ServiceMaster recently did a water cleanup for my Dad which was caused by a failed sump pump. They responded on the day we called and worked into the evening to get everything cleaned up. We were very impressed with their professionalism and actual concern for the well being of my Dad. We called ServiceMaster on Sunday at 5:00 pm with a water emergency. DeMarco came out to support after his shift was complete and stayed until 10 pm supporting the issues. He was true professional. He handled all the insurance pieces for us, documented and sketched the areas, and swiftly took care of the clean up to ensure our house was safe to live in. Their equipment functioned at top-notch. The air fans and dehumidifiers worked their magic and no further damage was done once they were put into action.DeMarco managed the crew that followed on Monday morning and they did an outstanding job of removing the sheetrock, installation, and damaged carpet and trim. They were courteously and polite and hard working. We are very thankful we called ServiceMaster and even more thankful that DeMarco lead the team that supported cleanup.
