Atrocious communication from Jims team and an inability for them to follow very simple instructions and get email addresses right resulted in them refunding a year of our fees and firing us as a client.Shocker... it came just before a $750 fine from the IRS because Jims team didnt actually file ANY of our 401k paperwork.But of course its everyones fault but Jim ... despite all of the documentation demonstrating otherwise.Next step, looks like our attorney will have to handle. Avoid at all costs.
