Buyer beware!Was given an offer on my trade-in by the sales manager, I paid the rest on a new pontoon I wanted. He said he would deliver it the next morning to my lake spot. 130pm came around the next day, still no pontoon delivery, so I emailed him. He said they were checking over my trade-in. So I already was given the trade-in value, I gave them a check, they scheduled delivery of my new pontoon, which they didnt deliver, and now they were telling me they needed to check over my trade-in...again. Nothing even remotely like a further inspection was told to me. The sale was already completed.So no phone call, and no delivery. The next day, still no phone call, so I call him and he says my trade-in has some issues and theyre going to need to fix them and I would need to pay for anything wrong with the boat. I reminded him that we had already made the deal and I asked him why my new pontoon wasnt delivered as promised and he didnt have an answer. I told him I would pick up my boat and cancel my check. I was in complete shock in how I had been treated. No phone calls, no delivery, nothing! Complete waste of my time. I highly recommend you do not do business with J and K Marine.

He even spent part of an afternoon with us on the water helping us learn how to use our new boat, since this was a new experience for us. Ryan Braukmuller was great to work with as we bought a new pontoon and lift. He did an excellent job helping us get into the right pontoon for our family and the turnaround time was fantastic. We started talking to him the week before the 4th of July, took a couple of days to decide, placed our order on a Friday, and the following week came out to the lake to find our lift and pontoon all set up at our cabin!
