Vinny Aspromonti and his team are excellent at what they do. We had an urgent problem with Arsenic in our well water and Vinny and the rest of the Aerus team helped resolve our problem quickly and effectively. He was able to get our water tested twice to confirm and then they installed the equipment right away and got me 0% interest free financing to fit our budget.

Employees lie to you you about shipping time. i ordered a hose for my electrolux model g for 100 dollars and they told me it would take 5-8 business days. while guess what its been 8 business days and my hose still has not arrived. when i called to check on my order status the employees acted like i was wasting there time
