Yana and her husband are very professional and friendly folks to work with. They care a lot about the customers and it shows based on their communication and going out the way to help. I’m 10 days away from delivering a Child. I called yesterday (8/9) to make an appointment to have the vents cleaned and was scheduled for August 16 since they did not have anything available. However, she did assure me that if there is any cancellation I would be the first one to know. I received a call today (8/10) in morning because of an cancellation and the job was done today!Very very happy with the services!

Simply the best! Originally hired to clean dryer vent. Mati found a variety of issues and addressed them all. He didnt leave until he was sure everything was working properly. I was so pleased with his professionalism and service that I had him back to clean the air ducts. So glad I did...they were disgusting! I highly recommend Y&M Air Duct Service!

Great husband and wife team. I own a home improvement/ Remodling company and used them at a clients house. They did an amazing job, I will absolutely be using them exclusively for all my clients going forward. It is hard to find honestly in the home improvement business much less the duct cleaning world. Yasmine and Med were wonderful to deal with both on the phone and in person. Med came early for our appointment and was in and out in a very short period of time. Yasmine sent me a bill which I paid through my bank app. The whole service was simple and we will definitely use them again for our hot air ducts in the spring.

Yana and Mathi AKA, the Vent Power Duo, did a really Amazing Job on both aspect of their business.Communication was super on point A+++, never any misunderstandings and always easy to work with and reach when needed, great pricing as well!The Workmanship and Quality of Service was astounding from Mathi and his team who came in went through every vent on three floors even with an imminent power-outage causing storm (Isaiah) pounding into the mix.They were able to suck up a few random items that shouldnt be in vents as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve the efficiency of their HVAC system.

I was quite pleased with the cleaning Y&M did of my air ducts and my dryer duct and vent. I had filthy vents and they were long overdue for cleaning. Mathi and his assistant Harvey were on time and did a great job. They were at all times polite and professional and answered every question I had. Mathi showed me the interiors of my ducts before and after cleaning and sanitizing. The difference was night and day. Mathi and his wife run the business and both were very nice people to work with. I highly recommend them for this service. It was worth the price for the cleaning and also for the peace of mind that I’m not breathing in dirty air.

Very professional from the first phone and through the whole prcoess! Explained the job, went over the options and didnt try to sell us what we didnt need. Very honest. Has a camera to show you what is in the vents. Took his time and has the equipment to show you what he removes. I personally loved that part! Would recommend them and use them again!

We had Y&M come in to estimate cleaning the duct work at our mom’s condo, which had not been done in a long time. They were very punctual and professional; it was obvious they take pride in their work. After inspecting the ducts, they clearly and concisely explained all the available service options. They recommend an option and explained in detail why they felt that option was the best. Note: they did NOT recommend the most expensive option and explained exactly why we didn’t need to pursue it. They were able to do the work on the spot and using video they showed details from start to finish which documented the all work they did. The price was also a factor in selecting them, it was very competitive relative to the others we contacted. This is a quality outfit and we highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company since this is the only company I called and gave me a FREE in home estimate. From the customer service over the phone Yana took the time and explained everything detail by detail to her husband Matt who came to my house and showed why my vents looked like before and after. I recently called Y&M to have my moms dryer vent cleared. Before I called for anyone to come my daughter had moved the hose to vent out into another area. We wanted to clear the original area, so that is when I called Y&M. The next day, Matt came a long distance to look at what needed to be done. Matt concluded that the original way the dryer was venting was actually not the best set up. He said he could clean out the vent, but didn’t feel right about taking our money when the way we currently had it set up was actually 100% safe, and better than the old way. He decided not to charge us any money. To conclude I felt he was an honest person and would highly recommend Y&M. Thank you Matt & Yana. You guys are great to deal with and I will use you for any jobs I may need completed in the future.
