dog after I asked the wait time. No triaging was done, and almost laughed that I should find another vet then. Without even asking what my dog’s emergency was. She didn’t even care. This abrupt rudeness makes someone not ever want to go to this emergency hospital to have them treat their dog. How will I know my dog will be taken care of properly when the front desk has no training or even a pinch of professionalism? There was nothing funny. I am glad I had this experience with them as I know now in advance to never let my dogs be treated at a place where they will overlook and not ask critical questions initially. I will be taking my dogs to VCA vet specialists in CT in West Hartford, where they actually cared despite their heavy volume of emergency patients.Do better.

Highly recommend the Connecticut Veterinary Center for your pets needs. I took my sick Frenchie in for emergency care and she was taken in quickly after our arrival. COVID-19 protocols are in place (call when you arrive, bring your pet to the door when prompted, and your pet is returned to your vehicle after their visit). The staff and vet were very helpful, caring and efficient. Pricing is very fair considering they offer emergency care when other places are closed. Would not hesitate to return if need be. The vet took great care of her and sent her home with a treatment plan and told us if she doesnt improve to bring her back. The next morning she threw up again and I wanted to be better safe than sorry and brought Juno back in. The vet decided to keep Juno over night and I started to cry on the phone. They were so compassionate and understanding and told me I can call and check on her throughout the night and in the morning. They understood how upset I was and were nothing but understanding and responsive. When we got to pick Juno up the next day, the tech who brought her out was so kind and Juno looked great! Sometimes when a pet stays overnight they can look like theyve been through it, but I could tell they took great care of her. We also received a thorough set of discharge instructions and all the vets and techs we spoke with were willing and able to answer all our questions! They understood how much she meant to me and my boyfriend and I am forever grateful for the vets and vet techs who helped my pup get better and took care of her (and us!)

Where to start, I would not recommend this Veterinary Center to any one. I highly recommend going to different one especially if your from the surrounding area. The staff are highly unprofessional they are sassy when you are asking questions. I understand the place is a fast paced environment but this not the way to treat people especially knowing the conditions of why the pet is brought there and especially what we all have been going through the past year with covid-19. I also one to make note one of the vet doctors her name DR Holly McGrath she very sassy as well, snarky, no compassion to name a few. She seem bothered when we ask questions about my pet and their health condition, she basically wanted us to put the pet to sleep right there and instant without going over other steps before that. Im glad we ignore her and took my pet out of there. Our pet is alive and enjoying time with us. I caught her once talking trash about us because we were asking her a question and what she would suggest to do.To get refills on prescriptions is ridiculous takes weeks for them to process it. When you call them to check the status associates respond to you jn a sarcastic way. Overall PLEASE avoid coming to this location. You will be adding stress to n your per if you do. Please avoid then at all cost. This place brought my family and I, stress. They have no compassion.

On 3/18 our dog started acting out of sorts and I just called the first place that popped up which was CVC. They told me, due to curbside help, that it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait and we didnt care we just drove. I recognized about 2 min in to the drive this was NOT the VCA and so we called them but were told it would be a 6 to 8 hour wait... So we continued our journey to CVC. Upon arrival we called and within 5 min they came out and got our dog, within 15 the doctor was on the phone asking various questions. After two hours of waiting outside we called and they told us that If we needed to step away for a minute, we could as they were waiting on interpretation of the lab work and x-rays they had taken but that our dog was resting comfortably so he was okay. After reading reviews I was very concerned about the care and the cost we might endure but they were able to get him in quick and thats what we cared about.Unfortunately 2 hours later they had his results and they were terminal. The financial quote they gave was pretty close to accurate, raising about $50 more as theyd taken an additional view point through x-ray. They sent his visit details to our vet and the next day his labs and x-ray were looked over and everything the CVC had told us was sadly confirmed. Although I wish our visit had provided a better outcome, one in which our dog would still be here with us today, we are thankful that the CVCs quick tentativeness ensured we had answers quickly and that our boy didnt suffer for an extended period of time.Thank you staff of CVC on 3/18 from 10pm to 3/19 at 3am for helping us and taking care of our Harley as best you could on his last day.

We saw the techs handle other pups with genuine car, walking the pups in ICU outside in the sunshine, giving them blankets, etc. I am so beyond grateful for this Vet and I immediately moved my pup to be a full time patient of theirs. Absolutely No concern for pets, very poor Doctors who have no follow through. Staff is just trained to prevent anyone from speaking to the doctor, so you will never hear from the doctor. I would give them 0 if possible. Unprofessional, Unresponsive and lack of empathy to be in this profession!

Typically use their Kensington office but due to COVID they were booked and referred me to their WH location. My young cat was lethargic and seemed to be in pain for a few days so I wanted him seen. Could not have been happier with the service I got from Dr. Ford! He was super down to earth and realistic with his thoughts on what could be wrong and didn’t try to force all kinds of tests/treatments on me that weren’t necessary. Also this was considered an emergency visit after hours and my cat was admitted and looked at so quickly. He was back to normal within a few days which is the greatest feeling! Would definitely use them again in the future.

The only reason Im writing this review is because i saw there were so many negative ones, and I dont think theyre deserved. What people need to understand is that this vet costs more because they are a 24 hour emergency service. The staff was extremely polite and caring to me, my family and my cat. Every single staff member there expressed that they were sorry for our loss after having to put my cat down. The doctor did a great job diagnosing my cat and making him comfortable. The procedure that my cat would have needed was expensive because it just is an expensive procedure not because they have outrageous prices here. Ultimately it was kinder to my cat to put him down, and the vet made sure that choice was as comfortable as possible for all of us. They also sent us a card which everyone at their office signed for our cat, which was a really sweet extra step to do. The only thing I would dock a star for was that they didnt bake my cats paw print for us and I had to do it myself, but I think that could have been because i went to pick it up early. I take my pets to a different vet for regular care. But on a Sunday in an emergency, I would recommend this veterinary service to anyone. Theyre just trying to do their job, and sometimes they have to give bad news and high prices. That just comes with the territory unfortunately. Everything else was a very positive experience despite the nature of our visit.

First off, Doctor Compton is amazing and this review is no reflection on her and her work. She gets 5 stars and then some.My dog passed away and I wanted to have her cremated. We walked in and as soon as we said cremated someone took the blanket she was wrapped in from my wife and took her to the back room without saying anything. We thought wed have a chance to say goodbye but that apparently wasnt the case. What really ticked me off was that we paid $350 for her cremation and after a week we received her back in a 50 cent tin can with the lid glued on. Im pretty upset about that. If I knew thats what they were gonna do I would have taken her to a more respectful vet.

Have been going here for 39 years. Have always dealt with Dr Hopkinson, the owner and founder of this practice). Under his guidance, this business grew to 5 clinics with 24 hour emergency care, boarding, grooming, and a cremation facility. His reputation in the industry was impeccable.Sadly, Dr Hopkinson does not see patients nor speak to clients any longer. His staff intercepts and diverts his calls. He has been pretty much out of the mainstream now for about two years. This practice has now evolved into a most unprofessional state. Employees are rude and unhelpful. There is an uncaring feeling that is prevalent both on the phone and in person.I just had a most unfortunate experience with one of there clinics which caused the most insane confrontation I have ever vet had with any business in all my life. This ended with the senior manager of the business and myself breaking off this 39 year relationship. It was so unprofessional that I felt compelled to call the dozens of people that I recommended Ct Vet Center to and tell them that I was pulling back that recommendation. During those calls I learned that three of those people had recently left the practice.I believe that things appear to be so bad, one would wonder if all services have been effected.

Terrible experience here. Took our pet here and were told to call another number to find out what to do. Paid $75 for the ASPCA and then more money for the hospital, which gave medicine and shots without my input or discretion. After learning we can take our pet home the vet tried to get us to leave him there and charge thousands of dollars. They were slow, did not show concern or care and aimed for the money. I will not take my pets here again

Great vet. Old building but the Doctors, and staff are great in this place. Most people who gave negative reviews here are not realistic on their expectations, and dont want to pay for the quality ER pet care service they receive. I am coming here for years with my pets. the staff, veterinarians are compassionate, they provided me cost estimates for every procedure prior to, and requested my consent before doing any procedures. I have pet insurance, to pay for my unexpected ER visits and care credit to help in emergency situation.

I have been going to Dr. Compton for 11 years, and this is in no way a reflection of her, I recommend her highly. This office on the other hand, I hate this office. I get sent here when the Kensington office is too busy. The service from the staff here is subpar. We are currently in a pandemic so things work differently, but I am here with my dog on emergency basis and they have left me in the parking lot for 45 minutes, while I have watched multiple other animals go in and out of the vet, some who have arrived after me. Again, I am here on EMERGENCY STATUS. This is totally unacceptable, and we will be finding a new vet when this is over. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this vet, double digit thousands, my dog does not deserve this.Do yourself a favor, do NOT USE THIS OFFICE.

I want to thank the horrible Doctors for killing my dog because they refused to help him without payment first. Went in one day was told that my dogs symptoms were non life threatening I paid $550 and no solution or even a reason for my dog being so sick. They told me that I should take him home....24 hours later brought the same dog they wouldnt treat him unless I gave them money I asked for a few hours to try to get someone to help me they rushed me and told me that it would be Inhumane to keep him alive. The manager told me that she had a similar situation and that it was best to put him down. They did accept a payment arrangement to euthanize him. If I wanted the ashes though they couldnt make the payment arrangement. Finally they put him down. The next day my other dog started to experience the same symptoms as my other dog. They wanted to charge $200 more for the SAME EXACT treatment they did for my other dog....why or how the prices were higher I dont know. But nonetheless I finally realized this place is not the place to bring my dog I paid another $100 to got y dog out of there and took her to another location needless to say money wasnt even discussed until after they started treating her. And a payment arrangement was made. My dog was saved....this place is where unless you have $4000 sitting around for pet emergencies your pet will be put down... I lost one dog but saved another.... Screw this place and the disgusting staff...

I had visited this veterinary hospital last-night after my male cat Milo was having issues with using the bathroom. The moment I walked in, I was treated like family and was greeted by Mike who took all my information and signed me up as a new patient. He was very helpful with explaining to me the process of the initial exam and their procedures. After the exam I spoke with the head vet Dr. Petrauskas, who then walked me though everything and explained in detail the diagnosis, exam findings, and an action plan to help my cat. She was very caring and showed great patience with me as I asked ALOT of questions about the medication that was recommended. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone in this area, thanks to Dr. Petrauskas and her amazing staff. This was my first time visiting an emergency pet center, and my experience couldn’t have been as great as it was without Dr. P. If you visit this location you will not be disappointed.

They kept me updated along the way ..I was frantic in the waiting room and the staff was beyond amazing ..after 2 long hours they came out and bounced me his ball and said he was going to be fine...they sent over all info to my regular vet right then and there so they would know what was going on . They are very reasonable with their fees ..I was impressed ..considering it was an ER..on a Saturday evening ..I was expecting a huge bill..thank you to everyone here for saving my Blaze s life

The staff were great! the vet was NOT!I took my cat there about 6 most ago just for a grooming, but last night I took him there because he was not walking on his foot, his declaw had gotten extremely fat and was beginning to turn toward the pad., he needed to be seen and they are open 24hrs- he was eating and drinking and physically fine before.first -I got there and they took him into the back without me, I never got to see what they were doing to my boy. No vet Ive ever gone too has ever done that! When I was driving home he was lethargic, did not cry at all (unusual). When I took my cat home, hes now refusing to eat or drink and its been a full 24 hours now (hes usually a foodie), and now hes hiding ( for a cat this is not a good sign). Now I have to take him to our usual vet, thankfully they can take him in.I will never bring my cats to them, not even for a grooming!!!Im hoping they didnt make my boy worse

I feel an obligation to write this review so my friends and neighbors in West Hartford are informed before entrusting their family pet with Connecticut Veterinary Center. Our experience has shaken us after what can only be described as neglectful decision making by the vet staff at this clinic to the detriment of our young lab resulting in emotional distress and excessive financial losses. We brought our dog to CT Vet Center for medical boarding after she had an unexpected surgery on her front paws at our family vet. Each paw had stitches on the paw pads so needed to be protected by bandages at all times. Just hours before bringing Zoe to CT Vet Center, our vet saw Zoe and changed her bandages. Everything was healing well but since it had only been 3 days since the surgery, she was still in recovery mode.We were hesitant to leave Zoe for the weekend but CT Vet Center offers medical boarding which has Vet and Vet Tech monitoring at all times. We thought this was a great service since the vet could address anything that could possibly come up over the two night stay. And they would understand how important it is to protect the stitches on her paws. We gave a full description of the situation to the tech during the intake and even stressed how important it is to make sure her bandages stay dry and are covered by rubber booties when going outside. I honestly felt like it was overkill telling this to the trained vet staff but we figured it’s better to reiterate the instruction just in case. The next morning we called to check on Zoe. The receptionist let us know Zoe is happy and comfortable and that “her stitches look good”. We were stunned. How would they know what her stitches look like. They should have been covered by the bandages that were just changed 12 hrs earlier. After questioning the staff, we learned that one of her bandages slipped off when the tech was removing her boot. Rather than simply putting a new bandage back on, the night vet decided to remove the bandage from the other foot and leave them off(!!!!), letting Zoe walk on the bare floor, blanket and rug with 3 day old incisions and fresh stitches. We were getting this news up in Burlington, VT and were absolutely astounded. Why would the vet ever have made that decision? If the Vet’s foot was cut open and recently stitched up, would she walk around without it covered? Would you? No. The answer is no 100% of the time for a human or any animal. The vet we spoke to that morning said she didn’t agree with the night vet’s decision so re-bandaged Zoe’s feet but that both of the stitches are now loose. We were infuriated and immediately got in the car and drove 4 hrs, leaving our trip early to pick Zoe up. How could we leave her there another minute after experiencing such incompetent decision making. The vet who met with us when we picked Zoe up was apologetic and they didn’t charge us but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a substantial cost. Not only did we forfeit the cost for our lodging in VT but we will likely have to have her stitches re done resulting in longer recovery, more meds, more trips to our vet and associated charges. The financial cost is nothing compared to the emotional toll this experience took on my wife and I as well as the added discomfort for our dog who likely will spend an additional week or more wearing a cone and having very limited activity. If you’ve made it this far, you understand why I had to write this review. I sincerely hope nobody else has to experience such a terrible and frustrating situation. Please avoid using Connecticut Veterinary Center.

WARNING. Do not pay attention to the positive reviews. If you love your pets stay far far away. They told us that we had no option but to put the cat down or do an emergency kidney transplant for 5000. We ended up signing her out and leaving, we received NO medical care. The woman informed us that they regularly kill animals because owners cant afford to have them treated appropriately while we were signing the cat out.( which by the way, they hold your pets hostage and do not allow you to even see them until you give them some kind of payment, whether they rendered services at all.) Several weeks after we had left they persisted on calling and threatening my partner almost daily with legal action and violence until she paid them. For the Diagnosis that entailed telling us to kill our pet. They are sick, sick people that work here. They do not care about your pets at all. My cat is on an adjusted diet now and doing just fine.

I usually never write reviews for anything but this needed to be done. The staff here was the LEAST compassionate staff I have come into contact with. The reviews about them being money hungry are right, they’ll charge you for “miscellaneous” things and not even tell you what that means, you just get the run around. They don’t care about your well being and barely for your pets. I was in a moment of panic with my dog otherwise after my experience, i would never bring my dog back here ever again. I usually don’t write negative reviews but I won’t go back to this place. First at all they took my puppy and returned him to me bleeding because they cut one of his fingers to short. Then either my puppy or I care for the vet, his poor attitude towards the puppy is was to obvious and I’m sorry but the vibe between the stuff is to stiff, they were complaining about other staff in front of customers. Stay away from this place. This place needs to be closed...Im forced to provide 1 star because there is no zero star option. This is what unfortunately happened to me.One night I took my male teacup there as he was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. They whisked my dog Leo to the back, out of my vision, and when one of the vets assistants reappeared, I asked how he was. He replied that they need to run tests. I asked how much it would come to and he answered $400. I asked what kind of tests and he was unsure (first red flag🚩). I asked how much my TEACUP weighed and he said, Let me go and check - Ill be right back. When he came back, he said, 26lbs! I was stumped at this point and reminded him that Leo is a teacup Yorkie. I noticed that he smelled of marijuana - as if he had just finished smoking a joint. I asked again about the weight and he reiterated the same weight as previously mentioned above, that is 26lbs!I then said, This breed only weighs around maximum 3 lbs. I was pretty upset at this point at the obvious lack of knowledge, care, understanding, concern or even for that matter, common sense. The vet that night was Dr. Jacquelyn Kubis-Luchina. This vet is not a vet but more concerned with $$$ than animal welfare. A rather unscrupulous lady, adding extra charges for no apparent reason. An extremely, unprofessional person! If you dont want to end up in debt and lose your beloved pet:STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED ONCE AND FOR ALL.!

We are taking our cats to this clinic for 1 1/2 year. Every week we are in the clinic because 2 of our cats was diagnosed with CKD. We love Dr Valipe he saved life to one of our cat.All other doctors are good too,ICU team is very good. After being most frequently clients in this clinic, we come in the situation that we will be move our fury babies to other clinic, because of conflict with billing and the administration. Billing representative is a drama queen, more concern about her private life problems, her European origins and the result from Ancestry company then to listen on client needs or up dates, never read her messages on time, she had problems to follow up with Dr Valipe plan of the care ( oral surgery procedure and what kind the tests Dr Valipe will need to have done for Furrball,Rhea and Cigy, and she was keep telling me that Dr Valipe doesnt send the information, I had 2 phone calls and one visit in person in West Hartford clinic and after 20 min of argument, thenshe comes with Oh, here is) complain about how doctors do procedures and for her doesnt have no sense and they are very expensive procedures or she blames the front desk representatives for her mistakes, miscommunication, if she calls the patient on the phone she talks more about her private life problems then to listen to client, sloppy and unprofessional, takes her authority to cancel appointments with out to inform the client, stop treatment to your pet and the manager runs from responsibilities. Unfortunately this place became a place where the staff is in conflict with administration .and is start to affect our pets too. I feel sorry that I will loose one of the best doctors, Dr Valipe but for my money I will not tolerate this kind the behavior from Billing department.

The manager was insistent that she’s dog aggressive, like she knows my dog at all! After we saw the doctor, he told me he was going to get medication for my dog, and then I waited in the room for 20 minutes and no one came in to tell me the medication was ready and that I could check out.
